Nice Boots!!!! I bought these for the winter, primarily for rain and snow! These boots will keep me TOTALLY DRY for sure!!!!! But, surprisingly, PolarTec lining aside, these boots may have kept me dry, but not warm! Actually, I think my feet were colder than they would have been otherwise. If you're looking for warmth, you can't beat Uggs. Also- I really liked the fact that these boots were high, but still wide enough to cover my GIGANTIC calves. I was scared these boots wouldn't fit judging by their measurements, but they fit even the most ample calf muscles. Good boots- definitely a good buy!

Brands I'd also recommend: Uggs (for warmth), Designer (for fashion), Kamik's (for winter :-D)

THE BEST BOOTS!! They are the best book. Ultra comfortable and super stylish. They are totally gorgeous in real life. I get so many complements on them I even wear them when it is not raining. Perfect for walking the dog.

Pretty Nice Boot - The chocolate is a really awesome, dark brown. The shoe itself is quite snug and pretty stiff, but feels sturdy and seems like it will keep you dry! I would say my calves are pretty standard size and they just barely fit... Bummed that jeans wouldn't fit inside. Not sure how they'd feel after long periods of walking...

Excellent boots - I bought these Wellie-style boots primarily for walking to the train in the rain and snow, but now I seem to be wearing them around town all the time when there's any water or snow, and they work perfectly. I gave them 4 stars in comfort only because I wish there was a bit more space to tuck in pants - some of my thicker jeans I end up rolling up instead of tucking in. But that solution seems to work. These also offer better support than other less expensive Wellies - they are very well made. Highly recommend.

Everyday basic rain boots - I was very excited to get these based on the rave reviews. Overall, I would say that they were not as great as I expected, but I still like them. I thought they would be a lot more warm and cozy but instead they just have a basic extremely thin fleece lining inside. The color and heel though are good.

Wonderful - I bought these boots as a gift for my daughter and she loves them. She says they saved her life! They are really good on ice and snow - not just rain. She finds them to be very comfortable and even has worked full days in them (on her feet all day), which I find amazing. Although I was looking for a more "fun" and colorful rubber boot for her, these were the only ones I could find that had what looked like a good cold weather lining. We live in Boston, so I wanted her to have something water proof for cold winter + icy conditions. One complaint or warning is that the boots are very tight on her legs - and she has fairly skinny legs. She can only fit her tightest jeans into them. So, if you have fuller calves or want to wear thicker fabric pants inside of them, you might have trouble with these. They also seem to run about a size smaller than marked. She normally wears about 8-8.5, I bought a 9 and they even seem a bit small (toes at the end). She probably could have even used a 10 - but, she was happy with the tight fit. The boots have a very trim appearance for this type of boot - and the surface is very shinny. Really nice looking.

Fabulous boots! Look good on skinny legs : ) I got the boots since it is raining cats and dogs in the SF bay area. I thought I would only use them for outside and would wear my shoes indoors. I did not want to take them off they are so cute!!! I got compliments the first hour of wearing them. They are a half size smaller. I normally wear a 6 and they are snug across the top of my foot. The rest is great they even look good with my pencil skirt on my very skinny legs. I don't want to get a size 7; I prefer a snug fit to sloshing about. Love this chocolate boot!!!

Stylish and a darn good rain boot - I checked out the website of the maker, and those Canadians really do know how to keep it stylish and user friendly. It grips the ground more when it's wet, stays close to the leg so it can be worn with a skirt and not have water leaking in, they're cute (for a rain boot), and the PolarTec lining really does help.

Comfortable and warm - Kamik's Ellie is very warm and comfortable. It is VERY true to size. It is a little more snug than expected, but with a slim sock, it feels perfect.

Best boots ever! First of all, these boots arrived at my door LESS than 24 hours after I ordered in them. They are even better looking in person. Not your typical ugly and clunky rain boots. These boots are sleek and have style. They are slender enough to wear with a skirt, but also you can fit pants into them. The Polartec lining makes all the difference in the world for those cold rains and snow.

Just got them... I ordered a 7, although I usually wear a 6 or 6.5. The 7 is even a little snug so I won't be able to wear the boot with thick socks. I haven't been outside with them yet, but will later today. I am in Chicago & it is a snowy & slushy day out so I hope these boots do well!!

A boot that fits my narrow foot! I have been searching for a rain/snow boot for years that would fit my narrow foot. This one comes pretty close to it. The heel, however, is a little loose but overall it stays on my foot. I am a 7 1/2 and after reading the reviews of sizing up I went with the 8 (still a little snug though, but I think a 9 will be way too big all around. Overall I am very happy with the boot and would recommend the boot to people with a narrow foot.

Stylish and functional rain boots - Love these! They are more from fitting than the Wellies and I like them that way. I can still tuck very thin pants into the boots and they look cute (also cute w/ skirts). I wore then in the mud, rain and slushy snow on a recent trip to the Rockies and found them to work very well. I plan to use them in the summer as well when I am at the lake! Very stylish and versatile!

Great Rain Boots - I wear between 6.5 and 7. I ordered the 7 and it fits fabulously!!! I love these boots and wished it rained all the time. They are so comfortable and I feel so stylish.

Not a bad boot - definitely keeps foor warm and dry. Perhaps a little too warm for a spring rain. Zero arch support means buy an insert, or don't expect to wear these for a long stretch.

Love them! I wore them for the first time yesterday and they are actually more comfortable than I thought they would be. The other reviews about it being very narrow and hard to get your foot into the bottom of the boot are true. However, I find it to be a bit easier if socks or stockings are worn, and it in no way feels too narrow or tight on your ankle once you're foot is completely in. They look adorable on, and I can't wait until it rains again so I can wear them!

The caramel color wasn't as fab as I hoped - It looks essentially as it does on the website, but I took a chance with the caramel color. It's too yellow--looks a little cheap. Also it definitely fits on the small size, length wise. I usually wear anywhere from a 8.5 to 9 and 9 was too small--needed a half size or whole size bigger.

Kamik Ellie - Very nice looking boot! Could easily dress up or down depending on need. The "chocolate" color is very dark, almost black. But the rich brown comes through when the light hits it just right. Love the Polartec lining. Just a touch of warmth which comes in handy on a cold, rainy November day. The boot is wide enough at top to allow for tucking in pants, but since it narrows toward the ankle, you're pants get pushed up a bit. I'm a size 7(38) and I tried these in a 7&8 for comparison. I went with the 7 which was snug, but comfortable. The 8 was just too big causing my heel to slip. No real arch support, but the boot is surprisingly comfy regardless. Nice cushioning in the heel. Overall I'm really pleased and feel these live up to the Kamik reputation
