Overall:

These shoes were very comfortable right out of the box. I wore them at a trade show for 8 hours with no problem. I have a slightly wider foot and they fit great. My only complaint is that they stretch so much that my foot slides forward and the strap doesn't stay on the heel. I wish they fit snugger.

These are great looking boots, but they run really small and narrow. I had read that the brand ran small, so I ordered big and wide and they were still small and narrow. If you order this brand, order at least a full size up and wider than you think you need. Cute shoes, though!

Cruel Shoes. I think Steve Martin had these shoes in mind when he wrote his short story titled "Cruel Shoes". That said, if you're masochistic, you'll love these horrid little shoes.

This is a great shoe. These are great. I wore them to work and stood in them most of the day. The padded insole is so nice and soft. One of the best pairs of shoes I own.

This is a very cute and flattering boot. It would look good with a casual dress or slacks or jeans. The problem is the sizing is way off.I normally wear an 8 to 8.5, have a normal to wide foot. I got these in an 8.5 wide and they were a full size too small. They even look short, like it was marked the wrong size. Anyway, I like them but I re-ordered in a 9.5 Wide, which I would normally swim in. Some of the reviews I read said they look cheap; I agree that they don't look like a $400 boot, but for the price I think they are perfectly fine.

These sandals are very nice looking. The fit is comfortable on a scale from 1-10 these sandals are a 7. They get more comfortable each time you wear them. At first they were a bit snug, but the look is great with capris or nice pair of jeans.

Fan of Zappos. Shoe runs very small. I usually wear 13M and bought 13m, but I couldn't even get the shoe on my foot. But the shoe itself is quite stylish. Can't rate the comfort.

These little boots are so comfy, they will be my all around go-to boots this winter. They are perfect with jeans, and although it doesn\'t get too cold here I think the insulated lining will keep my toes warm. I have even worn them without socks. For the price they are a super deal!

These were exceptionally comfy - they felt like leather sneakers and the leather had a great look and feel. Overall I had expected to be disappointed in the Lassens because they have so many styles and they are relatively inexpensive, but they were really nice. I ultimately returned them and kept a pair of La Canadienne\'s because they are waterproof. But when I can afford another pair of boots I\'ll definitely check out Lassen.

First size 5 wide I've ever purchased. These shoes are true to size and true to width. They are comfortable and a good looking shoe. Well worth the price.

This shoe seems to be good quality. I ordered my usual size 6-1/2W and the pair I received feel like a 6M or smaller. I will order a larger size.

These shoes are beautiful! I\'m happy with the fit and style. I did put an insole in to make them more comfortable for long days. Other reviewers have noted the slipperiness of the heel, but they seem fine to me.

Disappointed by these boots. They looked so cute, comfortable and sturdy. I'm the quintessential 6 1/2 medium, but these boots were a bit wide in the heel and way too tight in the box. The calf of the boot was too big and boxy. The footbed is very cushy though, but the boot seems poor quality overall. I could see light through the stitching. One walk in the snow and your feet would be wet.

These shoes run a little small, so order 1/2 a size larger - however, they do stretch. They are very light and super comfortable. Simple, stylish, and a pleasure to wear

First Zappos disappointment. I don't like these boots at all and they are going back tomorrow. The leather feels cheap, there is absolutely zero arch support, and the fit is strange and floppy. Not up to Zappos usual standard and I'm thankful for the easy return process.

Comfort + Style = Love. I love this boot. I needed something for everyday use; in rain, snow, cold weather, school functions etc. This is perfect. Size felt a 1/2 size smaller than a 6, but with a cushioned heel and balls of feet taken into account it fits just fine. Feels like I'm walking on clouds. I have wide, small feet (size 6) and these were as if my feet were snugged in a warm cushy blanket.

These are really great shoes! They are very comfortable and stylish at the same time. They do run a little small. I usually can always wear an 8 1/2, but I had to return these shoes for a size 9. It was well worth the effort in returning them. I have worn them many times and will continue to get much wear from them.

This boot would be nice but the craftsmanship is absolutely horrible. The seams where the leather meets the bottom of the boot is done poorly. It's not cut correctly and protrudes from the boot. I received a 2nd pair hoping it wouldn't be the same; disappointed again. If you care for quality, don't get this boot.

The first pair of these boots I ordered were a bit too small so I sent them back and got a size larger. They are by far the most comfortable boot I\'ve ever owned. They\'re stylish, not too heavy, and comfortable enough to wear all day. I like them so much I just ordered them in black.

I love these boots. I'll start out by saying that. The design is beautiful, and I was so excited to get them. You can imagine my disappointment when I received them and the fit was so terrible I couldn't even get them on! I ordered these boots in a 7.5, my usual shoe size, but I couldn't even get them on! I thought, wow, these must run really small, so I returned them and switched them for an 8.5. but, alas, same thing; I can't even get them on! The design of this boot is seriously flawed. This company does not seem to actually design for the human foot. There is no way to open the boot up enough at the bottom get your foot in. The velcro and straps allow the boot to open to just above the ankle area. That is not enough space to get most people's foot in. A few friends tried them on too, because I wanted to see if I had an unusually high ankle or something, but most of them had trouble, too. Only a few got it actually on, and found it extremely uncomfortable. So I'm giving up on these beautiful but seriously flawed boots. Oh well.

These shoes are extremely comfortable. My job is very demanding in terms of walking a lot, but I still need to look decent/professional. These shoes allow me to walk a lot without getting sore feet yet they are very cute. I bought another pair in a different color, I liked them so much!
