Overall:

The service at Zappos was incredible! Easy to order. The order arrived fast. The shoe didn't fit so I exchanged it for the next size up. The return/exchange process is the best that I have ever experienced from an online company. Free shipping, free returns. The new shoe arrived in about 2 days. I would definitely recommend and use Zappos again.

Overall:

The shoe runs about a size too small. Also, the "barely blue" shoe is actually silver. Love the shoe, but had to return it.

These shoes are a good fit. I bought them for work since they don't scream, "SNEAKER," and I work in a business casual environment. The quality and price seem to align so far, so hopefully I'll have a job to wear them to for a while.

Cute, but runs large - Very cute looking shoe. However, the leather is very stiff and it runs at least one whole size large. I had to return them.

I ordered these in black and they’re beautiful. The leather is a bit shinier than what the photo portrays, however. The shoes fit perfectly around your foot like a glove. When I first put them on, I was a little nervous because that made it seem narrow, but the leather molds perfectly to your foot. Also, the cushioning is so comfortable! Great for walking. Yes, the shoe is a bit pointy, but this makes it look feminine and dainty! Also, the shoe laces are rather thick, so they come untied sometimes, which can be annoying. The main issue with these is sizing. I’m normally 8 or 8.5 and ordered the 8 and they still seemed a half or even a full size too big. I had 1/4 inch of room on top! I’m not exchanging though because they fit fine elsewhere. When I looked on the tongue tag, it said size 8 US, but size 39.5 European, which totally is not the proper conversion. A 39.5 is normally equivalent to a 9.5 and size 8 should say 38. Definitely order down!

I love the look of these boots - bought them in the shiny black. They are a bit cold, and have no arch support (add inserts). Good traction. Unfortunately though, after a month of wearing them almost every day, the inside of the left boot started tearing up along the heel. So when I take my foot out, there are styrofoamy flakes stuck to my foot. It’s a real bummer - I really wanted to like these boots. I will wear them through the rest of the winter because I’m cheap and want to get my money’s worth, but I probably will not buy this brand again for winter boots.

I read several reviews, and the general theme was that these boots run large. I therefore ordered a half-size smaller (going from a 9 to an 8 1/2), and could barely get them on my feet! Needless to say they are going back...unfortunate, because they would have worked well.

My daughter really wanted Lacoste Shua shoes for Christmas. I ordered them from Zappos. The shoes arrived within a few days and the shipping was free. The shoes are beautiful, they fit true to size, and my daughter is thrilled with them. Zappos had the best prices for Lacoste shoes and the service is excellent. I would recommend both Zappos and the Lacoste Shua.

I like these shoes, but feel that they don’t hold their shape well and start to look kind of relaxed and saggy quite quickly. For the price, I think I would choose a different shoe.

This is a great looking shoe but it unfortunately has one significant deal-breaker: the lining rubs.\r\n\r\nI bought this shoe in both a size 12 and a size 13 and I noticed the problem in the right shoe of both pairs. The inside of the shoes are lined with a very comfortable fabric but the areas around the shoelace eyelets are reinforced with leather that goes down along the inside a bit past the tongue. The bottom edge of this leather is a a square angle and the corner of this square would rub the inside of my right foot. I took only about five steps in each pair before I knew that I couldn\'t wear these very far without one heck of a blister.

This shoe is simply amazing. I accidentally ordered a size down because I thought they were slip on and not lace up, but ordering a size down was the right thing to do! They are pretty narrow but extremely comfortable and go with just about everything. They look dressy, but can be casual as well. I'm very surprised these shoes aren't more popular, they are the ideal classy chukka but with that Lacoste flair. Yes, slightly pricey, but trust me when I say they're worth it!

I received the Lacoste Shua S WM in black in a size 8 and I must say they are very, very comfortable. This shoe feels true to size and I was very excited to find a variety of Lacoste sneakers on Zappos site. The Lacoste store had very slim picking and a horrible woman's selection. Thanks Zappos for keeping such a variety and thanks for upgrading my shipping from Standard to Next Day Air Saver. I am a loyal customer for life!

Love these flip-flops! I bought them in the fun colored style as well as the black with white style. They are soft and comfy right away. I wore them to the zoo (in Naples, FL) over Christmas and with all the walking the zoo entails, no foot issues! They are so cute. I had at least 3 compliments on them! Would so recommend!

I loved the shoes and they fit great. I wear a 9.5 and that's what I got and they fit perfect! So I recommend these shoes and they look great with jeans. I'm going to rate them a 4 because nothing in life is a 5.

Typical Lacoste shoe. Very nice lines and materials. Have not worn for extended periods yet, so no comment on the long-term comfort. Short term wears have been pleasant. Size runs pretty true to size, although I usually take an 11.5 (sometimes 12), I took a 12 in this shoe after trying it out in a store. Lightweight shoe, colors pop nicely, looks exactly like the picture (colors accurate). Also bought the black, sweet shoe in black, too.

I had to return this pair of lacoste sneakers because my son did not like black but he did love the white lacoste sneakers i got from zappos. I have to tell everyone that the customer service at Zappos is really great. I rate it as high as companies like LL Bean who also care about their customers so much. I am glad I found out about them.
