Kelty

This bag is perfect for my 11 year old. It's light and spacious but only spacious enough for exactly what he needs. So he is no longer carrying around this heavy, backbreaking bag. It's cool, durable and he gets compliments on it all the time! Love it!

I don't have a problem with this carrier. The biggest test was if my 18 month old would be comfortable in it and he is so I am satisfied. Of course, after a while 30lbs on my back did start to feel heavy and the straps dug into my shoulder a bit...but that is only after some time. The only thing is, I wish this carrier has some sort of attachable neck support in case the child fell asleep, which my son did, but it doesn't. Overall, a good carrier...a bit bulky, but not too bad.

This backpack is perfect for my 3 year old. She is of average height. It looked so small in my hands but once I put it on her it looked on the large end of perfect. It was important for me that she have an appropriately size pack so she can manage it all by herself, which she can do with this one even when fully loaded. It is extremely lightweight. It doesn't extend below her bottom so she has complete mobility and can run and climb with it on. The orange color is bright and happy, it is easy to identify, and it doesn't have distracting patterns or characters. The main compartment: The back is well padded, keeping from objects carried from poking the wearer and making it very comfortable. The padding also gives the pack structure which makes it easier to load. For school, my daughter has a flexible folder that fits in but the upper corners have to bend a bit. Also, she takes a lunch box (4.75" H x 6.75" W x 9.5" L) that can fit snugly in leaving space below (because the bottom is angled (for something like small stuffed animal) and above like a jacket or change of clothes or her cot sheets. The front pocket is is a useful size (packs a beanie baby sized toy) but we haven't used it much. I like that it doesn't extend out of the backpack, but inward, keeping the silhouette sleek and it wont sag or catch on anything. The side pockets are great. A water bottle is held securely and it is the perfect spot to wrangle mittens or a hat. The elastic is tight enough to keep a full bottle in but flexible enough for little hands to easily access. The zippers are top-notch. My little one has no problem opening or closing them herself, even when packed full. Zipper quality was one of the top considerations for me in spending a little more on a backpack for pre-school. Also, for hiking it will be great. She can carry her own load. The size is perfect because it won't be overloaded with too much and it isn't saggy and loose which can become very uncomfortable. The wide, padded shoulder straps synch nice and short so the pack doesn't swing about on shoulders, again keeping the wearer comfortable. The bright orange keeps her easy to identify from behind, whether she is ahead on the trail.

This is perfect for us. We do fairly light hiking and have a 9 month old. She sits in it just fine and enjoys being able to look around. Not too heavy.

I have only had this pack for four days and I have already received many compliments. I will continue to use this bag daily as I commute to and from work. It is smaller than your average backpack, but can hold everything that I need and more. The organizational pockets inside each compartment are great. Although there is a slight drawback that you cannot reach into the bag quickly while it is still slung over one shoulder. I love this bag, so I will have to adapt.

Happy with the purchase. I thought it would be lighter, though, and our baby tends to lean towards one side, despite being strapped quite fast.

This is the cutest backpack - not too small, able to fit a few textbooks ... I had purchased it for my pre-teen daughter and was tempted to keep it for myself. The quality is definitely Kelty; very durable.

This bag looks terrific, vintage styling with lots of modern amenities like Cordura fabric, curved shoulder straps, laptop sleeve, etc. My only gripe is that the two shoulder straps are positioned too closely together at the top -- only about 1 inch apart. Most backpacks today place them 2-3 inches apart so that they rest comfortably across the shoulders. The Kelty Wing's straps are too close and consequently "pinch" when the bag is loaded to full weight. I carry lots of books, so this design flaw is a deal breaker for me (I returned it). This is less of an issue if your bag isn't too heavy. Overall, if Kelty can fix this issue in a future bag, they've got a winner. It's one of the toughest and best looking bags on the market.

This sleeping bag is outstanding, I bought it to use for the hunting season in Northern Nevada. I used it the first time camping out at Wheeler Well. Sleeping out in the open in 15° with light wind I was toasty and comfortable. I was oblivious to the cold, the outside of my bag was covered in frost. I did a lot of research before finally deciding on this bag and I feel like I have done good. Lots of room, easy for me to sleep on my side. I am short, so there is a whole extra foot at the bottom of the bag but I did not suffer for it in 15°. It feels very well made, it is lightweight and easy to trek with. I will edit after my North Dakota trip and the subzero weather experience. I am very pleased with this bag so far and would highly recommend it.

Bought this for my 4 year old and I think it's a great size, as long as you don't put too many heavy things in it. Room for a lunch bag, sweatshirt, and odds and ends. She loves all the compartments.

This is a great cooler - we've used it a few times now and the only complaint I have is that the can opener, which is attached to the zipper and used to actually work the zipper is not attached very well and keeps coming off. I am sure we can fix it easy enough. Love the fact that you can really fit a lot in this cooler and then collapse it down for easy storage.

I love this backpack! It's really good quality and very transitional. It's a little smaller than a regular book bag but I can still fit my laptop and books for class in it.

I got one given to us and I love it. I have several soft sided bads and this is going to take their place. We live 45 minutes from where we do our grocery shopping and need something to keep things cold. I may come back for thr larger one!

I took this tent to Burning Man with my partner, so my review is based on dusty and hot conditions: Pros: This tent was so easy to set up (and take down), it was such a relief to set it up in just minutes to beat sunset. There are two doors, so you can access either side if you are sharing the tent. Cons: From 10am until after sundown the tent was unbearable to be in, and everything in the tent was hot to touch. We had the rain guard up the entire time, but that didn't stop dust from kicking up under it and then it came through the vents in the top of the tent that can't be closed. The room divider is nothing more than a thin piece of nylon that is nothing more than a privacy screen (I had hoped it would zip in to place and be more robust).

This backpack is the perfect size for daily school use. I love the color. There are just enough of organizational pockets on the interior.

Well-made, quality backpack that I bought for my 1st grader. I like the internal division and the exterior mesh pockets for a water bottle and extras. However, this pack is a bit small to hold a lunch, snow pants, library book, and other school stuff. Am keeping because my son loves it, but was hoping for something a bit larger.

Fantastic. We have been campers forever & all of our lanterns/lights are so big & chunky. I guess this "LED" business is just the thing for compact lights that work really well. Bright & small. We used ours in a cabin with no electric...the hook was handy to place it in spots where we needed it. So great I think we are getting another one. Top notch product.

Bigger than it looks, plus it has a hidden pocket in the lid. I stick a nalgene bottle in one pocket, a packable rain jacket and shades in the other, and there is plenty of room in the main compartment for books, a smaller laptop, and lunch. There's a little organizer pocket as well for pens, keys, and so forth. The material and build are what you'd expect from Kelty. Great quality and details like metal and leather. Wish the drawstring were leather instead of cotton, but that's not a big deal.

I love this baby carrier! I finally got to test mine out (baby is 1 year old!) this weekend as we went through some national forest trails and toured a cave and it was perfect. Baby is just under 25lbs, and there is still tons of room for him to grow and still fit in the backpack. It carried all the necessities, extra diapers and wipes, snacks, water, change of clothes in the back section, then my phone, keys, ID, and chapstick in the pockets on the waist belt. I am 5'6 and 155lbs and it fit me just fine and I was comfortable...my only complaint is that the back straps are a little too far toward my neck, so there was a little more pressure there than I would have liked. It was fine though. And I need to get tough - my legs were sore the next day from carrying around little guy on my back like that! All in all, I would definitely recommend this to a friend. It worked great, baby was comfy (he took a nice nap in it), and I got lots of compliments from my jealous sister and random strangers on how "nice", "comfortable", and "serious" it looked. Love!

This is a great little lantern/flashlight. Has a nice beam in flashlight mode, and converts in a fraction of a second to the perfect lantern for the inside of a tent or when the power goes out at home. I highly recommend this little light!
