"I'll try to make this quick because I don't really have an inquiry; I am just so amazed and shocked by how stupendous your service is, I couldn't keep quiet. Two of my three orders so far have been upped to overnight shipping for free. (Who does that?!) I got an email last night around midnight (midnight!) PST saying that my order has shipped. Thanks to this fabulous service, I was able to order a pair of shoes for an event next weekend, determine that they won't work, and then order a new pair. With this kind of attention, I could probably even do this a third time if necessary and STILL have great shoes to wear to the event. And now, I just read that Zappos has an anti-fur policy! I am officially in love with this company. You do not have to respond to this email. I just had to get this out: thank you, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for making me feel appreciated and for making me feel like I'm supporting a company with real values."
