Overall:

These shoes are great! They are stylish and rugged! My 4 year old son loves them. The shoes are flexible even with the thick sole. My son has had many different Keen shoes and they always perform well. Also, thanks to Zappos for getting them to us in 3 days, though we thought it would take a week!

Overall:

Attention ladies who have a small enough foot to wear kid sized Keens like me. The soles on some of the kids Keens are different. Thinner, softer, more flexible. Which is good for monkey bar climbing or tree climbing, but not so good for all day wearing as a big girl. I love Keens, but these are not the same as the adult version.

These shoes are made for everything a girl can dish out on the playground, trail or front yard, but she still looks like a princess in her tights and jeans! My daughter loves these shoes and wears them every day. Typically, her other dressy shoes end up scuffed around the toes, but these shoes still look brand new after months of heavy wear indoors and out. Unlike other \'cute\' shoes, the Keens give her toes plenty of breathing room and are comfortable for her to run around the park for hours. It\'s a dressy shoe, an athletic shoe and an all-weather shoe in one!

My son is 5 and wanted a pair of Velcro shoes. We were not in love with any of the sneaker offerings and were also looking for a brown shoe that could be worn with jeans and casual dress pants. I love my Keen Austins and this kids pair killed 2 birds with one stone. He can get them on and off by himself (when the mood strikes him, he's 5 after all). The Velcro is easy to adjust and holds tight leaving a securely fastened shoe on his feet. Each pair of shoes is "faster" than the pair it replaced and these do not disappoint in traction and durability. The rounded rubber toe helps to protect the top side of the shoe for when kids are crawling around on the ground. (My son has destroyed the stitching on the toes of other shoes before the treads even started to show signs of wear.)

These shoes are adorable and really well made. I could probably have passed them onto the next child, if I had one! They do run about a 1/2 size bigger than expected. My 3 year old LOVES them too!

Love these! We have bought them in several colors and many sizes. They are perfect for my little guy's chubby foot. Run a bit small so I usually order a full size bigger so I don't have a hard time getting them on him. He is a true 11 right now and the 12 is a bit big, but he is wearing them fine and hopefully they will make it until summer and I will get another pair! I even throw them in washer to keep them smelling good. Wear well with the rubber toe, too.

We love these shoes! They have lasted for months and still seem brand new. Great support for our little guy's chubby feet. The shoes seem comfortable and look cute. Highly recommend; great price for a super pair of shoes. We will buy them again in a bigger size when he grows out of his current size. Thanks Zappos!

My son absolutely loves these shoes. And so do I! He is 3. They are easy on, easy off. He does them completely by himself. They are rugged and look great even after all of the rough play that they get. And they look great for dressier occasions, too. We've only had them for about 2 months, but I would say that based upon our experience so far, they are very well made. We sized up because my experience with Keens has been that they run small. The hard rubber toe (which helps to keep the shoes looking nice) does make it a little hard to make sure that you have the correct sizing.

Got these for my nine year old. They are made of a nice quality. They are a little heavy, and run large. My son wears them every day, he loves the look, and so far they are holding up really well. These could well be a staple for years to come!

Great little boot. My six year old loves it. Light weight, I think pretty true to size. Easy to put on, and perfect for all the days that full on snow boots are not needed.

Great shoes that stand up to lots of running, playing and mud. My son loves them. The same shoe lasted him all last year, but he outgrew it so we ordered another pair. Also, we love Zappos; no other store comes close.

Fantastic shoes. They have held up very well over the last couple months. The last few pairs of shoes my daughter had were Chuck Taylors and they fell apart very quickly. Other than the shoe laces being a bit dingy (and that can't be helped), they look new. I am very impressed with the durability of these shoes. She likes them and is comfortable in them. I was so impressed with them that I bought myself a pair of Keen boots recently from Zappos.

My daughters and I love Keen shoes. These shoes are great as she can wear them to gym, the playground and to a party if need be. These Keens definitely fit more true to size than others I have bought before as I had in the past needed to order one size up and this time one size up was too big. But that is okay, she can grow in to the bigger size. We love them enough we will keep both pairs on hand.

These are great! Not quite as rough and tough as some of the other more pricey Keen styles, but higher quality than anything else I could find other than Keens and in my price range. So I would still buy them all over again.

Love these shoes! My 2-year old daughter put them on and loved them from the beginning. She rides a Like a Bike and drags her toes on the ground to stop, so she goes through shoes quickly. The reinforced toes on these Keens and another pair I bought years ago hold up beautifully and last through multiple kids. They're worth the price.

Great shoes!\r\n\r\nI only buy Keens for my son, as he has super wide feet and the other brands that make shoes in widths make wide shoes only in their most boring styles...\r\n\r\nMy son loves these shoes, they are very comfy and fast to put on - a big plus for a busy boy...

I've always found Keen shoes to run small (about a half size small in womens shoes and a half size to a full size small in kids). These, however, run true to size. The purple ones are very cute, the fleece lining is nice and the leather is very supple. Velcro strap is very handy.

The best little boy shoes. Handsome, indestructible, easy on and off, and super comfortable for my 2.5 year old. He will grow out of these before they even show any wear. Keen remain my favorite shoes.

Great pair of shoes. They run small so always order the next size over. My daughter wears a 11 but I got her a 12 and they fit great. With the inner lining her feet are nice and warm. My daughter is also the type whose shoes get scuffed the very 1st hour of wear, so the toe protector in the front works great.

We got these for my 7-year old son\'s sailing classes on an Optimist. They are perfect for the purpose since the front is well guarded. They are light and comfortable.
