Overall:

Great jacket! Very comfortable and looks great with jeans or sweat pants. The embroidery is very detailed and just enough. You will love this comfy jacket to wear around the house or even to the gym!

I love this bag. My husband got it for me for our 3 year anniversary which is leather. I know the whole bag isn't leather but I liked it so much that I had to have it, and besides, the handles are leather. The only complaint I would have for this bag is the fact that it feels like it's a bottomless hole. So when I go to try to find something, I have to set the purse down and open it real wide to be able to see what I'm looking for. But that doesn't really fault the bag, because that's just the style and shape. There are 2 pockets inside. One has a zipper and the other one is open. I get lots of compliments on this bag and if I had to do it all over again, I would ask for it again. It goes with lots of colors as well and goes great with jeans!

This is my first order from Zappos and I was impressed how fast I got my order. I love this purse, the color is great. It matches browns and blacks wonderfully. It has a lot of room but it is not so big that I feel like I'm caring a suitcase. The more I use it, the better the shape gets.

I ordered this coat for my daughter for Christmas. I could have bought it several places but I love Zappos fast shipping and returns. My daughter loved it. Just the right length for a girl who is 5'10 and not too heavy for our Seattle weather.

These shoes are black!I loved the look of these shoes online - bought them and found that "Gunmetal" is actually black! Was so disappointed, as these are beautiful shoes and they are comfortable, too. Exactly what I was looking for... except that they're the wrong color!

I love these boots! They are casual enough to throw on with a t-shirt and leggings, but look nice with a dress and tights, too! Love the details on this boot. The heel has a nice nail detail and the buckle detail is nice, too. It’s subtle, but you can tell the quality is there. The heel is a perfect height… tall enough to give you a little boost, but not too high to hurt your feet. Definitely give these a try!

Nice looking, casual look for a fur coat, not bulky and perfectly true to size, and also light in weight, but a bit expensive in comparison to similar jackets in other brands.

Abbey Road messenger bag - I purchased this bag with anticipation and it's better than I thought! Today I had some business to take care of and this bag held all my usual daily things AND 2 over stuffed folders with ease. It's light leather for a leather bag and I love it. The strap is adjustable and although there are "notches" to adjust with , you can also hook to the stationary loop on the other side for yet another length. So glad I purchased this bag.

I have arthritis in my feet but still get carded for alcohol. Not quite ready for orthopedics but comfort has become increasingly important.... these are comfortable first and foremost. There is a small pad for the ball of your foot that feels good and serves to keep your foot from sliding forward. Secondly, they are well-made from gorgeous leather. The heel is both practical and feminine, though I would not consider them sexy because they are not fitted. Too loose for dresses on me but GREAT with jeans. My favorite part of this experience though is that when ups mis-delivered, Zappos was on it like the fashion police pursuing a serious crime. In the middle of a winter storm Zappos made sure that I had my boots early the next day, the ups guy apologized so well that I might have thought he had mis-delivered a sick child's medicine had I not know better. All is well in the world of shopping therapy and zappos has gained my customer loyalty in only one attempt. Rest assured...regardless of poor mail service, rain, sleet or snow Zappos will make sure that you HAVE those must haves.

Got this shirt for my husband for Christmas. He loves skeletons and loves this shirt. It’s expensive for a t-shirt, but nice cotton. Not a thick t-shirt, but the cotton is awfully soft. I like the contrast stitching on the shoulder.

I bought this beautiful jacket at a store while I was in Cali! I love it! It is a little longer in the sleeves & length which works out great for me since I am tall. If you are of shorter stature, you could probably get a size smaller for a better fit. I always get compliments when I wear it with my Lucky destructed jeans! Enjoy!

I was seduced by the color and look of this bag while out shopping for cross-body purses (thanks to tendonitis in my right shoulder from hauling around huge bags for the last 5 years or so). The indigo color is gorgeous, and for whatever reason, I gravitate towards Lucky Brand stuff in general despite not being terribly into the hippie chic look. I ended up with this bag (purchased it at a brick & mortar dept. store) and instantly regretted it, though... It had all the issues I have with the big slouchy shoulder bags. There are not enough pockets to keep keys, cell phone, lipgloss and wallet separate and accessible, so I was back to digging around for my keys at the bottom of the bag. There’s one exterior zipper on the back and an interior zippered pouch, but that’s it. It’s just a big bag at the end of the day. The leather is beautiful and high grade (as is it always is with Lucky), but HEAVY. On its own, without all of my stuff in it, it was activating my tendonitis. If you’re not picky about mixing your stuff up in your bag, and don’t mind digging around for keys/lipgloss/cell/whatever, and you haven’t wrecked your dominant shoulder by the age of 30 with hauling overly large and heavy purses around, then this is a very nice bag. Also, I’d be wary of the blue dye on this bag... I wear dark clothes, but I wouldn’t put it past the dye to rub off on light colored clothing. All in all, I returned the bag the next day.

This clutch is amazing! Lightweight, roomy, and so comfortable - I didn’t even realize I had it on at first! Fits to your body and rests on your hips, can fit a lot for a smaller bag, great for someone who doesn’t need to carry a lot or if you’re running out quick to the store. I was iffy at first because of the price/size... but after wearing it home, I fell in LOVE! The leather is so softy and buttery and the quality is excellent... I bought the brown and the color is so rich looking! I definitely recommend this bag!

Zappos is an awesome company! They pulled through when Macy's failed! Plus I got free shipping, fast delivery & had I not liked the necklace (I did), I could have returned it at their expense as well! Macy's advertised this necklace in a full color flyer before X-Mas. My daughter loved it, so I went to Macy's to buy it as a surprise. It was not available in the store so I was told to go on their web-site & look it up by the web ID# printed in the ad. There was no such number on their web-site! Not to be deterred, I Googled the description of the necklace and Zappos popped up! Next time, I'll start with Zappos!

Bought these in Brandy, a beautiful brown color. They fit perfectly, and so comfortable right out of the box. No break in needed. I wore them to the grocery and got a compliment "Nice boots." What a thrill for me! I didn't know that Lucky Brand was making shoes, but now I will look for their footwear when I shop. Can't wait to see what else they come up with. These Angel boots are the cutest I've seen in years, love the straps and the detail of the back of the boot. Look like a much more expensive boot than the price! I'll be in these year round.

Light, warm, comfortable, trendy, excellent quality. The best slippers I've ever had. They are so cool looking, very lightweight, easy to put on, take off, but also keep on (unlike others that just slip when you don't want them to). They do run large; I am a true size 7 and these slippers fit me in size 6.

Needed 'slush-proof' winter boots after Chicago got a pretty significant January snow storm; didn't want a 'waterproof' shoe but black, nasty slushy snow proof boot. I uh, also wanted something fashionable that I wouldn't mind tromping around in. Those desires are mated together beautifully in this galosh/bootie! I'm a Lucky Brand addict, so once I saw them, it was a wrap for me. I bought them, but I was mindful of functionality. The boot is warm, the leather upper is padded very well. I can't foresee this boot being uncomfy with the right socks. And it has just the right amount of 'clunk' that you'd expect with a serious weather boot. And in lovely Lucky Brand styling, the attention to detail and quality in detail makes it an overall happy purchase. I just hate that our snow is almost gone. But the boot looks good enough to wear them out on a 'snow thaw' day, too!

This is a great looking bag. It has a classic style, and yet the leather is exceedingly thin. I don't carry this bag often, and I would not recommend it for daily use due to the thin leather.
