Finally!
I finally found a boot that fits a larger calf. These boots are very comfortable and look great. My only complaint is the first day my heel got caught on a door and the bottom of the heel came off. I had to super glue it back together. But I have had them for a few months now and still liking them.

These boots fit well. They look great with skirts and are comfortable. It took me a long time to find leather boots to fit my large calves. I'm very excited about these!

These boots are made for...??
So I was excited to get these boots cause I really needed black and wide calf. I currently own the Naturalizer Auburn Hi Wide Calf in brown and they are so awesome, unfortunately they ran out of black. Then I found the Vander Plus which is very modern looking and polished. However, they did feel very narrow in the toe area and at the end of the day, my feet were in pain. Also, when I zipped them up, the zipper stopped halfway but I really wanted to wear them so I forced the zipper up. This did not help the comfort level as it felt pretty tight all day. I could not wait to get home and out of these nasty boots!! Seriously though, isn't Naturalizer better than that? They did make my brown pair which I adore, but it was disappointing to find these boots were the exact opposite.

Great Boot for the Wide Calved Person -
These boots are wonderful. I have large calves and these work perfect and are sharp with any outfit. They do slouch a little bit but I can't complain I found the boots.

Perfect for large calf -
If you have large calves this is the perfect fit. Only negative is the shoe area seems to runs a bit narrow.

FINALLY BOOTS THAT FIT!!!!

I think they are a little snug around the ankle. I bought a size bigger because they didn’t have my size available but they are of excellent quality. I am sure I will enjoy them; they are great around my chubby calf and fit it very well.

I was very excited to finally find a boot that zipped over my large calves, but the shoe itself is very tight. I hope after wearing them a few times they will stretch. My feet hurt for a couple days the first time I wore them.

Great Boots!!
Too bad you have to be a size 4 to fit into regular sized boots. Fortunately, Naturalizer has solved this problem with a sexy and sleek boot for winter!! It's gorgeous, comfortable, and versatile. My only complaint is that it’s a tad loose around the ankle area. Otherwise, it’s the best purchase I've made in a long time! Thanks Zappos!!

Nice looking shoe -
Due to knee surgery eons ago one of my calves is 17 1/2". I had no trouble zipping up the size 9Bs I ordered. I am returning these because I have found out that an 11 inch shaft is way too short for me. It cuts me at the widest part of the calf. Trust me, it's not attractive. I am 5'7" so if you are shorter these may be the boots for you. I found the toe of the boots to be very attractive. Not too pointy to be uncomfortable, but not clunky looking. The leather is beautiful. The boots would be sleek and sexy on someone shorter.

I was excited about getting these boots. I just knew I found a boot to fit my calves. I was wrong. They zipped mid way and wouldn't go up anymore. I was very disappointed, but I have large calves. I think mine are a 17. I had to send them back. I will just continue to wear ankle boots and shoes.

PERFECTION!
Yes, I know what you’re thinking. "Too expensive." Let me tell you. I have extensive knee problems, and my feet/legs/knees didn't get tired once in these babies. And to "boot", they're ultra sexy and make that clucking noise with the heels when walking which is always hot. This is one boot that doesn't need to be broken in, because it's already so comfortable!

If only I had found these sooner.....
I have been on a mad quest for the perfect boots that would fit my more than generous calf muscle. Well these boots definitely fit the bill. Great heel height, supple leather, easy to get on and off, what more could a girl ask for? Ahh, I know, a pair in black!

Best boots ever!!!!
I am a plus size woman with heavy calves. I have always had a problem finding boots that fit my calves and are stylish. These are the best. They fit well. Have the comfort you would expect from Naturalizer and are very stylish. They can easily be worn with skirts or leggings.

Love these boots!
Being a larger woman with fuller calves, I was glad to see I could wear something for work other than pumps. They fit AWESOMELY barefooted, my feet and legs rarely get too hot or sore wearing them all day, and they go great with dresses and skirts. For ladies with larger calves who hate hose or socks like me, this is your dress boot!

I LOVE THESE BOOTS!

Good boots that fit!
I was happy to finally find a tall boot that would fit. I am tall and I wish they were a little taller- but all in all- they are stylish and I have received compliments when I have worn them. I would recommend them to anyone who has had difficulty in the past finding tall boots that fit.

I love these boots. I am a plus-size woman (size 20) and wasn't sure if the boot would fit around my calf, but it did! Plus, it is a very comfortable fit to wear all day long. I'm so thrilled I bought them.

A great boot!
I have a 16" or so calf and my feet are pretty flat after my pregnancies, so wearing a chic, tall boot has been impossible for me, until I tried this boot. I have a medium width, but flatter feet, so I did have to return my first medium pair and get the wide width. The boot fits my calf perfectly and looks great with skirts. The boots get more comfortable as I wear them, although I wished they had some extra padding in the sole. However, I was able to wear them the day I received them, standing all evening at a holiday party, without blisters. This is the ONLY tall boot that has ever fit me, so I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase. A little extra padding in the sole would have made them a solid 5 stars.

I am very satisfied with this product. I had been searching all over for boots that would fit my calf. The only thing I don't like is that the leather scratches up easily. Other than that, no complaints.

A Great Boot, Esp. for Women with Wide Calves -
I was so happy to find this boot that actually fits my muscular calf. I've tried for years to find boots, but they're always too slim for my legs. My only criticism is that the boot only seemed to come in full sizes rather than half sizes, and I'm an 8.5. If Naturalizer would offer the boot in half sizes, it would be the perfect boot!

Great boots!
Before the Naturalizer Vander Plus (which I purchased at a department store), I had found it impossible to fit a zippered boot on my nearly 17" calves. I was about to resort to having a shoe repair shop put in elastic and a zipper (as well as cut down the last and install a lower heel) on a 25-year-old dress boot when I learned that it would actually be less expensive to buy the Vander Plus. Girls, am I glad I did!! :-) They're the most comfortable dress boot I ever owned--and that's saying **a lot**. (My feet are pretty flat, making them prone to soreness and easy fatigue. Consequently, I'm having to supplement with an extra insole, an orthotic, or both in most shoes. But I don't have to do this with the Vander Plus!)

Nanna Loved boots!
My mom has always had problems finding boots to fit her narrow to medium foot, but plus size calf. She has about a 16 to 17 inch calf and the boots fit great. The elastic vents (tasteful inserts that don't take away from the appearance) aid in additional room (if needed) and the leather is soft and very comfortable. The heels placement is solid so you don't have to worry about it "scooting" under weight. "Nanna Loves her Boots!"
