This is a really cute boot, but the calf circumference was way too small. I'm not a big girl either. At 5'6" and 120 pounds, I considering myself to be on the thin side and usually boots are too loose in the calf. I had to return them. Also, I'm usually a 7 1/2 and I ordered an 8. The foot part felt good with socks.

I love these boots. Gorgeous and fit great. Can wear them all day with dress clothes/no blisters on the first wear. Get to and from in winter weather without a hitch! The only problem I see with them is that the calf sizing is pretty tight. I am a smaller frame/small calved woman and the boots are tight on my calves. Even with my skinny jeans, I could force zip them, but I don't want to do that because I could damage the zipper.

Terrific boots. Got them in black and just ordered them in brown. I have small calves and these are fitting a lot better than any I\'ve tried (with the exception of the Ivana style - great for smaller calves, too). True to size. Shorter toe box (Ivana style has a little longer one). Love the boots!

I purchased these boots after buying the shoe with the same wedge heel. This boot is extremely comfortable and very warm. I made the mistake of wearing them on a 50 degree day, and man was I toasty all day. These boots are exactly what I was looking for to be fashionable but sensible in the Chicago winter. I would highly recommend them, and I will continue to look for new items from La Canadienne. My only negative, and it isn't really a negative, is that I am tall (5'9") and I feel like the boot shaft could be 1" taller for me. I highly recommend this boot and this brand.

I haven\'t worn these out of the house yet but they seem great. They do run a bit small (I needed a half size bigger than usual) but they seem really comfortable. The style is nice and they fit just right through the calves.

I was so excited to take them out of the box and try them on, and they look fabulous! Everything from the foot part to the calf fit perfectly, but somehow when I started walking, there's a hard part around the ankle area that presses on my outer ankle bone, and it just hurts even when I put cushiony socks on. It was hard for me to let go of them. I guess it's just the structure of my feet.

Absolutely love them!! The boot fits great and looks great. I wear it with jeans, skirts and dresses. I have a comment every time. Very comfortable and I have encouraged others to buy them as well!!I ordered the shoes on a Saturday afternoon and they arrived on Monday-all the way across the U.S. I was very impressed.

Love the boot. Very comfortable, I can wear them multiple days in a row without any discomfort. They are warm, so I needed to wait for cooler weather to wear. I have thin calves and they fit without major gapping.

Elegant, well designed, good fit and comfortable boot - I am thrilled with my Galaxy boots. Comfortable, and stylish. The company designers at La Canadienne know what they are doing, as other brand name zip boots often don't fit well and throw off my proportion (look clutzy because of gaps in the shaft and too-square toe-boxes). I also don't worry about making my bunions worse when wearing these boots.
