Bought a US 10 in the Lakai Pacers. The shoes feel very uncomfortable if you have a anything larger than a narrow foot. I am a medium width in most shoes and these are very uncomfortable. I'm gonna be returning them as I don't wanna have a 10.5 as they are too long.

Hands down the best shoe I've ever owned. It functions great for skating or just casual wear. I'm ordering a second pair because I like them so much.

These have great board feel and last well enough. Style is a plus. They're meant to have not too much to the sole so don't expect too much cushion.

Awesome shoe! I was first introduced to Lakai with the Manchester Select and I loved it. After a while, though, as the need to buy new shoes grew near, I decided that I would really like to get a slightly more minimalist (less bulky) shoe. I ordered this one, and it turned out fantastic! I hope they keep making this shoe because I'll most likely buy it again! One word of slight caution: the shoe is a little narrower than other Lakais, so I'd recommend ordering a half size larger.

My boys really like this brand. So do I cos they are cheaper than Vans. Also better quality andnhas a touch more arch support than Vans too. Sadly Lakai don't make half sizes after size 12 so both my boy are missing out now as they are 12.5. Tried both the 12 and 13 (was hopeful) but they ran true to size and were too small / big respectively.

Runs slightly small with a low-profile toe that leaves little room for natural toe wiggle. Simple, clean design is nice but they do look like shoes meant for young boys. Tough to pull of for dudes older than high-school.

These shoes have a snakeskin type of texture on them! I love the blacked out shoe and my husband is an old school skater so these looked perfect. I was so disappointed when I received them and they have this cheesy snakeskin texture. These should have been good looking shoes.

I bought these for my grandson for Christmas which are exactly what he wanted! I almost gave up finding them but Zappos had them and they were at my door two days later just in time. They were a perfect fit and look great.

Excellent shoe. A nice low profile look. It's very comfortable, with enough padding in the sole and mid, but without being bulky. Fits true to size.

The M.J. from Lakai is very minimal shoe. There are no bells and whistles. Everything has been stripped down to the very basics. Its clean and simple design makes the shoe incredibly versatile. You wear it skating or take them out for a night. The shoes does feel slightly smaller than usual for a Lakai. I normally wear 8 but in this particular model, 8.5. This is most likely due to its slim design. There is also little to no arch support, which could be a deal breaker for some. Still they are rather comfortable shoe. If you plan on purchasing this particular shoe, I recommend that you go half a size up.

You really can't go wrong with Lakai. I dig these shoes, great for whatever you choose to utilize them for, and obviously very well made for skateboarding, and I'm pretty hard on shoes. These are holding up.

I got the black suede with gum sole. After having these for some time now, they have broken in nice. They are a flat footed shoe with fairly low arch support. I have gotten good compliments on the shoe. The suede does wear fast so be careful what you are doing when out in these shoes (suede shoes hate water). These are a comfort shoe for me even though I can run in them. They also came with an extra pair of dark green laces? I didn't put them in. Good shoe, comfortable, looks nice, holding up well.

I ventured out of being a dedicated Vans shredder my whole life to try Lakai and they've disappointed me twice now. This is the second pair of Lakai's I've tried on and I've come to the conclusion that they are way narrower than any other normal skate shoe. The toe box is so tight and uncomfortable, but the length of the shoe is as it should be. The suede on these is very thin and cheap, I can't imagine they'd hold up very long especially for hardcore street skaters out there.

These were the first pair of Lakai's I've ever tried on my feet and I must say they were super uncomfortable. It was a pain just trying to get my foot into these. I have normal sized, narrow feet and my foot felt like it was inside a shoe that was way too small. The thing is the length of the shoe was fine. It wasn't too small, they are just made really weird and basically suction cup your foot inside. I'm going to get a pair of Manchester Selects and try those out. Would not recommend these even if you normally skate Lakai.

Shoes look and feel great. Haven't skated in them, so I don't know how durable they are. Just from walking around in them, they seem to be holding up fine!

Opened the box...a nice designed shoe. Then I put them on. For what I was expecting, this shoe had the worst support of any shoe I have put on my feet in recent memory. So I tried to walk around my office and give them a shot, maybe it's in my head. People skate in these, should be good support, when someone came up and asked if I was recently diagnosed with some incurable disease that affected my ability to walk correctly. That all he said. It wasn't in my head. Back in the box they went.

I really love the black on black styling of this shoe and the gum sole is even sweeter. I bought to use as a skate shoe and from what I see and feel this is a solid shoe. I wear a size 12 in most brands 13 in Nike and I have a thin foot (not narrow), so from top tongue to sole this shoe fits perfect. However my toe is right at the tip of the shoe not tight just snug. I will try thin socks to see how that wears. After all I don't want to be swimming in a size 13.

These shoes are dope! Just break 'em in a bit and then they're super comfortable. The white/white ones are great summer kicks. I've never really thought that Vans were that comfortable or broke in that well on my feet, so these are a great, more comfortable alternative that look awesome (maybe even better).

These lakais make good skate shoes, but their problem is that the laces are too close to the toe so they get ripped to shreds really easily. I started going through a shoelace every skate session and that really adds up! The shoes are really fresh though.

The Brea are perfect skate shoes. They are good out of the box, have a solid board feel with good sole protection. I am on my fourth pair. Finally, as a skater owned company, it feels good to support.
