I have been buying Munro shoes for years but lately I don't find them to be of the same quality as in years past. The fit has also changed. This boot runs very small and I have to send it back. I love Zappos and your excellent customer service.

Runs just a little small for me, and I have owned 15 pairs of Munro shoes -- suggest ordering a 1/2 size larger than usual if you have a wide foot because of the point. Really happy with them after exchanging for a size larger and will enjoy dryer feet in rain. Nice low heel.

I own several pairs of Munro shoes and boots. They used to be the most comfortable shoe to own, but something has changed. I usually wear a narrow but this particular boot ran very narrow and a little short, too. I had to send them back. Zappos is my favorite place to shop for footwear...your customer service is always top notch.

Like most of the other reviews, these shoes were not true to size. They were way too narrow, very squeezing. The length was fine for me. Munro messed up with their ruler. I returned my normal size 7 shoe and ordered a 7W. I have never ordered a wide shoe before, but these worked great. These are wonderful shoes, they are just made too narrow.

These are excellent ankle boots. I have weak ankles and absolutely love these. They support my ankles but do not dig in.

I have tried two sizes. I have worn Munro American shoes for a very long time, but these particular shoes are just not right! They are too pointy or the last is not right. I do not know for sure, but I am sending the second pair back and will not order them again!

I love the way this shoe looks, and it goes with a lot. However, Munro seems to run a little narrow on me. Combine that with my high arch, and the result is that the sides of this boot do not come as close to meeting on top of my foot as they do in the picture, and this changes the style somewhat. I should have exchanged it for a wide, but was so ready to wear it that I didn't want to wait. It also has a liner that I think may keep it from breathing as well, but it's still a great shoe.

I love the look of these shoes. Unfortunately, my hammer toe will not allow me to wear them but they fit my daughter perfectly, are comfortable and they actually provide comfortable ankle support.

Loved the shoe, but to me it was a good half to whole size smaller than marked. I ordered several pairs of 9's and this one I could barely get on. I am going to reorder it in a 9.5 hoping that is enough.

I have arthritis in my feet and I am so tired of ugly footwear, which seems to be what I need in order to use my orthotics. I saw these and asked my podiatrist what she thought. When she said "PERFECT!!!!" I decided to order. The reviews suggested that they run a bit small, so I ordered two pairs, a 10 (my usual size) and a 10.5. Sure enough, I kept the larger pair. And like the podiatrist said, they are perfect. And they look great. And they are the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. Moreover, they are water resistant, so I will be able to wear them outdoors without worries. These are my go-to shoes when I know I'll need to stand or walk a lot. And the best thing? I get COMPLIMENTS on them! That hasn't happened in years. My feet feel good and I feel good in them! Thank you, Munro, and thank you, thank you Zappos for your great customer service every single time. For some of us, a special pair of footwear makes a HUGE difference to our physical and mental health.

Now that I have found the right size for my foot, I love these boots. They are running narrow, so I ordered a medium and they are perfect, as comfortable as a sneaker. I plan to enjoy them a lot.

Stylish, comfortable, and great quality! I owned another pair of Munro boots (almost identical to these) for about ten years and was ecstatic to find that a new updated version was now available. They seem true to size, but if you like to wear thick socks in your boots, you might consider the next width up. I'm sure I'll have these another ten years. They are worth the investment.

Great boot. Comfortable to wear all day. My only issue is laces -- they are really smooth and don't stay tied. Swapped out the laces to a slip-resistant kind and all is well.

This shoe hits at the center of my ankle and rubs. I ordered my usual size in Munro and the fit seemed fine--not narrow as others have said. However, the rubbing is uncomfortable and I'm returning them.

Not a good shoe if you have plantar fasciitis -- did not have the proper support to hold your foot in place. I ordered narrows (which I typically wear) and these were extremely narrow.
