I have a very wide foot and a very high arch/instep. I own several pairs of Munro shoes, but these have a problem. They are wide enough, and have good arch support, but the strap is too short. It barely reached over my instep and the velcro just barely connected. Because of the placement of the strap on this shoe, it seems like Munro should have realized this might be a problem. Unfortunately, I\'m not keeping a pricy shoe when I might have to be constantly adjusting the strap.

This style, Munro "Journey" fits more loosely than other styles in my size. Normally the Munro American last for 11.5 AAAA fits my foot like a well crafted glove, with terrific support and style. I love the "Cindy" style shoe and the "Samantha" style boots. The "Journey" style feels like a wider AAA width. I was surprised to find it completely lacking in any arch support and found myself pronating and twisting my ankle when I wore this style. Fortunately my local cobbler had several styles of arch support that fit under the shoe liner and corrected these stability issues. It was surprising that I needed to do this as I usually find excellent support in a Munro shoe. I will probably order another pair though, as the style works well with my casual clothes. By the way, if you have a long foot (I wear 11.5), your color choices will be limited. I wanted the navy blue version of "Journey" to wear with my denims. They don't make any of the fun colors over size 10.

Cute, comfortable, worth every penny. These are actually a tiny bit dresser than I expected because the shape is slim and contoured, which just makes them more versatile. I could have used a wide, which wasn\'t available, but the medium is fine with a slippery sock.

I adore this shoe. Just ask Zappos about how many shoes I ordered and returned to find this beauty. I have it in Mink and Black nubuck, and I'd have it in every other color in 12WW if they carried my size. My feet are almost two different sizes, and due to health issues I have a hard time keeping shoes on my feet. These are almost perfect, just had to add a bit of velcro to make one of the shoes tighter. And the adjustable straps help to accommodate that one ankle that sometimes swells. Munros manage to make my feet look very slender and elegant, even while having the feet of a female Yeti. The inside of the shoes is so smooth and comfortable. I have a neurological condition that make my feet numb and weird, let's just say that these feel great to my poor feet. I do not wear stockings and I wore them 9 hours the first day with extreme comfort and style. I walk with a cane and believe me, my shoes have to be comfy. I sort of forgot I was wearing these. Miracle! Style-wise they have a bit of sport due to the construction but in black nubuck they are extremely pretty and appropriate with anything from jeans to dresses. The Mink is that great grey/brown/taupish color that goes with everything. But comfort is the name of my game, 2nd to vanity. These fit both bills! Do yourself a favor and go to the Munro website. Each shoe has a "last number" and the site also tells what other shoes are made from the same last. This can help you figure out in advance if a particular style will work for you. Buy this shoe! Even at this price, the most I've ever spent. I purchased Munro Jolie last year and have never looked back. Well worth the price in construction and durability. And Zappos? Big kisses!

Not only was the delivery exceptional, but the color and fit of this shoe was wonderful. I wear a woman's 13M and many shoes present a problem. Zappos has made my task so much easier with the return policy. These shoes fit well and seemed true to size. The red color is spectacular. I am most pleased!

The shoe is cute, but not comfortable. I bought two pairs of this label, Munro, and both of them are too narrow and tight. I have a very narrow foot and they are actually too narrow for me. I should have exchanged them. But, thought they would stretch out, but they haven\'t and they hurt my feet!

I love these shoes and wear them daily to work. It took about a week to break them in, but the comfort level is a 10 out of 10 for all day wear. I would like them in a smooth leather as well as suede. The seams do not irritate my bunions.

Love these shoes. I have difficult to fit feet (fallen arches) and wear size 11. These were comfy from the moment I put them on and have stayed so. Like walking on air! No rubbing, no blistering, no sore legs, or back ever. Perfection!

This shoe was cute and appeared to be well made. However, although I ordered this shoe in a SS (4A), it ran VERY wide. When I tightened the strap as much as possible, I still could step out of the shoe. There is absolutely no arch support. The shoes made me feel unstable. What a disappointment.

I absolutely love these shoes. I am on my feet all day at work and they are very comfortable. They work well with pants and also with skirts and tights. Zappos was fabulous to deal with. They upgraded me to one day delivery for no charge. I couldn't believe how fast I received my shoes. I will certainly check them out anytime I am going to buy shoes.

I have this style in regular black leather and they are one of my favorite "go to" shoes for work and recreation. On a recent trip to Rome, the airlines lost my bags and I wore these shoes for three straight days with absolutely no problems at all. They are more attractive on the feet than in the photo and they wear like a dream. Thank you Munroe and thank you Zappos!

The most comfortable shoe I have worn. I have wide feet as well as really desirable bunions and needed a really comfortable and at least moderately fashionable shoe for an upcoming trip to San Francisco. After foot disaster in Vegas, I tried multiple pairs of shoes without success. Since these shoes arrived there are days that I actually put away my heels. Highly recommended. I also had them soaked at Disney, they dried as if nothing happened to them.

Excellent Mary Jane for a narrow foot. The strap is right next to the ankle, the perfect spot to keep the shoe snugly and securely on my foot. I could remove the insoles so as to fit in my own without any trouble. I just wish it had more cushioning. After walking around in these all day, I have to spend the next day in different shoes or my heels would get too sore.
