Overall:

I bought these shoes for my son. From the moment he tried them on they were very comfortable, no breaking in. They are a good looking shoe, he likes wearing them with a nice pair of jeans or dress slacks. Either way, they made a hit, he loves them. The best part for me was dealing with Zappos. Thanks once again for the great service!

I found this watch on another website but Zappos had free shipping. The description of the watch was not clear so I called customer service and they were great. I have not actually seen the watch, I had it shipped to my mom as a gift. She LOVED it and said it's really beautiful!!

I am in love with this handbag! I chose the black bag with lovely red interior. It's a luxurious, understated, well-crafted thing that can be used with the long shoulder strap or the shorter version tucked under the arm. Both attachments are completely adjustable and detachable, which makes the bag so versatile. The compartments are roomy, the leather drop-dead gorgeous. Even the dark gold name/logo works beautifully, and I usually dislike advertising. For weeks I had been searching for the perfect everyday bag and this is it. It's simply the best quality/design and worth the investment. I can foresee it lasting a lifetime. And who but Zappos can deliver it the next day at no charge?

The thin polish wears off the heel quickly and right about the time your 30 day return policy expires you have leather coming off your shoe. You will then have to mail them to the Kenneth Cole repair shop on the east coast and if all goes well, you will have the same pair of boots you started with 60 days later. My advice is to stay away from Kenneth Cole footwear.

A very comfortable and nice looking watch. The band fits perfectly without pinching, rubbing, or squeezing the wrist. And because it's so light, I almost can't feel it on my wrist. One drawback that you should consider is that the hands and face are the same color and even in dim light you can't read the time. Although the tips are white, they're very small and not really helpful to find see the hands. So, in that respect, the watch is not as useful as most others.

Not that it matters (this bag seems to be going fast) but the overall look of the bag is quite cheap. The handles are stiff and slip off my shoulders. As a positive note, the bag is roomy and the metal rivets detail is hot. I kept the bag because I'm such a KC fan.

The shoes are great, but because of its shape, I had to order one number shorter than my original shoe size. Besides one shoe is kind of hard from the back and caused a blister on back side of my foot, but everyone liked the shape and style. It's a very trendy dress shoe and looks very nice.

I purchased several of my Christmas presents this year from Zappos and not only did they have the lowest prices, but they delivered everything in record time, sooner than I even expected. The ease of use of their website, their returns policy and the prices will keep me coming back for future purchases. They sell way more than shoes!

A nice, sturdy, high-quality shoe; I've only worn them once, but I can tell these are the kind are going to take a lot of breaking in. I have some other Kenneth Coles, and the story is the same with them: beautiful shoe, very solidly built, but it takes a while for the leather to soften up and get comfortable with. As a consequence this shoe will be with you for 10-20 years (the shoe style will wear out before the shoe will). I give them a "3" on comfort, but the truth is these are more like a "2" that, after the break in period will turn into a "3" or "4".

This shoe is not true to its size. It is at least one full to half size larger. I have an interview on Thursday morning (today is Monday) and I have to Next-Day ship this shoe in order to get my true size. Unbelievable!

Great looking boot seemingly made well of quality materials, yet the heel broke off within first week under normal use. Absolutely ridiculous considering the price of the boot and the brand's usual quality. I'm hoping it was a fluke and am having this pair exchanged.

Very stylish comfortable slip ons. Were a little stiff at first, but certainly not uncomfortable. After an hour or so they became very comfortable. Great with jeans or other casual wear.

The Kenneth Cole Pay Roll satchel was a great investment. I get many compliments on this bag. The hardware is solid and attractive. Although to me in the picture, the bag looked more eggplant-y in color, it's really a deep blue, but really goes well with so many outfits! It was also a great price here at Zappos. It appeared larger in photos than in real life, but it works. It'll hold makeup, odds and ends, a water bottle, wallet, and two catalogues simultaneously. The bag has a rad texture and attractive lining, and arrived with a dust bag.

This tote is so beautifully made, the leather is soft and has a nice sheen to it, the woven style handles are actually pliable and quite comfortable on the shoulder, the top zips fully across so everything is secure with the option of using the magnetic closure for easy access, plenty of room to wear over your jackets, it is however a little heavy, not enough to bother me, the hardware is perfect, the name plate is subtle. I love this tote!

I bought this shoe for my husband and he is very happy with it. The style is very refined and it looks like a much more expensive shoe than it really is. It is narrow at the tip and he was initially nervous that it would be uncomfortable but he wore it to work (in Manhattan, with a bit of walking involved) and said they were comfortable from the first wearing. The tip of the shoe is a bit long, which is more of an Italian style, so if you like short rounded shoes this one is not for you. However they look great with the skinny cut suits that are in style these days. My husband also wears them with dressier jeans and a sports jacket. \r\nThe shoe is beautifully made, the leather is very soft and the soles have some traction pads for extra cushioning and so you don\'t need to have them soled yourself.\r\nI am buying him another pair because this shoe is a great find!\r\n

Changing the battery. Nice watch, but to change the battery and put the back piece on is an effort. I cannot figure out how to get the back piece back on.

Took a while to find a metallic bag that didn't look cheap! This one is it! Gorgeous pewter leather, and so soft. I love everything about it except I wish it had an exterior pocket for cell phone. Otherwise, it's perfect!
