A lot of money for a light, but that being said. I'm impressed with the quality and construction. Seems like a well thought out design. Not as bright as I'd like, but if you're doing some solo or small tent camping I can see it being adequate.

I love Kelty packs, I had a 45L I took for 3 months into SE Asia. This pack is coming with me for 30+ days to Peru and Brazil. I was a bit worried about the size, so I'm bringing less. Word from the wise. The pack is an awesome color, rain jacket built in is a big plus (I used black garbage bags before which worked fine as well), bag has great accessibility. I will report back after my trip abroad! Buenos Dias!

This backpack was exactly what I needed. Fits my 15" laptop perfectly, might even fit a 17". There's enough room for a few books and a few pockets to stash pens, etc.. Lightweight and comfortable to wear.

My purchase of this backpack was for our family vacation use and it was well used. With multiple compartments and easy wear we could fill it with food, light jackets and everything a mom needs. Great purchase and great Zappos experience.

I am very happy with this backpack. It has plenty of pocket locations and sizes. I like how the back of it (the part that rests against your back) is padded and somewhat rigid. It is also nice that it has a laptop sleeve and a smaller tablet sleeve. Quality materials and zippers. The adjustable, sliding straps that go across the chest make it seem a lot lighter when fastened.

Great pockets, things stayed dry when it rained. The key clip on the inside was great, I will never go digging for my keys again! Really like this bag.

Amazing order from Zappos, I love this backpack! Bought for a 6 week trip to SE Asia and it's working great so far, packed lightly though. It's a great quality Backpack for sure. Kelty makes good stuff.

I was excited about this backpack. I needed a new carry on sized pack that would also load a laptop and this seemed like the perfect fit. But there are a few issues. Once it arrived I loaded every item that the bag is intended to carry in the pouches labeled for said items. Laptop in the back, table, cell phone, chargers, pens, pencils, sunglasses, etc. Once all was in, that was it. No more room. Well actually that doesn't work because I needed to carry those things and some pajamas, toiletries and a day's worth of clothes. But there's no room left. After all is in you can MAYBE squeeze in something the size of a text book. One single text book. I also don't like some of the structure of the bag. The laptop sits closet to the back which means it's extra padded and hard. This sounds logical but as a woman of some weight, this means the heaviest and hardest part of the bag sits right on my lower back/tailbone and HURTS. Also the labeled compartments are neat but if you use anything bigger than earbuds they won't fit in the headphone pocket, my "battery" (laptop cords?) don't fit in the battery compartment and etc. I would prefer the labels stay off the pockets so I don't feel wrong for fitting other things in there. It looks great though! I liked the construction, the color details and the many pockets. If you're just looking for a laptop bag and don't have a sensitive back, this will do.

This is a fantastic backpack my wife got me for Christmas and I couldn't be happier. Particularly it has a secret stash pocket, a great fleece lined pocket for my cell phone, tons of storage, an organizer as well as a padded spot for a laptop and a tablet! The bag is made of great ripstop nylon materials as well. Can't go wrong here!

The size is just right for my commute. It's smaller than my last pack (a Burton with laptop pocket) and it works great when I'm on the bike. I'm right-handed, so it did take about a week to adjust to the direction of the zippers. I enjoy the organizational pockets in both compartments!

This has been a great backpack for my son, who is in middle school. It is lightweight, durable, and it offers a lot of pockets. The zippers work well. I just wish it were a little larger, as I don't know if it will be large enough for the load of books in high school. Maybe, they will only use on-line textbooks by then?

I love this backpack. I am in law school and have to carry 3-4 dictionary sized books every day and this backpack fits them comfortably - and then some! I can fit all my books, a few folders, my laptop, and even a blanket in this backpack. It never hurts my shoulders or back either. Oh, and bonus, it's pink. I would highly recommend this backpack.

Not what I thought that it would be. The material is thin to the touch and it is much smaller than I thought it was going to be. I do not think that is worth the price. Definitely paying for the name.

This item is no what it seems. It sits very low to the ground. I am not sure how they call this a basecamp kitchen. Unless you are three feet tall, you would have to be on your knees to cook or use this table. It is more of a side table with understorage. This product is very well made, if it were only twice its height it would be perfect.

I love the look of this backpack. I got it at the start of my graduate program and it is great. It holds a lot of things, is comfortable, and the chest and waist straps are nice. My only complaint is that it is a little large for my 5'4" female frame. As a guy or a taller girl it probably would not be so bad.

This bag is perfect for my 11 year old. It's light and spacious but only spacious enough for exactly what he needs. So he is no longer carrying around this heavy, backbreaking bag. It's cool, durable and he gets compliments on it all the time! Love it!

I have only had this pack for four days and I have already received many compliments. I will continue to use this bag daily as I commute to and from work. It is smaller than your average backpack, but can hold everything that I need and more. The organizational pockets inside each compartment are great. Although there is a slight drawback that you cannot reach into the bag quickly while it is still slung over one shoulder. I love this bag, so I will have to adapt.

This is the cutest backpack - not too small, able to fit a few textbooks ... I had purchased it for my pre-teen daughter and was tempted to keep it for myself. The quality is definitely Kelty; very durable.

This backpack was just was I was looking for. It was actually bigger than I was expecting but that's fine. It's really hard to tell online. I was able to use my camelbak bladder in it nicely. I used this for a few long day hikes and it stayed comfortable all day. It looks really good in person too! I got the jade color and it's definitely a feminine green. Love it.

My daughter (5'2, 118 lbs); bought this backpack for high school. Her books weigh roughly 75-80lbs. This is the best backpack we've ever bought for four reasons: 1. designed so that it fits her back properly and evenly distributes the weight of its contents. 2. Is lightweight empty, which is important because the last thing we want to do is add more weight; 3) has an exceptionally wide bottom, which means you can fit more books on a single row vs having to stack them on top of each other (no fun digging around when you need to find something fast); and 4) lots of useful storage pockets that have elastic (which means stuff is less likely to fall out). She's still finding pockets and she's had it for a month. Love this backpack.

I love this backpack! It's really good quality and very transitional. It's a little smaller than a regular book bag but I can still fit my laptop and books for class in it.
