Look: Great knife! I use this a lot during the summer. We make home-made Hot Pepper Jelly and this is the perfect tool for cutting and seeding all gnarly shapes of peppers. I like that I can take the skin of a pear or apple in one long smooth stream of movement and have that unbroken strip of peel all the while letting this little jewel do the work. It fits like a glove, has good balance and won't wear you out. That's what a good tool is all about. I swear by Henckels.

Comfort: Look: I found these knives at Target for a much higher price, but we really wanted them for our first knife set. After a bit of searching online I found them for a great price here on Zappos with free shipping. The knives are great, 5 stars all the way, they are well balanced, hold a great edge and they look great sitting on the counter in the block. My only complaint about the whole transaction is how they were shipped. I really think Zappos forgot that they were shipping knives instead of shoes because they were packaged the way I would expect a pair of shoes to be packaged, the box of knives was simply in a larger box, with no packing material of any kind. When I opened the knife box it appeared that a small tornado had gone through and dinged up several of the blades. They were not dinged beyond repair and a few swipes on the sharpening steel smoothed them out. All that to say, Zappos has a great price and free shipping, but maybe they should stick to shoes.

These knives are the easiest to use, most aesthetically pleasing cutlery I've seen on the market. Simple to clean and razor sharp. I can't stop talking about them at work.
