Love this shoe, but, the black rubber piece around the toe is separating from the leather on both sides where the top of the forefoot bends when you walk. Only happening on the right shoe so is probably a defect.

Bought these for my husband. He said they are very comfortable and warm. They really are waterproof, too! He wore them playing in the snow with our daughter and they still look great! Even though they do run true to size they look smaller. They are expensive, so I hope they hold up because my hubby is very hard on shoes. The rubberized toe cap should help!

I searched high and low for a good looking/functional boot. They are lighter than I expected, just enough insulation (100g). They are some of the most comfortable boots that I have purchased in quite some time. They run on the little larger side. Enjoy.

Never thought snow boots would be this comfortable! Very warm! Kept my feet dry in very deep snow and slush. Can rub around outside of ankle but thick socks helped that. Excellent service from Zappos. Product arrived quickly even with bad weather.

I got these boots in the middle of the winter, but I wish I had had them since the beginning! They're marvelous winter boots: warm without being suffocating, waterproof without looking all rubbery, and extremely comfortable. I walked 3 miles in them the first day I got them without any problem. Highly recommended.

I bought these for my husband and he loves them! They are true to size (9.5). He is super picky and only cares about comfort. He wears these while commuting by train into NYC and does a lot of walking. They also look great - they are very unassuming and look nice with jeans or for a casual night out for dinner and a movie.

Very comfortable and warm for winter weather. Take them inside and feet will sweat, very annoying but what can you do. The only major issue i have is the GD squeak when you walk. If you are easily annoyed by the little things do not buy these. otherwise not bad!

Definately did not hold up as long as I expected for Merrells but they are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. In the end, I broke down and ordered another pair because they felt sooo good on my feet.

Bought these boots at a local sports store, not Zappos. Very comfortable boot and quick break-in, but the rubber base at the bottom of the shoe started to significantly separate from the upper section after two weeks of wear. This was very bad on one shoe, and was beginning to a lesser extent on the other. I returned for refund. To be clear, I used these shoes for a backpack trip on Isle Royale, and perhaps they were not quite up to that kind of use. Nonetheless, I would not risk the purchase if I were you.

Excellent boots. Very comfortable and well-made. They are holding up well under daily use. Definitely an exact fit for the size, not any larger than the size. Have not had the opportunity to see how well they perform when wet.

My son takes a size 13 and has had trouble finding a comfortable shoe. I bought him a pair of Merrell waterproof boot last year for his birthday and he loved them. Another pair of Merrell's were on his wish list this year and I bought him Merrell Graz Waterproof boots. He said they are the most comfortable shoes he has ever worn. Excellent quality, stylish and warm for those cold winter days. Well worth the price.

I bought these for my husband to replace a pair of Merrells that lasted a number of years. They fit him as expected and were comfortable right out of the box. In fact, he's worn them to work every day since they arrived, with no complaints. That's the quality measure for him; there are shoes that get worn and shoes that are on the shoe rack in the closet. This one is in the first category.
