Overall:

These a great boots but a bit too small, unfortunately. I might pass them on to a friend or return them. I must say that I am truly impressed at the service I receive from Zappos, and I know the returns are easy and without hassle. That is why I don't hesitate to order, even though I am unsure of the size.

These shoes are very cute, but are not shoes you want to wear when you are on your feet all day. Within the first day the logo near the heel peeled off on one foot and within the next few days, the other logo peeled off. It was annoying at first because my foot became sticky from the glue holding down the logo, but I did like the shoes so I ran to my local drugstore and picked up a pair of extra sole inserts. Now they are more comfortable.

These are truly beautiful shoes. Your toe does not show at all. The heel height is good, the buckle is unique, the small platform is helpful in making the heel not seem so high. The color is indeed a beautiful color. I'm not a fan of bright red shoes, and these are a perfect dark red/cranberry! The only problem: they are very stiff! The leather doesn't give at all. I tried 8 and 8.5 sizes and am stumped. One is too small and hurts and the other is too loose and my heel lifts out. But the small cramps the front part of my foot. I want so bad for this to work as they are exactly what I've been looking for in a red shoe, but if they are not comfortable, they'll collect dust in my closet. Boo hoo.

I know this is only my opinion, but these are the ugliest boots I have ever seen. The fake suede looks more like some kind of polyester fabric than it does suede. They have this chemical odor as well.

These boots are comfortable and look fabulous. I wear size 6.5 or 7, but with these boots 6.5 fit me fine. These fit around my calves like a glove, but I would assume that women with muscular calves might find it a little snug around that area. Also I am 5'7" and the top shaft of the boot comes till the top of my knee. I must admit sitting down was a little tricky, but since it is suede it will give after I have worn it more than a couple of times. All in all well made boots.

These boots are very cool looking and comfortable on. Finally a boot that doesn't have a huge calf circumference! Plus if you need to adjust them, you can with the buckles. I usually wear a 10.5, but ordered the 10 and they fit fine. Got compliments the first time I wore them. Would love them in brown, too.

Great boot to wear with leggings, with skinny and bootleg jeans. Size felt a little bit larger, but a pair of thick socks can fix the problem. Also, the boot feels a little bit heavy. Very high quality craftsmanship, leather is very soft but durable.

They looked cute in photo, but were way too baggy on my leg. I wear a 10 (calf 14"), and I've noticed most shoe manufacturers just increase the overall size, especially in the leg. It's really just huge. Sorry to have to return them.

Boots have a plastic look and feel to it. Calf seems kind of wide. I bought the black and the winter white, but I will return the winter white. The black leather is better quality.

Great boots to wear with pants or casual skirts. Beautifully made with an interesting combination of leathers and suede. Haven\'t tested in cold weather yet, but I know they\'ll be warm. Run slightly longer in length but still in my size. Ordered 9 at night and received the next day. Zappos is amazing.

These boots are awesome; very comfortable, very warm with a very hip and funky look/feel to them. I wore them all day at work (a lot of standing) and I didn\'t feel like I needed to take them off as soon as I got home... they already feel broken in. I love them!

Great transitional style. They work with jeans on the weekend and are also dressy enough to wear with slacks to the office. The "brown" is actually more like "burgundy", a definite red undertone, but deep and rich, not bright. This is a very soft and flexible shoe, and it has held up nicely for more than one season.

These shoes are really (really) cute. I got the red pair, and the color is a little darker than shown in the picture (at least on my screen).... almost a sort of burnt red. The problem is they are wide through the arch and in the heel. Even though they feel true to size in the length, I keep stepping out of them. I do have a slightly narrow heel, but not abnormally so. I hope I can find something to add to the inside of the back of the shoe so I can wear them; otherwise, back they go.

This shoe is beautiful. They run a bit small. I wear a 7.5 and ended up returning for a size 8. I've only tried them on, but they feel pretty good.

This is a trendy boot and a pretty color especially for the money. Unfortunately, for me it runs too short. My flexible foot goes to the toe of any shoe and this one is not comfortable. I hate to have to return them, but I must.

This shoe is not only cute, but it's comfortable as well. There is no arch support but there is plenty of room for the toes, no rubbing on the back of your heels and I got a lot of compliments.

I am coming back for the blue snake as the brown is so cute. Am going a half size larger, but maybe because I have larger ankles and there is more room when your foot lifts up. These are excellent for the not so young as they are not over the top in design and will last another season easily. Found them to be comfortable and true to width.

Love these shoes! They are full of fashion and very comfortable. Since there were no half sizes, I was a little nervous about sizing. I usually wear between an 8 and 8 1/2 for these type of shoes. I went with the 8, and they were perfect.

Sad They Didn't Work Out. I bought these and they are way cute and really light. The only problem I had was that my heel kept slipping up. I bought the pads that you put behind the foot and they still kept slipping. I was disappointed because I love the look of the shoe.

Well, I fell in love with them at site. I put them on and my heart was broken. The size was off about 1/2, although very comfortable. What\'s sad is I ordered the longest size available (size 11) so, there is no hope at all.

I found these sandals locally, so I can give them a review because I am wearing them right now. Matisse runs 1/2 size big. I always size down with this brand. The straps are still a bit loose, even though I sized down. But this is nothing, because I put a little pad under the ball of the foot, and they are perfect. Very attractive and comfortable. Very light, and excellent workmanship and quality.

These shoes are gorgeous. I have wide feet and ordered a size 7 in black and they fit perfectly. They can be worn with anything. I love the pretty details: the beads and small diamond studs. I will probably order the tan color, also. My only complaint is the the sole. It is extremely smooth and can be slippery when walking on carpet.
