These sunglasses are fine! I bought them for boating and for beach activities since the lenses allow for saltwater. I want to correct the other review, though; these lenses are not glass and I don\'t think they will chip if you drop them. They look expensive. I do find they get dirtier than others since they fit so close to the face; however, because of the fit, when I wear them on top of my head, they fall off much less than other styles.

You won't be sorry with these. I just received my new model Maui Jim Sugar Beach sunglasses. You won't even notice you're wearing them they're so lightweight. And, the comfort level is very high. The root beer lenses are great for sunny, hazy or cloudy days. The Maui Jim brand seems like a good quality. Hopefully, I won't lose them!

Too cool for the pool. I don't usually spend big bucks on sunwear, but I couldn't resist this purchase. Atoll is just hot; looks good on me and my husband, too. The lenses really are superior to anything on the market; I can see clearly in low light and bright sun. The shape is sassy and they're very comfortable. These are supposed to fit well on small heads, but I had to get them professionally adjusted over my ears. They were too long for my head. Other than that, excellent purchase and a real head-turner!

I guess Maui Jim came up with "cheaper" sunglasses and boy are they. Mine broke after the 2nd week. I would not recommend these at all.

Nice glasses overall. Very comfortable. But, 2 complaints are I wear them on top of my head when in the store, and if I bend over, they fall off. I never had that problem with my other Maui Jims (Sandbar). Also they fog up more than my other ones do.

Love them, but they are not wearing well. I love these sunglasses, but the frame around the top is peeling; not what I would expect for a pair of sunglasses at this price. The lenses rock, though. Maui Jim's are the best.

Why do I love Zappos? Why did I pay a little more to get a product from them? Very simple; excellent customer service in two ways: 1. The website contains more info on a product than I have found on any other website. I was left with no questions after reading about the product. 2. Instant delivery. I ordered Saturday night, Monday was a holiday and I received the order on Tuesday morning.

Great for my small, oval face - I have an insanely hard time finding sunglasses to fit my long face. These glasses fit great. I had no idea about Maui Jim until I tried these on. I wouldn't have guessed that the company made "functional" sunglasses, since these were so stylish, except that the polarized lenses are so nice! The nose do pads start to irritate the bridge of my nose after a couple of hours of wear, so comfort doesn't get 5 stars. Still, it's nothing that would prevent me from keeping these.

Bought these for my husband who just loves them. He has somewhat of a large head and they fit him perfectly, and they look great! Maui Jim\'s in general are awesome. We each have a few pair each!

I bought for my wife; she loves it. The lens, even though light shade, gives very good protection from sun glare, gives very crisp view. Much better than other lenses. Despite the heavy look this weighs very light, easy on the nose bridge. Gives you good coverage on the sides as well. Highly recommend.

This brand was highly recommended by my Hawaii ophthalmologist, who years ago switched to Maui Jim glasses. This is my second pair; they provide the best protection from the sun. Now living in Texas I wear my Maui Jim from dawn to dusk. May I add that I had multifocal implants in both eyes!

I never end up squinting with these sunglasses on. They also don't distort the color of things very much which is fabulous. Love the way they fit and feel (very lightweight). They do pick up fingerprints and debris easier than any other sunglasses I've worn so they require a lot more cleaning. The case they come in is fantastic and keeps them well protected.

I bought these sun readers to be able to read on our boat, use my camera and phone without switching to reading glasses. The line dividing the regular and reading portion of the lens takes some getting used to when first wearing, but is fine after a couple of uses. The sun protection is great, no more squinting. Very happy!

I am on my second pair of these glasses. A little on the heavy side for some (due to glass lenses), but I think it\'s worth the trade off.\r\n\r\nSturdy and comfortable frames.\r\n\r\nExcellent customer service from the company. My first pair was replaced at no charge due to some unusual damage on the lens coating that showed up several years after purchase.\r\n\r\nIn my experience you can\'t go wrong with Maui Jim.

I only wear Maui Jim sunglasses because they feel so good to my eyes. No more straining or eventual migraine if in the sun all day. I am so glad there are finally bigger fashionable styles to choose from like the Hibiscus. I have the sandstone color which goes great with my blond hair. There was a little flaw in the form of a bump in the arm by the hinge seam. But since the style is a variegated pattern I did not bother to return them. These large glasses are a bit too heavy for me to wear all day but are great to have when all dressed up.

I have been a proponent of Revo for many years, but my last pair kept slipping down my nose when doing anything active. These sunglasses have glass lenses, but they use a rubber nose piece that always stays where it belongs. I am very pleased with the overall quality, fit, and lenses in these sunglasses. They are well worth the higher prices that you'll need to pay for Maui Jim.

Wife Loves Then - I bought these for my wife to replace a broken set of Revos. She loves them!! They came with a very nice hard case that she can throw in her purse and not worry about them getting damaged. The lens are amazing. She said they make spring colors have a whole new look. The cost is high, but if you are like us...they last for years!

Excellent sunglasses. Lenses are a step up from the previous generation. HT lenses are excellent in overcast glare - not so great with intense direct sun. New design is quite sharp - this model would be excellent for including readers if Maui Jim broadens the offerings in the future.

I bought these in Maui Rose for golfing from Zappos. I own several other pairs of high-quality sunglasses - Oakley, Bolle, and Ray-Ban. I didn’t know what to think of Maui Jims, being significantly more expensive than even the brands that I had just mentioned. I wore them for the first time today in my car with the top down in the sun. They are worth every penny - I have never seen a view so clear and glare-free. They are so light that you can really forget that you are wearing them. I see myself buying more styles of Maui Jims in the near future.

I love these glasses. They are so lightweight that I can’t even tell I am wearing them! I play tennis and they block out the sun enough so I can serve from either court without worry - any time of day. Great glasses. Can’t say enough about them!
