Great shoe but not if you need a wide toe box. Even though it says there's a Wide fit, there is only a Standard fit in this range. If you need extra room in the toes, I'd recommend another shoe.

Ordered size 10 and size 9 was shipped. Had these shoes before and they are very good. Would have been nice if right size was shipped to begin with.

I absolutely love these shoes! I read a lot of reviews before ordering so I ordered half a size up. I am not totally sure if that was necessary, but they fit good and I have plenty of room, which I like. I have very wide, flat feet and it is hard to find shoes that are really comfortable. These fit the bill and also provide support while being flexible at the same time. They are perfect for my bootcamp classes!

These were recommended to me by a physical therapist. I wear have fairly flat feet and wear orthodics, but as I'm working to get my feet to a place where I no longer need them, these shoes are perfect! I take a lot of bootcamp and Zumba classes and these really help me move faster and more nimbly, but still give the support I need. Not the prettiest but whatever! ALSO order a half to full size up. I wear a women's 11 but had to go a half size up.

Love these shoes for crossfit. They are very light and comfortable. I will say that you need to get used to running in them because of the limited padding. The first time I wore them, we did ten 100m sprints. My feet and shins were very sore for a few days. After a week or so, I adjusted to them and wouldn't go back.

The nano and metcon were too boxy and the minimus was hard on my feet when running, but the 250 provides a nice balance between forefoot cushioning, a heel good for squats and other lifts and that locks in comfortably, and a shoe that hugs the feet while allowing you to splay your toes.

Easily the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. These do have a softer sole, so you will feel sharper rocks or other uneven terrain. Not a replacement for a true hiking shoe. On smoother trails and pavement, these are great. Wore these in the pits at a recent race day, on my feet most of the day, and my feet were still not sore at the end of the day.

Light, good fit after going up 1/2 size. Great toe box room and the heel stays secure. I use them for long distance hiking. They are closer in fit and comfort to the Roclite 295 of several years ago (2011) but with less heel to toe drop. The rating is for the out of the box feel. The comfort will probably go up as they break in.

I bought these after hearing they drained water better than the Invo-8 Talon X 212. I own two pairs of the 212's and been happy in the past so I took a chance only to be slightly disappointed with the fit. The 200s are lighter and the fit was better since I wore precision with the x 212 when I should've worn standard. These felt more flexible than the 212's but the footbed was not as sturdy as the 212's. The 200's have lower cut on the ankle which allows mobility but since they were lower than the 212's I experience discomfort after a short period of time. I would recommend this shoe for short-mid distance races and it will uphold all sort of different terrain (west coast dry sand mountains to wet climate/east coast mountains). I compete in many Spartan Races and would not recommend these for running any Beast distance (at least 13.1 miles) on technical terrain such as Killington, VT, Vernon, NJ, etc.

Purchased this shoe as a gift for my brother. He wears a 11.5 wide, and it must be a true wide. He weighs 300lbs so the shoe must be comfortable, walkable and not tight. The European sizing had me concerned but went with the wide sizing and knew Zappos return policy was top notch if it didn't fit. He couldn't be happier, is always wearing them and he says his 20+ y/o sons are asking where they can get a pair!

X-talon 200 First of all this shoe fits true to size not a 1/2 size big like zappos says. I had to return the first pair. I have a wide fore foot and this shoe fits nice with a good fit in the heal. The more you run in it the better it feels. The seams where the tung is sewed on could use some improvements but over all it a good shoe. It has more flex than the x-talon 212

I bought these shoes to use as cleats. I normally play sports in Merrell barefoot shoes, but I needed something with more traction, especially on wet grass. These have been perfect. They provide plenty of traction, while still being very comfortable and flexible.

I have had the inov-8 F-Lite 250 for 2 weeks. I was able to exercise immediately. No need to break in the shoe. They state they are wide width and this appears to be true as they fit my 8W foot well. My teenage sons were impressed as well stating, "Good looking shoes, Mom".

I am 6'0', 150 pounds, run with a forefoot/midfoot strike and these shoes work great for me. I run mostly middle-distance; rare for me to run longer than 6-7 miles as I am training to break a 4:30 mile. Very grippy soles, cushioned but not to a degree that affects running gait or foot strike. Tight heel counter which I like and wide toe box. Heel counter comes up a bit high and does irritate the skin on my achilles a bit - may need to cut it. I bought these to replace the inov-8 F-lite 232s, which I loved.

Love these shoes! I have over 35 hard miles on them and they have held up amazingly. Last weekend I did a 15 mile Spartan race full of mud and water and really rocky terrain and these saved my feet! They are comfortable, drained well and had great grip on sloppy downhills.

I was a 9.5 in my older ones but for these I was a 10. Great shoe. Very light, comfortable. I used them exclusively for Crossfit and really like them.

This is the third pair I've bought. I love the meta flex system. I use these for disc golf and they last as long as any other (Merrell, Salomon, Columbia, Vasque). You won't find a shoe with more traction than these. The big plus is how light and comfortable they are. I measure up to an E width, but regular D width fits nicely. Outsole stays glued through the abuse. Lugs last, but the micro traction does rub off eventually.

I wear this shoe mostly for crossfit and it works as well as the 230 and 195 but I can't feel the ground quite as well with the 250 (which is great when running). These shoes breathe better than any other inov8 I have owned. I went down a half size and might try going down a half size more with my next pair. I will definitely but these again!

These work great for Crossfit! Extremely comfortable and more heel support than previous versions of the F-Lite. Highly recommend! (I've used Nano 4.0, 5.0 and previous F-Lites, these IMO are the best! :)

These are good work out shoes, very comfortable, they are not meant for running or lifting great for cardio and crosstraining. The only problem I have with this shoes and brand is their material is not that durable. I own 3 pairs of Inov8 and all 3 pairs the material on the side where small toes end it rips. It doesn't have enough support for the material not to rip. They need to make this a bit more durable using thicker material or a layer of some hard material to prevent from tearing.

I always have loved the fit of innov8 shoes. I need a generous toe box so they are great for me. True to size. Love them for my Orange Theory workouts.
