Overall:

Birthday present for Grandma. She loves these shoes! She wore them all day and into the evening with no discomfort! And fab style, too. Length and width are true to size. Helles rock!

Ordered this pair to go with my dark cocoa gown for my son's wedding. It arrived earlier than I anticipated because of Zappos, as usual, superb service. Lovely sandal. Runs in Euro size. Ordered my size. Arrived and was about 2 sizes too small. So, I called Zappos to arrange for a replacement. Lady with customer service was fantastic. Arranged a VIP delivery of the replacement pair as I sent the original pair back for credit. This pair fit, a size larger than the others and a size I have never worn. But once I got to walking around in them to try them out, the heel was just too narrow and I was afraid of falling in them. So, these, too will be sent back for return.

These shoes are so comfortable, the second I put them on I knew I could wear them for hours. Amazing quality! I recently had knee surgery and this brand of shoe is so comfortable I can wear heels again, as long as they are Helle Comfort! I wear these often with jeans; they go with everything.

I've worn a pair of these comfortable shoes for several years and they were beginning to show wear and I wondered if they were still available. I started a search online and Zappos came up with them. I was thrilled. They were a decent price and free shipping and handling (both ways if I wasn't happy with them). I ordered two pairs: one red and one brown. They are so comfortable. Very easy and satisfying purchase. Thank you Zappos.

Great shoes! I needed something dressy for a wedding, but given my "problem" feet I was worried about comfort. These looked very nice with a dressy dress and I was able to dance and not grimace in pain! Perfect!

Below Expectations - The fit was true to size and I loved the look. But overall, for the price the comfort was not there. I expected alot more support and cushion. They had a hard feel and I knew it would only be a matter of hours before my feet would cramp. I sent them back.

These shoes are gorgeous. I wish they fit. They are so narrow! My arch is long and high and I could barely thread my foot into the small high opening. My foot was squeezed but even worse the top fabric dug into the top of my foot. I love the way these shoes look, but it would be pure torture to wear them. Back they go.

Bought these shoes and loved them straight out of the box. I\'m older and beginning to have foot issues so I can only tolerate comfortable shoes and these are like slippers. Love the funky designs as well.

Love the comfort of these shoes! The soles give alot of support, whith super, great cusioning. I am on my feet alot, and have no problem wearing them for long days at work.\r\nDressy, yet not too dressy for a casual look, too!

Squeaky disaster - I was very excited to recieve these shoes and couldn't wait to wear them. After wearing them for 1 day, the right shoe developed a really annoying squeak. I called Zappos, they gladly exchanged the shoe, and the second pair did the exact same thing. For the price of the shoe, they should not be this poorly made. I will never buy this brand again.

This is by far the best pair of shoes I have ever owned. They are comfortable, stylish, and versatile. I have worn them with dresses and with jeans. I have owned this pair of shoes for 3 years yet they still look like new, have retained their shape, and I still get compliments every time I wear them. I am now replacing them with another pair in an updated color. If you buy only one pair of shoes this year, this should be the one!

I really like the Helle Comfort insole. It is so soft and comfortable. However, the style and design is another story. I meant to pick the simplest and safest design, but the fringes look cheap. I strongly want Helle Comfort to make simple boots or shoes. Simple is beautiful! These boots are true to the size and again, the insole is wonderful. Needless to say, Zappos is always fantastic!

I thought these shoes were cute and I purchased them for a wedding. I cannot wear heels but needed something dressy. I tried them on and they fit but ran roomier than the size guide suggested, which I think would have been an issue because there was no sense of support in the shoe's structure. My main problem was that the underside of the rhinestone straps had exposed grommets which rubbed painfully with just one walk across the room. I was very surprised that such an expensive sandal would be so poorly made. It had no cushioning in the footbed and felt hard on the footbed with no sense of support around the sides of the foot. I will never buy Helle again. I would compare this shoe to something I would pick up at a discount store. I did not even consider actually wearing them and I am returning them. Helle should be ashamed.

I bought these shoes for comfort and to walk a lot in they don't have any support in them. I wore them all day and my feet hurt for 2 days after. I have other shoes made by Helle that are really comfortable.

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! So much more than the picture, and comfortable. I have worn these for more than 12 hours at a time, as I have all the shoes I have purchased from Zappos -- no problems, which is saying something because I have a neuroma on one foot which makes most shoes quite unbearable. My only criticism of Zappos is the fact that they don\'t carry wider sizes. The only shoes I can successfully wear are those that are adjustable.

I love these shoes. The heel height is perfect to wear casual or for a dressier look. Besides the cute style this shoe has WONDERFUL arch support. Style and comfort all in one little shoe. It doesn't get any better than that!

I love shoes, but unfortunately, not these. I purchased these boots in the color "Jeans". They looked fabulous and I was so happy to get them so quickly! The appearance out of the box is exactly like the picture. Unfortunately, I will be returning them. The sizing is way off! I normally wear a size 10, but ordered a size 11 because I have never worn this brand before. To my shock and surprise, they were too small. I don't know how the sizing is calculated, but I doubt that I will order another pair of shoes from Helle. I am very disappointed!

This shoe runs short and narrow. I tried an 8.5 (my normal size) -9 and exchanged it for a 9.5-10. It is still tight. I love the shoe, the materials and the look. But I am concerned whether it will stretch enough to be comfortable for an all-day wear at the office. I am going to try it around the house before I make a final decision about it.

These shoes in the pewter go with everything. The color and style are perfect for Fall. They look great and feel great; one of the most comfortable shoes I have purchased in this line (and I have a great many, these are the only shoes I wear).

I like the fit! I have three pairs of these sandals and they all give the same comfort. They really support my arches which is a problem for me. My foot doctor told me to wear an ankle brace but that did not help. When I wear these sandals my foot feels much better.

I have these shoes in 2 different colors and they are just awesome. I\'ve worn them a lot of times to work. Even after 10 hours on my feet they still feel pretty comfortable. I didn\'t experience this with any of my other pretty shoes.
