Best Levis you can buy! Thinking of buy a pair of these? Do it. Unless you are into the really skinny jeans like 510 or 511 all you need are these 517's. They hit the best out of all other slim or straight styles. When I say this I have tried all of the following: 501, 505, 511, 514, 527. I thought that 514's would be the best fit as they are advertised as slim straight, but 517's are slimmer in the ass and thighs and have the same width in the leg opening as 514's. These are the perfect jeans. not too tight, not too loose. Classic all the way. In my opinion you simply cannot do better than a tight pair of Levis 517's.

I'm 65 years old and have worn Levi's my whole life. As I've gotten older, my waist has grown faster than my height (I've gotten fatter!) I still wear Levi's. But it's almost impossible to find my size (34 x 29). I don't know if Levis quit making jeans in my size but I couldn't find any until I saw these on Zappos. I ordered 2 pair and they arrived quickly. But when they got here, they were way too long - at least a 31. It's almost like the label was wrong (it said 34x29). Since I was having so much trouble finding my size, I kept them. I had to take them to a tailor to have them shortened!

I ordered the Levi 517 for my son and he loved them, he is 6'4" and has a difficult time finding jeans that fit correctly. They are true to size, the darker colors seem to be a thicker material. Would recommend them to all.

I take a 35/29 boot cut Levi. I have been using a 34/29 but with winter I gained a couple pounds I ordered two pairs of the 36/29 Levi's these are too big. I'll have to either get fat or do what I have been doing, stuff myself into the 34/29 jeans. Cannot believe there are not that many people my size that a 35/29 is not available.
