The lunchbox is very small, even for a young child. The lunchbox lasted about two months before it tore between the top and bottom half. Find another one.

Great lunch box! My 11 year old who didn't really want a lunch box likes to carry it. Especially good for older boys, it's the "hip" thing!

Great kids backpack. I bought this for my 4 year old to use for pre-school. It is the perfect size for a child and it holds all that he needs to carry. My older son has carried a backpack from Hurley for 3 years and it's still in great shape and meets the needs of a first grader. I would recommend this for any parent looking for a kids' sized backpack and a reasonable price.

I bought these for my niece and she loved them. Like always Zappos shipping was extremely fast, and I was even able to have the package delivered to her house. Very cute - Although I normally would not spend this much on a pair of girl's leggings, these are worth it. The design is unique, bright and pretty. I would buy them again.

One Of A Kind. My son loves it. It's the perfect size for him since he is in kindergarten. Colors are cool, and he is the only one at school with one, and at his school there are a lot of kids with Hurley backpacks.

Smaller than expected - We exchanged a messenger bag for this one because it broke within a couple of weeks. While my elementary school son likes the look of this bag, it seems too small for him and barely fits his books. This size would be more appropriate for a young or small school aged child.

Cool backpack!!! It's a cool backpack for my 4 years old son. It's cute and a good size on his back, but since it's small, it's a little bit tight to put his school folders. I love this backpack!

Cute, but too small for school - I ordered this for my 2nd grade son. I did not notice that it was a child sized backpack. He loved it, but it is too small to hold his folders and lunchbox. The folders fit, but it is a tight squeeze.

It's awesome! My son loves this bag. He wanted a Hurley backpack (our last name is Hurley) and I couldn't justify spending 50 plus dollars on a bag. We looked on here and found this backpack for such a reasonable price I couldn't say no. We got the blue plaid one and he loves it. Perfect size for him (8) and he's the only one with that bag at school.

Hurley Back Pack Size - The back pack is well made. However the size is too small for anyone 5th grade or higher. My son loves Hurley stuff including his bike. So we purchased this back pack. We received it with in 2 days. But he can't put all his books & lunch box in it. It only holds a 2" ring binder 1 school work book & his lunch box. That even is too much.

Backpack is small - I bought this backpack for my eight year old son. He loved the look, he thought it was "cool", and the quality was good, but it is kind of small. I thought it would be a regular sized backpack. We had to buy another one.

Cute...but small - I ordered this backpack for my 2nd grader. It is a really cute, quality backpack. My son picked out the gray print with black guitars. When it came in the mail though, he was disappointed by the small size. Even though the measurements are listed, I didn't really think about it. This is a great backpack, but for younger kids. A folder and papers will fit fine, but if they carry binders or many books, it won't work.

Hurley Defender Backpack Review - We purchased this backpack for my son to use next year for school. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be when it came but I put folders in it and it appears to be regular size. My son loves the look and is excited to use it next year.
