Founded in 1981 by a bootmaker in Colorado, Merrell is rooted in the outdoors and committed to quality. They are a company that understands the importance of melding form and function into a product that is just at home on the streets as it would be in the mountains.

This is why Merrell offers a wide variety clothing and footwear options. Whether you are grabbing dinner with some friends, training at the gym for your next adventure, or tackling a new technical trail, they have the variety and the quality you need. With a selection ranging from casual streetwear, to trail-specific footwear, you are sure to find the right product.

Over the years, the concept of what is “outdoors” has evolved to include both scenic and urban environments. And as such, the needs of those looking to get outside and have some fun have changed. Merrell has met this ever-changing world by creating products and technologies that meet your demands. Things like air cushion midsoles, Q-Form® footbed, supportive Trailspring® technology, Omni-Fit™ lacing system and innovative sole designs: These are all things that make Merrell the go-to brand for all of your outdoor adventures.

Very disappointing shoe in terms of wear. My son wore them for a couple months and the sole separated from the shoe. He has worn Merrills before and not had a problem. This style didn't wear well at all. Too bad since he said they were comfortable.

Pro: Lightweight, Great Support, Breathable, & Super Comfortable. I specifically took the non-waterproof ones because I wanted the lightweight for the rocky desert environment of Afghanistan that I work in. I love the shoe and its ventilation, its also very comfortable to walk or run in.

VERY PLEASED WITH ZAPPOS AS USUAL. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS MERRELL SHOE!! I've worn Merrell's for 15+ yrs and this is the first shoe that has let me down.

Recovering from a broken ankle and these sandals give my foot the support I need. Very comfortable and good stability for my heel. Nice look to wear to work.

I had planned to keep them, but every time I tried them on the straps rubbed, I had hoped they'd soften walking in the house; sadly decided to return them. Good shoe, try them; I just have hard to fit small feet with high arches.
