I'm not new to heels. I wear heels just about every day in my profession. However, I clearly made a mistake when I bought these. Don't buy these shoes unless you want to suffer each time you wear them! I purchased these for an event and ordered the correct size. After wearing them for only 20 min, it became apparent that they were not comfortable. After wearing them for about 3 hours (and having to take them off every 10 min to allow my feet to rest), I've decided I can never wear them again. Even after I took them off for the night and slipped on comfortable shoes, my feet continued to ache. They are not worth the pain or the money! I do love Zappos just not these shoes.
They say to order a half size smaller? I could not get them on my feet! They are super cute, but they had to go back.
I was disappointed in this shoe. The heel is closer to 4" (not 3) and the balls of my feet can't take it. Also, they looked plastic. I was expecting nice croc for the price. Shoe looked more like about one fourth this price - going back and will continue looking for cute but comfy black pump/bootie or something!
