These boots fit true to size (I\'m a 9 or 9.5. and the 9 fit well, the calves ere if anything a little big) and there was nothing wrong with them, but they didn\'t have the general sexiness and pizazz of most Fluevogs.

The fit is not nearly as weird as the other review makes it sound. I have average width feet, and usually wear between a 7 and a 7.5 and the 7.5\'s fit perfectly (generally I need a 7.5 in pointy toed shoes and a 7 in round toed shoes, so the 7.5 was fairly predictable). True, there is a lot of toe cleavage, but I believe that is part of the point with these shoes. They are far more beautiful in person than in the pics!

Huge fan of John Fluevog shoes, but not this pair. Unlike my others, this shoe is extremely narrow, stiff, and even at a half size larger, doesn't fit at all. That being said, these are the cutest and funkiest shoe; the heel is very architectural and the texture of the leather is the perfect touch. If only I could have clicked my heels together 3 times & proclaimed "my feet are your home", there they would have remained forever.

I love these shoes and was so happy to find them on sale at Zappos! I had tried them on at the Fluevog store in the Haight but could not afford them at the time. I'm usually a 9 1/2, but needed the size 10 in these. These shoes are very comfortable although the height takes a little getting used to. No problems with blisters - they've been comfortable from day one. I have medium wide feet and the toe box of these shoes gives my toes just enough room. I also wanted to mention that Zappos upgraded my free shipping to two day delivery just to be nice! How cool is that?!

Not designed for average feet - The widest part of this shoe is actually at the heel rather than at the ball of the foot. My feet are a little wide, but this shoe was ridiculously narrow and short in the toe box. There is a lot of toe "cleavage" because the toe box is so short. Then the heel was so open that I don't even think my heel touched any part of the shoe, it was free to flop in and out when I tried walking in them. A disappointment overall.

Pretty but no comfort - I was so disappointed in this shoe. It is a beautiful shoe with a great looking heel. But there is NO room for your toes in this shoe. I tried moving up a size but then it was too big in the back. I love all of my "Vogs" but not this one.

Wish I could have kept them - These shoes are so gorgeous, but were too small to fit my whole foot. I would like to preserve the fantasy that they would have felt like walking on clouds if only the size had been right, so I'm not trying a larger size.

These shoes are awesome! I bought the red shoes. They are gorgeous, unique, and really comfortable!!! I highly recommend them. If I could afford it, I'd buy the white pair too!

I'm in love with these shoes! These shoes are gorgeous and funky...even cuter than the photo (I purchased them in black)! I haven't worn heels in years, so I was a little worried about the height, but Fluevog’s have a great padded insole, so for heels, they couldn't be more comfortable.

Gorgeous shoe but quite impractical! I love Fluevog shoes and was very excited to receive these. However, although they are gorgeous and very comfortable in terms of how they fit your foot, the heel is very tricky to balance on, especially if your foot is wide. I need to be able to walk quite a bit and sometimes very fast down city blocks, and these are not the shoes for that! I would not recommend them as work shoes, but perhaps they'd be good for going out in, if you won't be doing a lot of walking or standing.

Sexy little shoe! I watched this shoe online for 6 months before I finally gave in! For someone who usually won't spend more than $60 on a pair of shoes, that's saying something. I am SO glad I bought them. I got many compliments on them and they are pretty darn comfortable considering the height! They are sized a bit small and a bit narrow, so be sure to consider a size above what you normally wear. Since they are real patent as opposed to plastic, they do give a bit and conform to your foot. One sexy shoe!

Next size up, please - Good looking boots, nice soft leather, but the size 9 is definitely tight, considering that I occasionally wear 8.5's. Since I like a lot of room in the toe, I don't think 10 will be too big, but it's strange they don't come in half sizes. Kind of tight in calf, too, and I don't think mine are especially large.

The Hepburn - Ok, it isn't the most comfortable shoe in the whole wide world (I wouldn't go running in them or anything), but they are fabulous! They are my favorite pair of Fluevogs (and I have a lot)! They are so hot! People totally notice them, but they are pretty high. So if you don't wear heels, this is not the shoe to get!

Perfect! I absolutely adore these shoes. They are really comfortable, and the style is killer. They look great with jeans and party dresses. Let me emphasize how comfortable they are - they are constructed such that your weight falls on your heels, not on the balls of your feet, which is how a good shoe should be made. I have worn these out all night and my feet didn't hurt at all! I have slightly wide feet, so these might be a bit wide for people with average/narrow feet, but Fluevogs always tend to run a bit wide so I bought these knowing that they'd probably fit great.

Poor craftsmanship - I had to order and return 3 pairs of this shoe because the sizing is incredibly inaccurate and the workmanship is full of flaws. Even though I already own this exact style in another color, when I ordered the same size in this color, the shoes were an inch shorter. The next pair of shoes I received were both marked 7.5 but one was a full half-inch longer than the other! And the footbed was significantly wider on one! One shoe had ground-in dirt on the white trim and the leather was all scratched. The third pair was also irregular, but the least bad of the bunch. They were on sale, so I took them to a cobbler to get them fixed. That's right, I had to fix a brand-new pair of shoes. These shoes look hot, but the quality is worse than even an inexpensive mass-produced shoe you would buy at a discount shoe store. If they hadn't been on sale and perfect for an outfit I have, I would not have kept them. I hope Fluevog gets his act together soon--his shoes used to be very well-made. I don't know what's happened.

to big for me - This shoe is a fabulous shoe but is made to feel a full 1/2 size larger than marked. They only come in full sizes and unfortunately, they did not have the half size that I would need to get the right fit. These shoes are cut a little wide, fits sort of like borns. Every Fluevog is cut different in size, which does make you have to work harder at getting the fit, but worth it.I will just have to buy other Fluevogs since they are my favorite for quality, comfort and looks.

Disappointing Fluevogs... I own other Fluevogs and was surprised at the lack of quality craftsmanship in this particular style shoe. I wear between 8-1/2 and 9 and found the 8-1/2 to be far too small, even smaller than that size usually feels on my feet. While this style is simply _gorgeous_ I noticed when I removed the shoe that the leather(?) lining on the inside of the shoe was very poorly attached and was already starting to come off the shoe around the edges. There were also some bits around the front of the shoe, where the white trim was damaged, and had holes in it. In all fairness, I think this pair may have been a fluke, since other Fluevogs are always very well made. It may be this new "Listen Up" style that is a disappointment. Frankly, I would not recommend this style whatsoever.

I love the look of these shoes. However, they are a little narrow, so if you have wide feet, you may want to order a size larger. The white stitching on this black pump makes this shoe a "must have" for this spring season.

looks great, feels bad - They are great looking boots. But, I have regular feet (not wide, no hogh instep or arch) and they were way too tight across the top of my foot and they were too narrow. I even got them half size big. They look fantastic though.

Great shoe! Not so great fit. Wow! Very sharp and stylish. Too bad they are so tight across the top of the foot. Considered having them stretched because I love the look. Chose not to risk it. Good luck to someone with a very thin foot. Length seemed true to size.

Jody - These feel very small in the toe box, and thus very small for their size. I returned the ones I bought, but might've bought again if Z. wasn't out and unlikely to get more. It's a shame, they look so nice.
