Didn't Like It - I was looking for a stylish, but comfortable shoe to salsa in. The look of this faux leather shoe is cheap. The stitching is poor and uneven. The little flap of stitched material at the top of the back of the shoe makes the shoe look poorly constructed and it rubs on the back of your foot. I ordered my regular size which squeezed my toes too much and one size up which was too long. It was very uncomfortable to wear the shoe as it was not soft against your foot.

Great dancing shoe - These shoes are very comfortable to dance in, with a little extra cushion in the ball area. They have a hard bottom so you can safely wear them to and from your car without hurting your feet or the shoe. I didn't even need to break them in.

Shopping - I was online looking for a shoe to dance in that would let me slide some. This shoe was great! Not only comfortable but would slide on the dance floor just enough. I have a narrow foot so I wish I had ordered the narrower size but the shoe is so comfortable that I wear them not only to dance in. The shoe looks good and so comfortable.

Great Dance Shoe - This shoe is an excellent choice for women who are narrow in the heel area, but medium to wide at the front of the foot area. However, I would recommend ordering a half size larger than you normally take. The shoe is very pretty. I originally ordered one pair in the tan color to take dance lessons with, but when I discovered that they actually fit my problem feet and look good at the same time, I ordered another pair of tan and a pair of black. I plan on getting heel and toe devices put on the soles of at least one pair to make them more durable for street wear. My only complaint is that they do not have leathers uppers, but you can't have everything.

Room for my toes!! I have always passed over Leo's shoes because they always struck me as being of a lower quality, mainly because of the lower price. Then my black Capezio characters broke down (after 8 years) two days before the opera I was in opened. Throughout rehearsal (there was a lot of waltzing) my toes felt smushed and my bunions were killing me by the end of the night, so when I tried these at a local dance shop because I was on a budget, I was surprised at how comfortable and well made the shoes were. My bunions didn't bother me as much by the end of the night, and with a heel pad, my back felt better too. I got these a 1/2 size larger than my street shoe to allow for the heel pad. I have narrow feet, so the "t" part of the strap is a bit too long, but it still fits securely though it "bunches up" a bit on me. It's purely cosmetic. For those who complain of slippery floors, I ALWAYS with EVERY character shoe put adhesive rubber sole covers on the bottoms. For those that complain of the nails in the heel (which is much wider and more stable than the Capezio’s I've seen) take the shoes to a shoe repair and have them apply rubber tips to the bottom. Characters are left unfinished on the bottom to allow for taps if need be. Bottom line, the price of the shoes saved my butt at the last minute, and the comfort of the shoes saved my feet and back. I'm a convert.

Very comfortable - These shoes are extremely comfortable. They have a very soft, cushiony insole. I wear these shoes for street wear, not dance, and the only problem I encountered is that they can be very slippery on most indoor surfaces. I had a rubber tip put on the heel and they are now perfect. The strap is very comfortable and because it is so long with many holes it should fit a wide or narrow foot. They look really nice and you would never know that the uppers are not real leather. I'm very happy with these shoes.

Good dancing shoe! I tried a number of different styles and brands for a dancing shoe - just took my second Salsa class and needed something that would move better than my every day shoes. This is it! I teach school all day and can go to dance class at night for 1 1/2 hours in this shoe with no discomfort. I usually wear a 71/2, but had to get an 8. I highly recommend it!

Let’s dance - Being theatre shoes, the moment you put them on you want to dance. They are really comfortable and are cute. I wish they came in red.
