Beautiful shoe and very comfortable! I usually have to pad the width as my foot is narrow. The width was a good fit so I would say the shoe tends to run narrow. Additionally, it runs short in the toe area so I would order a 1/2 size bigger. There is no arch support as the shoe is open in the arch area.

Though these shoes are quite beautiful they were not as comfortable as I had hoped. I bought them for my son's wedding, realizing that new shoes need to be broken in, but unfortunately these left a red mark on the top of my foot just over my toes. So, needless to say, I will not be wearing them again. On a good note, they made my feet look like Cinderella.

I bought these shoes to wear at my daughter's wedding. Love the style, very dressy. I especially like the lower heel. I got tons of compliments and even found a bracelet that matched the rhinestones on the shoe. I was able to wear the shoes during the ceremony and all night at the reception, even danced in them! Zappos was great, too. Received the shoes in within two days.

Loved the shoe! I have problems finding dress shoes that I can walk in. These were better than most. They were also beautiful and elegant. Even my husband loved them. I thought about getting the Wide but they were unavailable in my size so I got the Medium. I am normally a Medium width but someone suggested getting wide for more comfort. The Medium was true to size. I liked them so much that I thought about getting them in black also just to have because it is so hard to find dress shoes that are pretty and not extremely high.

I bought this shoe for a gala I had to attend. I needed a relatively lower-heel dress shoe because I just don't wear high heels much; I wear a size 11, have narrower feet, mild arthritis in one metatarsal joint and bunions. I walked 10 blocks in this shoe and spent the evening on my feet - the shoes were great! They were comfortable, although a little more padding in the ball of the foot would have been nice. They hid my bunions nicely, didn't give me blisters (I did not get a chance to break them in) and they are a color that will go with everything. I can't really comment about the arch support, as I have flat feet, but I did wear these for 5 hours with lots of walking and no blisters or sore feet the following day; I consider that real success! I buy almost all my shoes from Zappos, since they have my size, and with free shipping and returns, I can try shoes on at home, at the end of the day, and really decide in my own time.

Awesome service! Ordered these beautiful shoes in the AM and had them the next day PM. The shoes fit so well; the heel height is tall enough to be stylish but short enough to be comfortable all night long.
