Hands down, Zappos.com has the best customer service ever! I ordered my boots yesterday after 6 pm and got it today! I was so excited when I saw them and these boots are cute and comfortable as ever. Can't wait to show them off!

Very cute shoes, However, the soles are made poorly. I bought two pairs of Jessica Simpson's shoes and both soles came out within a week. You may be better off buying a more expensive shoe that lasts. These don't. It's a shame because they are so cute!

These booties, I really do not know what to say about them, only they are extremely high. I have not measured them, but I think they are higher than 3 and 1/2 inches. They are lovely and because of the platform they seem easy to walk in. I want to be able to wear them shopping and going out and I don't know yet if they suit the bill. They fit true to size, leather is really soft and they do look really cute, I just don't know if I will keep them yet! As for Zappos the service is second to none, I ordered them on Monday and received them Tuesday afternoon; you cant get better than that!

Love these shoes! They are gorgeous. They make my legs look longer. They are semi-comfortable. The comfort level is not so bad that you can\'t wear them, but you probably won\'t be able to dance the night away in them.

This purse is absolutely adorable. I was a little disappointed in the color, I thought it was true black and it turned out to be more of a dark charcoal grey. Still, the purse is so cute. I love it! It's just the right size for taking along on a night out. Not too big and not too small. Gotta love Jessica Simpson anything!

Great shoes, very comfortable even though the heel is very high. The platform in the front makes the shoes manageable. I am an 8.5 and had to return to get an 8. Runs big. Lots of compliments on the color.

I was so shocked as to how fast my shoes arrived! With me being all the way in the middle east, I was expecting my package to get here in about 2-3 weeks like it takes everything else. But I got my package in less than a week! I am very happy with my purchase and definitely plan to purchase from Zappos in the future, and will also recommend it to my friends! Leather quality is wonderful, height is perfect, and comfort is first-rate. But the calf size is entirely too big! So disappointed. I love the Jessica Simpson line because all of her shoes are so comfortable and sexy, but unfortunately I had to return these! I even bought them in 2 colors!

I recently bought a great pair of JS slouchy boots and figured I\\\'d try my luck again with these heels. I ordered brown, and the color was much lighter than it appears in the picture. I also got the same size as I got in my boots (6) but these heels were a full size too large. I am returning these shoes.

I love these boots! They are comfortable and I can wear them with almost everything in my closet. They run true to size. I do not suggest buying a half size bigger. Great boots; highly recommend them!

As far as service, Zappos couldn't be more perfect when I called to exchange the first pair I purchased (manufacturer defect, the shaft of one boot was taller than the other). But the sales rep who took my exchange order was extremely kind and helpful and bumped my shipping to overnight (which they usually do). As for the boots, I think they are adorable. The quality of the leather isn't 100% there (you aren't going to get Frye quality with Jessica Simpson boots), but still, the cut-out design and overall look is really stylish and distracts from the lower grade leather used to make them. These boots will look great with pants/leggings/dresses/skirts, pretty much everything. My only complaint is that the width around the calf is a bit too wide. I don't have really tiny calves, I would say I am pretty average and these are a tad bit too wide for my legs. And the heel is very high (I have a high arch and usually this doesn't bother me), but my arch was slightly aching after wearing these for about 3 hours. So I'm going to try them with an insole + arch support. As far as size, I am always a true 9.5 in Jessica Simpson boots, but I take a 9 in Frye, for example. I suppose its the quality that attributes to fit.

Trying to find the black ballet flat for a long, wide footed 14 year old; these didn't do it. They are real cute shoes. It says they're leather in the color description, but it doesn't say that on the shoe or look like it. The square toe looks like a "point" shoe and would be very pretty on a smaller thin foot.

I can not tell you how comfortable these shoes are. I work on my feet all day long, and these have yet to hurt my feet at all. They are flats, but are a little more dressy than your average flat as it has a small wedge type bottom. They also have a 'clicking' noise when you walk, not something you'd get with just leather bottom flats that most have. I love these shoes, and although they were a little pricey, they are well worth it!

Cute and comfortable. I normally wear flats, but I had to get these. They are the most comfortable heels I have ever tried on. I have a wider foot so heels kill my foot. But these do not cramp my toes. I got them in black and tan, but kept only the tan because the tan is way cuter in person. It has the modern vintage look with that wooden heel look. Love them.

I purchased these in the black leather and it\'s a hot bootie, but I thought they were extremely uncomfortable! They run slightly large, so I would recommend purchasing a 1/2 size smaller.

These peep toe boots are so adorable. The heel is 4.5". Heels are measured from the side of the shoe and not the back because that is how high the foot is raised. These are 4.5 inch heels with a platform of I think 3/4". So they are like walking in heels 3.75" although a tad different because of the platform. The rise of the foot, if I can explain it this way, is 3.75". They are fairly comfortable for walking in a shoe that raises your heel 3.75". They are so cute. These remind me of a shoe a woman would wear for women because the average man is dumbfounded by a peep toe boot. I have gotten lots of compliments from women. Just pull them on and go, yay!

I totally love these shoes. They are super cute, with great heel, and I have found them to be very comfortable for this type of shoe. The ball of foot area seems to have a little padding which helps tons with comfort. For this heel height, they are very comfortable. I got them in all black and they are so chic. I love them!

I love this boot, it was just what I was looking for: leather, no zipper, right heel height, larger shaft circumference, but I must return it. The shaft is too tall, and hits me slightly over the bottom edge of my knee. Even though well designed with a lower back than front, too tall to be comfortable all day. My legs are just too short.
