These shoes are SO cute and very comfortable. I think they run a little big... I have wide feet so I generally order 9.5 in Jessica shoes but I could've gone with a 9 in these. They're easy to walk in... great for work... the only complaint I have is that they DO squeak a bit when you walk! You won't hear it on hard surfaces, though, because they also have a louder than normal heel on them. So if you want to be stealth, these are not the shoes for you!

I LOVE this purse. I'm petite and I have a hard time finding a purse that can hold a lot, but is not too big, and this is it! I'm amazed at all I could fit in there. It's very well made and very cute. I have carried it every day since I bought it, and always get compliments.

Zappos ROCKS! This company definitely has their act together with shipping speed and overall customer satisfaction! The boots, however, are just OK. They fit true to size and I'm a size 10. They have plenty of room to tuck skinny jeans into and my upper calves are 14in. around so it's not like I have sticks! I am keeping them b/c the price is right and they'll look adorable with just about everything in this tan color I purchased. They are VERY high and make walking feel noticeable. In other words, you are aware of your walk. If you're going to make an entrance and stand around a lot, perfect. If you're hopping from one place to the next, think again!! :)

Just got my bag yesterday and moved in right away! Great size and love the hardware and the shorter handles. I am now tempted to get another one in white. The inside pockets are nice to organize everything, and love the outside pockets for keys and cellphone. Very stylish!

I love the ballet flats and have several pairs. These are a little stiff and will require breaking in. They seemed a bit narrow, but maybe it’s just the summer heat!

Very nice sandal. I got a lot of compliments when I wore these. I am usually between an 8 1/5 and 9 and the 8 1/5 fit well and I still had a little room left. My only gripe about the sandal is the piece between the toes can become a little uncomfortable after a while.

This is just the right size for me. The wide single shoulder strap is comfortable and the bag itself is very lightweight. The vanilla color looks great for summer. It is a very cute style that looks great with just about any outfit.

So cute and sexy! Everyone compliments these shoes. Only advice is they run very large. I’m normally a 9.5 or 9, so I ordered the 9 and the shoes were still so loose I had to return them and wait for Zappos to get in an 8.5. Buy these if you’re tempted, but size down ladies!

I love this shoe. I bought them in brown and black. These shoes fit true to size. I wore these shoes shopping, big mistake. I walked the mall for hours and had to take them off and switch to flip flops. I would strongly suggest a gel insert. Despite that I love the look of this shoe and will just be better prepared the next time I wear them.

I have purchased many items from Zappos and am thoroughly impressed with their selection, including this Jessica Simpson pump. It is the most comfortable pump I own and this is the second one I bought because I love it so much! I could walk forever in this shoe.

These shoes are fantastic. I got the silver in my regular size & they fit just fine. The straps around my toes were slightly uncomfortable at first, but a little breaking in did the trick. Other than that, wonderful shoes to wear the entire (hot) day. I cannot wear them without getting a ton of compliments!

I love these ballet flats. They are very comfy and they go with everything. I have a bit of a wider foot, so I found the sizes to be true to size for me. If I had gone down a half size (like a lot of other reviews suggested), I think they would be on the snugger side for me.

Love, love, LOVE these shoes! They are so hot and surprisingly comfortable (I stood in them at a wedding for three hours before crying uncle). A guy at the wedding even hit on me in front of my date (or at least he hit on the shoes). For tall gals though, they’re too high to wear with jeans, even longer (36" inseam) ones. For fit, I usually wear a 9, but bought a 9.5.

I usually wear a size 9, but often 8.5 in sandals because I have a wide foot. The 8.5 in this shoe fits nice, the 9 on the other hand fit very strange. If I had tried the 9 first I wouldn't have even bothered with the 8.5. The 9 seemed the right fit but the placement of the toe strap seemed really off. The 8.5 is great and I LOVE the shoe.

I'm an almost 61 year old person going to a new, demanding job (Chief of Protocol for a 2-star General). I always recommend Zappos.com because it's such a great, reliable, customer-focused agency. This is the second pair of these shoes I've purchased. The first was so comfortable; I knew I needed a second pair so I'd have a comfortable option when the first pair wore out! Yes I like the shoes, but I love Zappos more! Very cute looking but not big enough inside. It also collapses on itself when you put it down and when you unzip stuff gets caught. Can't use it for everyday. Shoulder straps are not adjustable, too short. But as I said design is cute.
