Once again, I have to cross a manufacturer off my list because my size doesn't exist. Why the lack of 10.5? The 11 was too big and the 10 was too small. Highly disappointed, as the footbed felt very comfortable and the style was nice.

I love this shoe! I get compliments all the time when I wear them, and I love how they feel on my foot. I have a bad back, so I really need arch support in my shoes or else I'm in pain the next day. These are very comfortable, and I love that they have a funky style too. One thing though...when I first purchased these shoes, I slid all over the place! The traction was terrible! I wouldn't wear these if you're walking on river rocks. I almost returned them, but was too lazy to do so. Now that I've worn them, the traction has roughed-up and they're fine now. But be careful! You should have seen me walking into a restaurant with a smooth tile floor. I had to hold onto the chairs as I walked! Also, unless I get the velcro strap positioned just right, it'll rub. It's an easy fix, but I don't always get it right the first time.

Yay! A strappy red shoe with enough rubber to really hit the road! I ordered in my usual 8.5 size and fit perfectly. My daughter had to re-order up a size from 7.5 to 8 and she has narrow feet...but she loves the shoe and wasn't to be discouraged. Happy feet!

Shoes are very comfortable and can be dressed up or down. The only thing I don't like about them is the suction noises when walking, but then I find I ignore it. Overall good shoe and glad I bought them.

I really thought these shoes were cute when I first saw them. I read the reviews and decided to order them despite a couple of negative comments. I took them out of the box and they didn't have the flowers around the top. I was disappointed but, tried them on anyway. They are really comfortable and lightweight. They also look good on my feet. I have worn them at least three times and they are great. They did not run large like another review stated. I wear a 6.5 and all they had in stock was a 7. I would say, if anything, they run a little small.

Bought these in the tan/petal color and I love them. Very comfortable. Great with jeans, skirts and capris. Really comfortable. They do tend to make the bottom of my feet hot, but I put in this really thin, deodorizing insole and that helps a lot. I have a narrow foot and these work well for me.

How can this be the first review of these great shoes? I own them in black and brown and covet them in red. I wear them all summer and always get compliments. I have to be careful of how tight I pull them -- the stretchy elastic can dig in if they are pulled too tight. I've had the black ones for 2+ years. They started to look a little ratty, so I threw on some black shoe polish and they're good as new. Note: I wear honking big orthotics and they fit well in these. I have run into two other people who have these and we confessed that we felt like a secret J-41 fan club.

Like many other reviewers, I too found the toe straps to be far too forward. It's a great shame because everything else about the shoe was perfect. I had intended these as a walking sandal, but I would not be confident that my toes would stay under the straps.

I tried these in both a 7 and 7.5, the problem is the toe cap is shallow (or maybe I have fat big toes. So although width and length seemed fine, I felt pressure on the top of my toe. I opted for the Teva Northwave instead.

After trying on two other pairs of fabulous Zappos shoes, this one just wasn't comfortable enough. I purchased for a trip to Italy, so I wanted something very comfortable with no breaking in. These did not feel comfortable, felt rather stiff, low quality material.

I was really hoping to finally have a flattering shoe that would work for my problem feet. Unfortunately the tops of the straps were too loose. Sad to say I will be sending them back.

Love these! Very comfortable and as the other reviewer mentioned, cuter in person than in the pictures. Good support and plenty of cushioning. I wear these with short no show socks for my daily 3-4 mile walks and without socks for washing the car.

Cute sandal. But I am returning it, as I was looking for a summer sandal with good arch support. It looked as if it was going to have it, based on the picture. But when I tried it on, it didn't.

I really love this shoe! I use it for work during the summer because I need something with a closed toe - and the toe box does actually protect my toes quite well. The straps and ribbon detail make it a little less "rugged hiking sandal," and the support and traction are good.

I am so sad to have to send these back. When not wearing kids' shoes, I can usually wear a 5½ or 6, and other J-41/Jambu shoes in size 6 fit. Unfortunately, these were way too big. I wish that they had them in a 5 or 5½, but they are always well made and comfortable! I will continue to check out this brand. When they are made in suede or nubuck material, they are very comfortable and flexible on my bunioned, crooked, flat, very wide feet. My last two pairs of clog-type Maryjanes are still fine after five years, but my one crooked foot is starting to twist the right shoe a bit, so I was looking for something similar in black or red suede. I am a shoe-a-holic, currently cutting down from 400 pairs, to about 150!

These were not as stylish and strappy looking as my first pair of J-41's that I bought years ago, love and still have. I thought these would be the replacement shoes but was disappointed. The black toe part was crooked on the left foot for starters. Didn't match the cut out of the right foot. I noticed it right off and so did my husband who never notices such things! Maybe I would have kept them otherwise; not sure. Also, I got the cement color and they looked a little worn and dirty. I usually wear and 8 1/2 or 9 but because the first pair (which I tried on and bought in store) were an 8 and fit fine that's what I ordered. The size 8 still worked. Anyway, back they go.

I loved the look of these shoes and seeing them in person did not disappoint. I got the grey and turquoise and they are such cute shoes. I wear an 8½ and that fits perfectly. They are super comfortable and will be perfect summer shoes for my job as a tour guide. Now time to order another pair in a different style. I love the J-41s.

This is a very comfortable and cute shoe, however, I did not like the way the cord stuck straight up out of the top. If I tucked it in like in the picture, the strappy effect was lost. I was on the fence about keeping these. I also prefer a fast application and these took more than 2 seconds to get the straps even after cinching the cord. I'm picky, though. If they were cheaper I would have kept them.

I love this shoe! It's very comfortable. I walked all day in it right out of the box. I'm an overpronater, so I love most of J-41 shoes with really good arch support. The color is perfect to go with anything. I'm wearing them on a cruise so I can wear them during the day and in the evening. I hate taking up luggage space for several pairs of shoes.

Not as comfortable as I had hoped, but then again they are taller wedges then I normally wear. They are good for a 4-5K steps/day and not for my more demanding 6-8k steps/day dual office hoping hospital rounding days. They look great with dresses and with pants/leggings. Fab price so I am keeping them but still looking for my go-to work horse summer shoe.
