This boot lived up to the reputation La Canadienne has for quality; the overall style is great, leather is nice, very comfortable right out of the box. The calf, however, was a bit large on me, and I don't have skinny legs. Would almost keep these, but for the price, I would like a sleeker fit, since I want boots to wear with skirts as well as under jeans. Going to return these and order a couple of other pairs from the same maker.

These boots are fantastic. Very comfortable. Fit well. I wanted them for winter outdoor weather (great traction), but they are very nice for an indoor dress boot as well. Highly recommend.

This is my 4th pair of La Canadienne, they are such high quality shoes and boots! They last for years, don't break down and are very comfortable, I wear my 3" heels all day long! The Callie have been just as comfortable. I bought them to wear with skinny jeans; unfortunately they are so slim at the ankle all these layers are uncomfortable. Another thing to be aware of with La Canadienne, they are all lined for warmth. I have never experienced hot calves before.

Just tried these on and the size was not true for me. Typically I am an 8 and these were slightly large. I ordered the 7.5. Also, the calf is a little large at the top, but it'll do. I am pretty small, so it's understandable, but if you have a larger calf you'll love this boot! Have not worn them out walking yet, but they felt comfy walking around my home.

Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Arch: Excellent arch support Shoe Width: Felt narrower than markedThese boots are incredible. The leather is soft and obviously quality. The brown color is so deep that it almost appears to be black. The fit of the foot is probably narrower than one would expect for a B width, since it fits my narrow feet quite well. I have a wider calf and wasn't sure the shaft would be wide enough, but a trip to the shoemaker and the shaft is now stretched to fit perfectly, without any marks to mar the appearance of the boots. I also have trouble wearing shoes and/or boots comfortably for long periods of time, but the height of the heel and the placement of the arch in these boots promise to be comfortable all day, no matter what I do while wearing them. I have looked for quality boots for a long time and finally found them!

I love these boots. They are really stylish and comfortable at the same time. I walked around NYC for two days with them and never had an ounce of discomfort. Love the fact that they are also waterproof!

I was so excited to see this boot in my size in stock. Ordered it yesterday, got it this morning, but the boots look much better online. The leather looked cheap, no natural shine to it at all. Then I happen to see a similar boot at Target for much less. I like Target, but for the hefty price of these boots, I expected quality leather looking boots. They also didn't seem comfortable at all, so unlike other La Canadienne boots. The only thing I liked was the round toe. These boots reminded me of the La Canadienne Passion but the Passion seemed comfortable.
