These shoes were so comfortable. I was worried that they might be too high. I’m 5 feet 2 inches and I didn’t want to be too uncomfortable. Not at all, they were a dream come true. Style, comfort and the fastest shipping I have ever seen. Thanks Zappos.

Very comfortable wedges, with a little extra height. The sole is suede so be very cautious, the first time worn they were already scuffed up.

Beautiful but if you've never tried these on before you may need a lot of trial and error before true bliss is experienced! The wonderful thing is that Zappos makes it all so easy for you! I tried the Kork Ease slip on type, tried 2 different sizes, my size and a size down- the size down too small and the size up was too big (way too big) so I thought maybe I needed something with a strap. I do not have a huge or wide foot, I don't like to cram my toes into shoes, and I do like my toes to not hang over or from the back also. So I went with my normal size and it worked fine. The buff color is absolutely gorgeous and goes with everything-jeans, shorts, dresses and the cork does not show a lot of dirt as well! So go get a pair- get your usual size unless you have really, really, really narrow feet or like to squeeze your poor toes and you won't regret them! Oh and btw these are very comfy too!

LOVE These shoes... they’re the most comfortable shoe I’ve worn in years. I have 3 pairs - black, natural, and dark brown. They go with everything from shorts to capris and bell bottoms of course! Love those 70’s styles! You can wear them all day into the night. Light weight and so comfortable. Order them and you’ll love them!

I bought these shoes in chocolate. They are very comfortable and well made. I'm given them four stars instead of five because they are a bit clunkier looking than I thought they would be. Overall, though, I love the retro look and have had no trouble walking fair distances in them. I recommend these shoes.

I LOVE THESE SHOES! I am such a picky shoe person! With four children, I need to be able to chase them...but be "stylish" while I do it! These shoes are lightweight, comfy, comfy, comfy! Love these sandals, so comfy. Always wanted some Kork-Ease shoes, and am not disappointed at all. I could stand or walk all day in these. And they're super cute and seem to be excellent quality. I think these will hold up well with the wear I plan on giving these all summer! Get these or any of the KE shoes. I'll definitely buy other KE styles and colors now.

What fun! Platforms have not been in my wardrobe since the 70's. These sandals are comfortable, lightweight, and much easier to walk in than you'd think. Almost better than the shoes, however, is the service I got from Zappos? This was my first experience with Zappos and I was a little hesitant to order shoes online. Well, I ordered two sizes of the same shoe as other reviews led me to believe there may be some sizing issues (more on that later), so I knew from the get-go that I would be testing the return policy. May I say, it was very easy. I also appreciated the communication from Zappos letting me know about the status of my order, and then the status of my return. I'll be back. As for sizing, the sandals only come in whole sizes and, like the rest of the world, I wear a half size. I ordered both up and down from my regular size and ultimately decided to go with the smaller sandal because so many folks had commented on how the leather stretched with wear. I haven't had my sandals long enough to notice that, yet, but it's nice that I don't have to buckle them on the last notch out of the box--I have some room. Length-wise, they're a teensy bit short, but since they’re sandals, it's not that noticeable. Overall, I'm very pleased--and I'm now 6 feet tall!!!

I had a pair of these sandals in 1975 (when I was a teenager). I loved those sandals. They were comfortable and great looking. I was so thrilled to find the exact sandals 34 years later. My only problem was what size to buy. I am normally a size 8M, so I ordered a size 8. When I got the 8s they seemed too tight, so I exchanged for a size 9. The size 9 felt perfect so I put them on for a big day of shopping. As the day progressed with lots of walking, my sandals grew and grew; now I can't even keep them on my feet. So...buyer be AWARE- be sure to get the proper size, knowing that they stretch out A LOT. Now I have to buy another pair, which is very upsetting, but I love these sandals that much.

This is a great shoe. It's stylish and super comfortable. It goes great with shorts and skirts for the summer. The best thing about this shoe is that it gives you the height yet you can wear them all day. I liked them so much that I got a pair for my sister!

I had read a lot of reviews about how comfy these shoes were, so I finally took the plunge. They really are amazingly comfortable! I've had my eye on these for a while. I used to have a pair in the '70's and LOVED them. If you are thinking about getting these shoes, do it! Right out of the box comfort! Plus they make you feel tall and they are cute to boot. Grab 'em!

Myrna, I wanted it to work out between us, I really did. I ordered these in the campari red color in a 9. Unfortunately, the 9 was a little too big and the 8 was a little too small, so none for me. Also, the sole of the shoes on the pair I got was tan instead of matching red, which seems a small, insignificant detail, but it didn't work for me. I love Kork-Ease and am going to try some of the other styles!

Love them- I decided to try to pick just one great sandal for this summer, and this is my pick :) Just perfect- very comfortable plus height! The ankle strap is a little big as mentioned, but I have had no trouble and they hold the shoes in place so you won't slip off of them. I love that they are a classic. I've had them for a couple of months now and they still look perfect, now I just want the lower pair too in a lighter color to wear with shorts! I'm a picky customer, these shoes are just Love :)

I love Kork-Ease shoes for the same reason many people do: I used to wear them every summer as a little girl. But they also look great now that I'm an adult! And they're comfortable and don't take time to wear in if you have the right size. Which leads me to my Kork-Ease complaint: why don't they offer half sizes?! I am usually a 9 1/2 and tellingly, their 9s are too small and their 10s are too big. Argh! For this particular style, I was able to fit in a 9, but it's not as comfortable as it could be. Also, the shoe is narrow for wider feet like mine. But the style is great, and they go with everything from dresses to jeans, so I'm sticking with 'em.

I ordered this shoe in chocolate and am very happy with how it looks. It is very versatile and looks great with skirts and dresses. It was also comfortable from day one of wearing it. On a few occasions, however, I nearly twisted my ankle from the height of this shoe. Those people who aren't used to 70's platforms may need to walk slowly until they feel truly at ease on these cute shoes!

How do they do that??? These shoes are amazing...sky high AND comfortable...a hard combination to come by!! When I first put them on they were kinda stiff and I thought "these are going to need a break-in period..." but it actually took just a few minutes for them to mold to my feet...And the padded foot bed is wonderful! These shoes are expensive but soooo worth it...

Love these shoes very comfy. I have bad heel spurs from running for more than 10 years, and I was able to walk for hours in these shoes and not be tired. I plan on bringing these shoes along for a girl’s trip to Mexico and dance all night!!!

It is difficult for me to find shoes in my size (11), so when I found these, I ordered them in black and brown. They are very comfortable and durable. I had these shoes back when I left Marin Co. for college in the 70's. When I saw them in Zappos I was so excited. Had to have a pair. They are the most comfortable shoes. They have a padded foot bed and it is like walking on air. I feel very retro! The whole shoe is well made. The leather is thick and feels substantial. They are exactly like they were all those years ago. Nice to see a company stick to their values. I guarantee you will like them!

I love these shoes and the Ava's I have 3 pairs and waiting for Ava to become available in my size in black. I can wear these shoes all day into the night. Most comfortable shoe I've wore in years.
