First time tapper -
At age 54.... They’re great. My teacher clearly sees my only impediment is me, not the shoes...but remember to read the order guide. I followed that and they fit just right. If you order your actual size, you'll be returning them. But that would be your fault. The instructions are right there...

Big 'ol tap shoes -
Taking the advise of another shopper, I went for a pair that was 1 1/2 sizes larger than my regular… it's perfect. Value for the price is very good. Lite shoe, but kind of cheesy. To find a 14 wide tap shoe, I'm thrilled.

The service was excellent. I couldn't believe that I ordered the shoes late at night (after 10pm) and received the shoes within 1 business day. They fit beautifully and the taps sound wonderful. I can't wait for competition to begin.

Classic tap shoe -
I love this shoe. As a Capezio dance shoe buyer for over fifty years, I decided to try a flat tap shoe and I love the comfort and look of this shoe. It is soft leather which is so comfortable. The taps are actually fairly good and already on the shoe and there is a pad on the ball of the shoe to balance the tap. Heal taps are great with a high pitch. Coolest tap shoe EVER -
I love the look, the butter soft leather, the sound...come on, this is the dream tap shoe, isn't it? When you grew up watching Gene Kelly just go...this is what you wanted to look like when you joined him in the next dance! They are so comfortable. Leo's is the way to go for tap, in my opinion. The sound on this shoe is great, as well as the low heel making it much easier to get a fuller sound. Having tapped mostly in character heels before, I am just loving this shoe!

Gotta Dance! Gotta Dance!
I really like my tap shoes. The leather is very soft. I purchased a 7.5 wide and wear them with light-weight socks. Since I have not tapped in years ~ they feel great while I am learning. They did not need a break in period. They have a soft, slight, interior support padding ~ but do not expect much arch support as they are a flexible (but not overly flexible) tap shoe. I get many compliments on them and would buy this brand again.

Leo's Giordano Spectator Tap -
I have wide feet and ordered this shoe in a women's size 8 wide, which is my street size. It fits perfectly and is even a little loose, which I like. I get lots of compliments on them and since I'm just learning to tap, they make me feel like I know what I'm doing.

Spectator taps -
I love these tap shoes! The sound quality is perfect! This is the first pair of Spectator Tap shoes I have bought, but it's not the first pair of Leo's Giordano’s I have bought. This is by far the best brand of tap shoe out there. They are hard enough to good solid toe stands on, but are flexible enough to feel like you can manipulate the shoe. The one and only complaint I have with the shoe is the arch support. There is not much there, but I think if there was more the shoe wouldn't be flexible enough. Now, I am only 20 years old, but I have been tapping for about 15 years now and I have tried a lot of different tap shoes, but I always come back to Leo's Giordano’s.

I love the shoe!!! My only concern is that they don't make larger sizes in a medium width. I have a narrow size 12 and Giordano only makes it in wide. So, it creases a bit. But I knew before buying that it would be wide.

I tapped in these for a few hours and they loosened up and I wish I had went a full size smaller.

Looks great, fits well -
I have extremely wide feet, and have trouble finding shoes that fit, in general. I ordered a pair in Wide, 2 sizes larger, as recommended for men. They're a little long, but the width was good. Some heel grips do the job. It's a comfortable shoe, fairly flexible, good heel height. Not great for toe stands, though. Most of all, though, they look fabulous. I'm using this in a show, and the spectator design reads well from a distance.
