Absolutely love the new 235s! They're great for running (although I haven't done anything more than 2 miles yet), rope climbs, box jumps, and anything else CrossFit related. I'm a huge inov-8 fan, but these may be my favorite, ever. The only thing I'd recommend is to buy a half size larger. I'm a 6.5 in all tennis shoes and all invov-8s, but the 6.5 are a bit smaller than normal. Everywhere I read it said to buy a half size larger, but I didn't cause I have really skinny feet and was nervous they'd be too big. Nope. They still fit great, but I do notice my toes against the top of the shoe way more than normal. I bought the blue/pink in a 7 and they're perfect.

Great oly shoes. They're incredibly light and comfortable. Super stable and they stick to the lifting platform like glue. I wear a 10EE in New Balance - and like my other Inov8's , Bare xf-210 and Trailrock 235. I wear a 10 in these and they're perfect. The laces are way too long however. I tuck them under the velcro strap to keep them out of the way.

I love these! I have been wearing Inov-8s for years now and It's pretty much all I own. I'm very flat footed. These do have a little bit of arch in them but I feel like it will actually provide me with some support that I need. This is my first pair of 235s I normally wear the 195s but decided to switch it up. The toe box is super space and in comparison to what I normally wear I feel like I have on clown shoes...but in a good way. They look awesome. I can't wait to get to the box and really put them to work. I ordered a half size larger because I had already heard rumor that they ran small and they really do. I am very pleased with these.

I am very picky about shoes. I bought these to wear during crossfit WODs after seeing a lot of people in my gym wearing them. After wearing them for a month, I see why everyone wears them. These are the most comfortable, most versatile shoes I have ever worn. They are flexible and light enough for box jumps and firm enough to give a good base for squats and deadlifts. The wide toe box gives you room to spread out on the heavy lifts. I will say that these shoes are probably not meant for long runs. Anything over a mile and I would switch to my newtons or my new balances. But for daily WOD's where you don't know whats coming, I think I am probably an Innov8 customer for life.

I was looking for a barefoot shoe feel and this has a little arch support, so it's not ideal from that standpoint. Otherwise I think it's a great shoe. I'm hopeful that the soles will last longer because they are thicker than a typical barefoot shoe with still a minimal toe/heel differential.

I used the Inov8 for my first Tough Mudder race. The grip in the mud was amazing. The only issue is that you slide on hard surfaces such as wood beams.

These boots are awesome! Super light and comfortable - no break-in required. They have great tread and grip well on loose gravel as well as smooth/steep rock surfaces. Not as much toe cap protection as some heavier hiking boots so these are better for day hikes vs. backpacking trips, etc.

Really love these shoes. Great upgrade from the F-lite 230s. Fit true to size. They are lightweight and great for Crossfit workouts, running, or just hanging around in. My favorite shoes.

My current Nike shoes are 8.5 I read so many positive reviews on inov-8 brand, especially f-195. So I decided to them a try and wanted more room for my toes than my current size and went up half a size on f-195 only to realize upon trying the on that they are completely tight and small for my feet. :( So disappointed.

Great shoe, crossfit and functional training! I was replacing worn f-lite 215's which I love. The 192 model is a little more structured or shaped than the 215, but also a great shoe with a barefoot feel. I ordered up a 1/2 size, but still a smidge small. So order at least. 1/2 - 1 size larger, fit is small.

The older F-lite 195 was my favorite trail running shoe. It was an amazing shoe in that, despite being minimal and very flexible and light, it gave really good support due to the design of the upper and lacing, and also relating to the width of the shoe around the arch and ball of foot. Basically, it was a brilliant design. Unfortunately, this version of the shoe has diluted those attributes down. They widened the toe box, which on the surface sounds great, who doesn't want free toes, but the ball of foot section is now looser. This means that you don't get the control and support running downhills. With the old 195s, with the more snugged down ball of foot area, these were the shoes I could run downhill trails in fastest. This was my favorite fast running/racing shoe on trails. Now, they feel sloppy. Not sure about this, but I also suspect that the durometer of the outsole may f=have come down, so that instead of having a minimal but firm sole, it's now minimal and feels mushier. This may in fact only be because of the upper changes, I'm not sure. Bottom line is: the old shoe was a 10/10. This one is a 5/10 and I sure wouldn't race in it. Inov-8, can you bring back the old design? I understand that 'wide toe box' is all the rage nowadays, but there are benefits to having a snug ball of foot area, and the old 195 did not feel constricting after a day's break-in.

Huge improvement in style, but maybe not color(s), over the previous version, especially since the toe box does not cave in. Fit much smaller though. I am normally a 12 US and had to order a full size bigger.

I am always a size 10 in inov-8 and any other shoe and these were tiny! Beware! I am going to try an 11...praying they will fit properly!

Watch this shoe as it comes in "standard" (Zappos considers wide) and "precision" (Zappos considers normal). Amazing shoe and the new berry ones are an amazing colors! Great for all gym activities and wears on a daily shoe!

Great concept; light , great grip. water proof, mid-cut, comfortable. However, after three pairs -yeah three, the tops at the little toe side of the shoes disintegrated - all three times. Considering their cost, one would think their construction would be up to the task of design. And no, my feet are normal!

If you OCR mud run...this is the shoe for you! I wore the Talon 212 right out of the box to the Spartan Virginia Super 6,000 feet elevation, muddy and wet...I didn't lose my footing once! These rock! Wore them again at Spartan Beast South Carolina...awesome. I have also trail run with some road...no pain, no blisters, just awesome traction.

I bought these for obstacle racing. I need a deep heel cup, and these proved to be great. They provide good traction obviously, and the narrow part that other reviews mention did not bother me, even on long races. I found these significantly cheaper on REI after I bought them :/

So delighted with these! I wear them for hikes of 5-25 miles and they are incredibly comfortable and the traction is excellent. Plus they look cool. Highly recommend!

I have been doing Crossfit for about 3 months and 2 months into it, I decided to try a shoe more suited for lifting. I knew these wouldn't be the best for running, but they work. It's just like running in a minimalist shoe. I almost always wear a size 6 but they were too small, so I had to order a size 6.5. I love the look of them and I like the toe box -- roomy and not pointed. I wish they were a bit better for running, but other than that, they are a great shoe and I'm happy with them.

Initially I loved these shoes. Light weight, great fit and excellent traction. But now that they have a few miles on them I cannot keep the insert in place. It keeps crawling up the back of my foot when I wear them. After about 10 minutes I really start to notice because my toes are now hanging over the front of the insert. Anyone else have this problem? I'm considering gluing it in place.

I had the f lite 230 and wore a 7.5 in that, but for these, I ended up getting the 8, which had a little bit more room. I love them! They are really comfortable and feel sturdy. I prefer them to Nanos.
