I have major foot problems. I wore these to a wedding. First dress shoe I have worn in at least 12 years. Will be getting a special orthotic made to make my feet comfortable for a longer time, but the insole is very good by itself. The size was not really big if you really are a very wide width. Toes have quite a bit of room. Well made and the service was excellent. Could have used a nano of depth space in toe area, but overall the best shoes this very shoe challenged person has found.

I already bought a pair of Kumfs boots (Quiver) around 2 years ago after going years not being able to find boots I could wear. So I was very pleased & excited those fit me well even without any added orthotics! Knowing how well I liked them, I recently tried the Kumfs Shazam because I could get them in extra wide, a taller boot, & they had less heel height than many others. I ordered in both black & brown. I wore the brown pair some around awhile in the house and found them comfortable right away. I felt pretty confident they wouldn't start hurting later so I kept wearing them, then wore them to a party that evening where I was standing most of the time. I had no trouble with pain, no pressure on bunions. There was plenty of toe room and plenty of support with the very good arch they have. And they're cute, too! I made a point to show them to my friends at the party since they know how hard it is for me to find boots & shoes to fit. Of course I told them how Zappos made it possible for me to try different hard to find shoes & boots & in sizes most shoe stores just don't stock. They were quite impressed, saying they would look into Zappos as well. Another friend told me they also bought shoes through Zappos. So kudos to Zappos great customer service and Kumfs Shazam boots. Thanks!

Great boot. It seems to run a bit long. I usually take a 37.5 in Kumfs, but had to send that back and get a 37. The boot arrived yesterday. I have had it on all day today while teaching, which means on my feet for extended periods of time. No pain. Feels great right out of the box, even on my Charcot-Marie-Tooth feet (high arches, hammertoes). I would love to get another pair in black when it becomes available!

I have never owned a pair of boots because my feet are so wide and then with heavy legs, too, boots were out. But I ordered these and love them; even though they are wide enough, they make my feet look slim. Did not like the price, but they fit me perfectly and have been comfortable to wear, making me feel very stylish! Zappos service was great, too.

Kumfs' Glove Uncomfortable - Based on other reviews of Kumfs, I bought this attractive, feminine Kumfs' shoe one-half size large. That was fine, and the height fit my high arch, but the shoes pinched all around my heel (I wear an 8.5 EE). I will unfortunately have to return them.

These are great boots. I bought them in 37.5 WW; they fit great. They may run a bit short, as I normally wear a 6.5 and the 37.5 is a 7. I have high arches and problems with hammertoes. These boots are comfortable, with plenty of room in the toe box. Yet, they do not look like "Wide" orthopedic shoes. They look great with jeans and pants. The stitching does make them a bit more casual, so I would not wear them with "dressy" slacks.

This was an adorable shoe, but it rubbed/irritated the bottom of my ankles. Too bad because it was surprisingly comfy everywhere else and had a solid, stable heel. I'm returning it.

From the first time I tried this shoe my feet were in heaven. I have never had a more comfortable and supportive shoe on like these in my life. I have back problems and plantar fasciitis and the high arch support fits me perfectly. I don't think I can go to any other shoe from now on. They are well worth their cost. I also get compliments on them every time I wear them.

Great boot. I'd never heard of this company so I felt like I was taking a chance, but these are very good looking boots. I like the boot height and the overall look. I don't like boots that slouch at the ankle and these do a little bit, but it's more evident in the feel of the boot than the look of it. Very sleek and off beat, which is more my style. Very comfortable also though the arch is in a funny place for my foot. Didn't bother me enough to return them, though. Definitely recommend these boots.

I was a true 7M until I broke my pinkie toe and now I need wide shoes. The length fits like a true 7. I ordered wide and the shoes fit like an ordinary medium. They are cute enough that I am trying the extra wide.

Beautiful and Comfortable! These shoes are beautiful, comfortable and fit very well for my size 11-12 feet! I bought the size 12 and so far so good; fashionable and great support. I love the silver/gunmetal coloring! I'm giving them my first cocktail party test this weekend and I feel confident they'll be good for standing in for hours.

Total comfort right out of the box! I have heel pain and need orthotics. This is the first pair of shoes in my life that were comfortable, actually soothing, the first time I slipped them on! Because of the elastic top your orthotics fit great. The price felt high, but after buying my first pair, I won't hesitate to get another. They breathe well. They're soft. Looks great with dress pants and jeans; skirts are just okay.

My first Kumfs. They were a bit expensive so I was willing to not like them. I wanted a bit dressier shoe than my favorite Merrell ankle boots. These are that. And comfortable as well. The Kumfs are not quite as comfy as my Merrells, but far more comfortable than any 'dress' ankle boot I've ever owned. A bit wide at the top is the only potentially negative comment I have, and I'm okay with that. I will keep my eye for new styles in this brand.

Very comfortable sandal that has arch support! Have walked all day in these without any problems. Received many compliments on them, too. See my review of the Smiley shoe for additional review details on Kumf's shoes.

Very cool looking shoe! Not to mention extremely comfy. Wore these all day while touring in Greece and Italy. Came across the Kumf's brand for the first time when I was in Australia (where my husband is from) and tried on some shoes and walked out of the Kumf's store with 2 pairs. Their shoes are really comfortable for those who need the extra padding/shock absorption; most shoes are designed so that you can either use Kumf's inserts (excellent) or your own orthotics. With the Smiley, have opted to use Kumf's instead of my own orthotics.

As a diabetic I have to be extremely careful about what shoes I wear and I find it difficult to find shoes that are wide enough. This model of Kumfs shoes is extremely comfortable and wide enough to accommodate the width of my foot. Even with the heel I can wear it for hours without discomfort. It also offers a wider heel for better balance. Even with the roomy width and wider heel the shoe is very attractive to the eye. I highly recommend it as well as other models Kumfs offer.

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Even right out of the box. I was looking for a dressier pair and these are adorable and don\'t hurt my feet in the least while giving me a cute look. It seems Kumfs work best for me. I wish they would make more dressy shoes

Even though I work in a women's clothing and shoe store, it is hard to find boots that I can wear all day long. These have passed the test! They truly are fabulously comfortable and my feet do not ache by the end of the day. As with all Kumfs, I love the fit and the fact that they don't "scrunch" my toes, which leads to all sorts of problems. They are a little flat; however, with an arch support they work out fine. Anything with a higher heel is out of the question for me, so these are great with leggings and a short skirt.

Cute shoe, but I am sending the 2nd pair back. I ordered a B width and the footbed was very narrow which meant no support so I returned for a D width and had the same problem. I really wanted them to work for my daughter's wedding.

I thought this was a really cute and comfortable pair of shoes; however, they were not flattering on me. I have very narrow calves. The thick straps and large buckle looked too clunky in relation to my skinny legs.

I absolutely Love-Love this shoe! I am so impressed with the style and the quality. I am 35 and I want style and comfort. This shoe is exactly what I am looking for. I first purchased the Vail in Brown, and was so happy I immediately ordered it in black too. I am impressed with this company and I hope they continue to produce more stylish - comfortable shoes.

So Cute! These shoes are so cute, but the wide was not wide enough. I've read that Kumfs are generally narrow and wanted to work the XW but it wasn't available in my size so I went with the W, and it was okay with the inserts the shoe comes with, but when I had to put my custom orthotic in it, it was very tight. So sadly, I have to return them and hope that the XW comes available. I normally wear an 8W. The insert is 3/4 quarter size and is velcro to the bottom of the shoe, so makes it very easy to remove. The leather is really soft and the quality is excellent.

Kumfs are hands-down the most comfortable shoe I have EVER worn. I have several different styles and I will not be shy about collecting more. The "Brooke" and "Flirt" are both adorable and you can walk in them all day long without feeling any fatigue in your foot. Having tried on the "Xray" as soon as it arrived, and walking around the house in them, I can say this model promises to be just as comfy. It is also sleeker and cuter than I'd expected. My husband described it as looking like a "jazz shoe." Now if Kumfs could just come up with a stylish-looking business pump or two, I'd be in heaven. I actually used the footbed/insole from the Brooke for a pair of Taryn Rose pumps which were just not working for me. Kumfs turned the Taryn Rose shoes into something that can work.
