I loved the shoes; however, I wore them today for the second time and the strap broke. I will take them to have them fixed because they don't have them in my size anymore but I'm not happy. Shoes at this price should not have to be repaired after two wearings.

I have a wide foot and a high instep. Buying shoes is not fun for me. These fit great, and are so comfortable, they arrived yesterday and I wore them all day today.

These so run small, normally I wear a 5 or 5.5 but the 6 fit. unfortunately they rubbed my big toe, so they have to go back. I am only giving the shoes 3 stars because there is a quality control issue, the toe opening on the left and right shoe were a little different, it wasn't just my toes; also the are seams on the foot bed. but these were very comfortable otherwise, very cushy under the toes.

I was disappointed that these shoes seemed defective. They looked very nice in the picture, and they had a really nice foot cushion. But the left shoe was much looser than the right, and both had so much room for the foot, from top to bottom! Lengthwise they were fine, but my feet were sliding all over the place inside these shoes. There was no support. The quality too seemed cheap for the price. The leather was very thin, the sides panels and soles were barely painted and there were only three holes in the ankle straps. I am very easy to get shoes for as I have very normal feet. These were just shoddy. I gave them two stars because the cushion is really nice. These shoes had to go back, when I really need some new shoes!

Awesome shoe...I love it. What more can you ask for...the price is right, it fit great and comfy too.

These are great shoes! They are really comfortable and look great with just about anything. There is just a little bit of elastic in the strap so you can pull them on and off lazily, without having to undo the buckle. The elastic also makes them more comfortable than other shoes I own that go around the ankle. They run just a tiny bit small. I'm normally a 6.5 or 7 and I ordered the 6.5. I should have ordered the 7 but kept them anyway.

These shoes are cute and very comfortable; however, I have narrow ankles they are too wide at the ankle strap. I like wearing them a lot but my foot slides a bit because of the looseness at the ankle.

These boots are incredible. I love to wear them like a rocker. I can wear these boots with any jeans. I love them!

This shoe is the perfect style for me and is very comfortable. The only thing I don't love about them is the smell. I'm a bit sensitive to smells and these have a chemical-type smell (not like a new leather jacket). It's fading over time, but I've had them over a month and worn them a dozen times and can still smell it.

Super cute sandal but I have to return because they are way too big across the top of my foot. My foot just sloshes around in them.

I have a fairly wide foot so I got these in "wide." They fit great, feel true to size, and are really comfortable. I highly recommend them.

I bought these boots for my daughter. They are super cute, are very good quality, and she reports that they were comfortable right out of the box. Bought her regular size (9.5) and they were true to size. She loves them, and at the sale price they were a great deal for a nice leather boot. We're thrilled with them! As always, Zappos delivery was outstanding. I ordered Friday afternoon, they were here on Monday afternoon.

Really cute, nice looking shoe, but run a little wide. Comfortable too. Back ankle strap was loose - not able to adjust to fit well. I bought size 8, I would try a 7.5.

What a pretty shoe, but it runs very narrow. I am on my second try at getting a size to fit. I have never ordered a wide but did for my second pair to try and it feels just about as tight as the medium width. Im thinking of trying a size up but then I might run into more trouble because the length looks just right.

These sandals look great, nice color (grape). My feet are on a wide side, so I ordered 'wide', but they run very narrow. Construction is fine, but the back strap sits very low, close to the heel, which makes it look a little weird. It's a disappointment overall, especially because I previously ordered another Lassen (Kitami in 'wide'), and that pair was truly wide. I am beginning to think that Lassen is an inconsistent brand.

Great comfort right out of the box! Cushioned sole, not too tight across the top of the foot and the color is spot on to what I saw online. Even though it's supposed to be "Rose," it's a very nice orangey color. I will be looking at more shoes from Lassen in the future. As usual, great Zappos service! Shipment arrived next day!

Very disappointed. These shoes are so cute. They run very short and very narrow. Also the heel strap sits very low on your foot not nearly near your ankle.

I love these boots! Very nice looking and just the right heel height. I have small calves, but these are fine with jeans tucked in. (Too wide for skirts if you have small calves though).

I just this moment gave away the shoes after wearing them one time. The left shoe hurt my foot. It was supposed to be a wider width, but it didnt work for me..

Comfortable sandal. However, not sure it's worth the money. I wore them all day the first time I put them on. The leather is ultra soft and the straps do not stand up on their own. I hope that they last the entire summer.
