Overall:

Great shoes! I have a plate on my leg/ankle and have to be very careful with heels. These shoes do not hurt, they help you with balance, width is perfect but beware; I had to get them 1 size bigger. They run small. However once you get the right fit, they are extremely comfortable.

I just love J-41s! I have numerous pairs of many styles which include the Jasper, the Continental, the Journey, the Grand and the St. Martin. Quality and comfort is awesome but what makes them even better, they are so cute! Recommend them to everyone that inquires.

After finding that I needed a larger size in the shoes I ordered from Zappos, I immediately called customer service and they were absolutely fantastic in making the exchange with no cost to me. They even shipped the new size overnight. I will not hesitate using Zappos in the future and have recommened it to my friends.

I love J-41s and walked all over Amsterdam's cobblestone streets for miles wearing a pair that looked and felt great. While I really like my Jasper's they are not as true to size as others. I am always a 7, but had to order an 8 (a7.5 might have worked, but I can wear light socks with these.) They look great and are very versatile. Not the total comfort of open-toes, but comfy nonetheless. Neat shoes.

Great shoe, extremely comfortable. It is good to wear when you will be on your feet or doing a lot of walking, but still need something somewhat dressy. Would highly recommend this shoe.

I absolutely love this shoe! Strangers stop me to ask where I got them, including several in a local shoe store where I was browsing--the manager\'s ears perked up. I got them in brown, and will probably get a black pair. I ordered them 1/2 size larger and they fit perfectly.

Like Gennine, I ordered these in Brown, expecting to get sort of a two-tone tan & brown. The pair I received was a solid chocolate brown. I wear sizes 8.5 to 9, and these felt perfect for me in a 9. I really liked the style, fit, and height, but the color was not as expected, and the nubuck scuffed way too easily.

Awesome! J41s are my tip top fav shoes of all time. So comfortable and so cute! I'm short and like a bit of heel and these are the only heel shoes that a person could go hiking in! The more you wear them, the more comfortable they become! Women stop me all the time and ask "Where did you get those shoes? What are they called?" I love them so very much! By the way, order a half size bigger; they run small. I normally wear 6.5, but size 7 in J41 fits perfectly every time!

These shoes were really cute, but I had to return them because they wouldn't stay on my feet when I walked two steps. They are very nice looking, but the elastic is just a bad idea, I couldn't walk in them. They sizing is slightly larger than normal and the width seems larger than normal, too.

These are the best! Super cute, and super comfy. I usually wear a 9, but not available in blackberry, so i took the 9 1/2. A little big, but no big deal. Could go anywhere from 8 1/2 to 9 1/2 with these. Cut nice and wide, look great with slacks, jeans, skirts; how long have I been looking for purple shoes that would go with anything? Wish they had these in silver; will definitely get another color! These are higher priced than most shoes I buy, but worth every penny. Love you Zappos!

These have the most comfortable right out of the box feel of any shoe I have ever purchased. They run pretty true to size, and I like them so much, I will probably buy an additional color. I\'ve received many compliments and inquiries about where they were purchased.

I hate wearing socks until the snow flies, and with these shoes you don't have to. There is a very light, soft fleece lining on the inside of the upper part of the shoe. The fleece coupled with the moisture/odor resistant footbed makes them perfect for all day wearing, even without socks! Love these in brown, ordering black next!

I have not yet worn these boots because it isn\'t cold enough here yet but I have to pairs of clogs in the same design and they are the most comfortable shoes I\'ve ever worn even w/the 2-1/2 inch heel! I recommended them to everyone who wants a gorgeous pair of shoes that you can wear ALL day and night without ANY discomfort!

These J-41s are fantastic! Just got my second pair in "apple green." Also have them in gray. They are the most comfortable shoes I own! I have never ever been stopped by so many people inquiring about where I found these shoes! They are a must! Zappos of course, is great!

Great/comfortable shoes. This is my 4th pair of J-41s; they\'re always comfortable, and I was excited to see that they had come out with a more work-appropriate style. I\'ve worn mine for two days straight now, and while I\'m experiencing a little break-in period where my pinky toes are being squished a little bit, I can feel the shoes stretching, and other than this little squeeze, these are amazingly comfortable. I feel like I could walk all day in them, which is certainly not the case for most heels that I own. I took the advice of other buyers and got 1/2 size larger than I usually get; my heel slips a little now, but I don\'t think I could have fit in my usual size. I\'m very pleased with my shoes and would highly recommend them to others. Much cuter in person than online.

Love the style, sporty everyday, but can bump up to cool dressy. Nice height with no mega heel effect, nice design and this is a great brand. I have other models, but the shoe is sort of heavy and flops off the back of the heel. Doesn't stay on the foot when you walk! Also a tad big and that doesn't help. I usually wear an 8, but even a half size less may have cramped the toe. Sorry to send them back because everything else is the perfect all 'round shoe.

When I saw these shoes at Zappos I just had to have them. Of course, Zappos was great and I received them the next day. So disappointed. They fit well, and are just darling! The problem? They squeak really loudly when you walk in them. I've had a pair of squeaky shoes before and had to get rid of them they annoyed me so much. Sorry, both the Journey and the Jasper are going back. Thank you Zappos for your excellent service.

I love these shoes! I have the brown J-41 Grand and they look so cute with jeans. They are very comfortable with a nice arch and a generous pad.\r\nI have one small problem with the top opening of the shoe seems to fall right on the top of my foot\r\njoint. However that may be my foot shape and I would tell anyone to give these a try!

I love these shoes. Very comfortable. I could walk all day in these shoes. I get compliments on them every time I wear them. You will, however, need to order these at least 1/2 size larger than you typically wear.

These are my new favorite shoes! Every time I wear these shoes I receive tons of compliments on them. This is my third pair of J-41 shoes and they have all been wonderful. This style does run a half to whole size small. I normally wear a 8.5-9 and the 9.5 fit perfectly.

Tried these on in a local shoe store and they did not have my size in the gray color so I thought I\'d try Zappos. Sure enough. Zappos delivered!\r\n\r\nThey are as comfy as heels can be. I am a high school teacher and I walk the line between having fashionable shoes and comfortable shoes. These fall nicely in that gray area (pun intended). \r\n\r\nI like the contrasting colored stitching (the gray has a lovely pale blue stitched border). I also have the brown with the pink and those are lovely too. \r\n\r\nI usually wear a 9.5 but felt like I needed the 10 because the heel height made my foot move forward smashing my toes. I end up with a little extra room at the heel; however, due to the nature of my job (I am on my feet almost all day), I\'d rather have extra toe room and a little heel slippage.\r\n\r\nI get lots of compliments on these shoes from co-workers and even from students at my all-boys high school.
