Overall:

These shoes run a little small, so order 1/2 a size larger - however, they do stretch. They are very light and super comfortable. Simple, stylish, and a pleasure to wear

First Zappos disappointment. I don't like these boots at all and they are going back tomorrow. The leather feels cheap, there is absolutely zero arch support, and the fit is strange and floppy. Not up to Zappos usual standard and I'm thankful for the easy return process.

I was disappointed in the fit of these boots. I had expected them to be much more comfortable but even with a wedge heel I didn\'t find them to be easy to wear.

Comfort + Style = Love. I love this boot. I needed something for everyday use; in rain, snow, cold weather, school functions etc. This is perfect. Size felt a 1/2 size smaller than a 6, but with a cushioned heel and balls of feet taken into account it fits just fine. Feels like I'm walking on clouds. I have wide, small feet (size 6) and these were as if my feet were snugged in a warm cushy blanket.

These are really great shoes! They are very comfortable and stylish at the same time. They do run a little small. I usually can always wear an 8 1/2, but I had to return these shoes for a size 9. It was well worth the effort in returning them. I have worn them many times and will continue to get much wear from them.

This boot would be nice but the craftsmanship is absolutely horrible. The seams where the leather meets the bottom of the boot is done poorly. It's not cut correctly and protrudes from the boot. I received a 2nd pair hoping it wouldn't be the same; disappointed again. If you care for quality, don't get this boot.

The first pair of these boots I ordered were a bit too small so I sent them back and got a size larger. They are by far the most comfortable boot I\'ve ever owned. They\'re stylish, not too heavy, and comfortable enough to wear all day. I like them so much I just ordered them in black.

I love these boots. I'll start out by saying that. The design is beautiful, and I was so excited to get them. You can imagine my disappointment when I received them and the fit was so terrible I couldn't even get them on! I ordered these boots in a 7.5, my usual shoe size, but I couldn't even get them on! I thought, wow, these must run really small, so I returned them and switched them for an 8.5. but, alas, same thing; I can't even get them on! The design of this boot is seriously flawed. This company does not seem to actually design for the human foot. There is no way to open the boot up enough at the bottom get your foot in. The velcro and straps allow the boot to open to just above the ankle area. That is not enough space to get most people's foot in. A few friends tried them on too, because I wanted to see if I had an unusually high ankle or something, but most of them had trouble, too. Only a few got it actually on, and found it extremely uncomfortable. So I'm giving up on these beautiful but seriously flawed boots. Oh well.

These shoes are extremely comfortable. My job is very demanding in terms of walking a lot, but I still need to look decent/professional. These shoes allow me to walk a lot without getting sore feet yet they are very cute. I bought another pair in a different color, I liked them so much!

I really love these little boots. I needed something comfortable to wear to work with my jeans. I ordered the wide width; it is only slightly wider than normal, which means the regular width must be somewhat narrow. I am glad I did! I have ordered shoes from Zappos before and have always been pleased with the speed and accuracy of my order. I recommend Zappos all the time for friends and family.

I\'m thrilled with these boots! I wanted a boot I could wear on my daily commute - I walk several blocks to and from public transportation and carry my work heels in my bag. I was tired of having my dress pants dragging on the ground when I wore my flat walking shoes. These boots give just enough lift and are so comfortable. Great cushioning, perfect fit.

Cutest shoes ever! I ordered my normal size and they fit perfectly. Super comfortable. Only thing I found odd is that they are very loud. I have hardwood floors and both my daughters noticed how squeaky my shoes were. Oh well, I love them anyway!

Even though I ordered wide width, they are very narrow in the toe area and squish my toes together. I can't wear them longer than 4 hours.

Good buy! The Boot is comfortable and looks nice. The only thing is that when it says wide, it's really not wide so be careful. But overall, the boot is stylish and nice looking.

Not impressed with this brand. I am trying Lassen for the first time and ordered two pair in different styles; so far I am not impressed. I received these shoes today and they are going back immediately. In the product description, these shoes are said to have a 2 3/4" heel. In reality the heel is only 2". Also, the sizing seems to be off. I ordered a size larger than my normal size so that I could wear them with thicker socks in the winter (normally wear a 6 or 6.5 but ordered a 7), and there was a full 1" gap at the heel, more like how I would expect an 8 to fit. Finally, there is little to no arch support or cushion in this shoe. I could not imagine wearing them for any length of time (definitely not like my beloved Danskos!). Overall, not a good shoe for the price. More like a cheap shoe from a discount store.

Poor quality; inaccurate sizing. Received these shoes today and they are going back immediately. In the product description, these shoes are said to have a 3 3/4" heel. A full 1" gap at the heel, which suggests that I should have ordered a size down from my normal size. Finally, the are supposed to be leather, but look really plasticy. Overall, not a good shoe for the price. More like something you'd expect from a discount store.

The fit of this shoe is ridiculously small. I ordered my normal size and when I took it out of the box I was convinced they had sent me something at least 1 size smaller. But the stamp on the inside said the right size so I tried it on, and couldn't even get half my foot into the shoe. This is my fourth pair of Lassen, and each pair has gone back, for the same reason. Be forewarned: Lassens run extremely small.

These boots are so comfortable! I have been in search of this type of boot for at least a year to replace a beloved tattered pair. I didn\'t know this brand before, but after wearing these boots, I would definitely consider buying other shoes by Lassen.

I thought this boot would be more comfortable, so I returned it. I bought 2 pairs of tan boots to compare: Prari and Lassen brands, both were similar. Prari was so much more comfortable and was less expensive. The Lassen boot was stiff and the calf opening was too wide for my narrow calves.

Very cute shoes. I was disappointed they run so small. My toes were squished! Definitely order up if you don\'t want to try two sizes. I haven\'t decided if I will try again with a bigger size.

I should've never ordered these! Normally I wear a 10M without my orthotic so having read that they run small, I ordered the 10.5W and could barely squeeze my foot in. I couldn't zip them at all. They look really small, like an 8N. I'm returning them tomorrow! These are okay looking, but the soles look cheap and definitely not worth the price. I give up on boots this year.

Love these shoes! Extremely comfortable right out of the box with no break in period. Rugged and professional at the same time. I work in the agriculture nursery business and these shoes are great for the field or the office. Plus, Zappos is a first class business! Never had a bad experience with them and always fully cater to my needs. Fast shipping and always a pleasure doing business with them.

I have worn this shoe maybe 6 or 7 times and do find it to be comfortable, but it has a weird cushy feel to it. I haven't been able to put my finger on it; and it isn't uncomfortable, just different. I was hugely disappointed, though, to see that they are wearing very noticeably. The heel is showing a good deal more wear than I would expect for the relative age of the shoe.
