I've had my mocs for 22 years - I bought a pair of these same mocs in white when I was in high school and I still own them! They're not so white anymore, but all of the stitching is intact, there's no holes in them, and all the beads are still on. And I wear them every summer!

Thunderbirds - I love the look of the shoe. I remember them being a little more comfortable in the ball of your foot. They kind of give you a burning sensation.

Nice, Dependable Shoe - Nice, Dependable shoe. I think it runs a little small, but it probably will stretch in time because it's 100% leather. On the inside, where the string tie is, rubbed my foot a little throughout the day.

I've loved this style shoe for years and was thrilled when I saw them in a recent fashion magazine. I must say, however, that the shoes run very short. I would order them a half-size, or even a full size larger than normal. I'm hopeing that with use, they will stretch just a bit.

A great shoe, and very comfortable, even for walking around New York. The leather is great, and the beading is a cool look. I probably will order another pair, in one of the brown TONEs, just because they are so comfortable and hip.

Cheaper & Better Looking Boat Shoe - Cheaper than other boat shoes & good looking too. Buy a size larger than your usual size. I didn't and had to re-order.

An American Classic - I have been wearing this style for over 20 years. Even when they weren't "in style" I always got compliments. For super comfort, order 1/2 size larger and put insoles inside.

Because I have a fairly wide foot, I find the square toe Minnetonkas a bit more comfortable than the Thunderbird, but love it just the same. To avoid confusion, it's the toe box that I find slightly too narrow.

cute shoe - Fit is snug, like a glove. Shoe molds to foot in a couple of wearings. The lace rubbed my foot where it passes inside the shoe, but I restrung the lace so it doesn't go inside the shoe, and that seems to fix the problem. There is no padding, as would be expected from a boat shoe/moccasin, but I have gotten a lot of compliments on the style and will wear this often with shorts, jeans, capris this summer.

My new Favorite shoes! I had this exact pair of shoes in 8th grade, some 23 years ago and was so happy they still make them! I had to get them in red and soon will purchase other colors too...comfort and style...Great shoes. I normally wear a 10 but read the reviews and ordered the 11. They fit perfect.

great classic - Had these when I was a little girl. Love them still. Perfect for a walk in the city once they were broken in. Got a blister on my back heel the first day I wore them but the leather softened and molded to my foot for a wonderous fit.

LG from N.Y. These are my favorite summer knock around shoes. To give it a little bit more cushion I put in a Dr. Scholls pad. I even keep an extra pair under my desk at work to slip on whenever my feet need a bit of comfort.

My favorite shoes - I retired 13 years ago. As a secretary I was expected to dress up everyday (no casual Fridays or any other days back then). So since I've been retired my shoe of choice is Minnetonka Thunderbird moccasin. I've had red, blue, pink, and have enjoyed them all. Re question four -- the shoes feel a little snug, but I wouldn't say a half size smaller than marked. I'm just wearing lighter socks until they get broke in.
