I had a great experience buying the only pair of affordable Heelys in the United States that I could find to fit my young son. Even after ordering online, I had to call to ask a question and the service person was extremely pleasant and helpful!

Zappos.com has an amazing selection of shoes. I was having an incredibly difficult time finding the right pair of Heely's for my nephew, but then I came across Zappos. Zappos had a great selection of Heely's for all ages and the product was actually in stock (unlike other sites). I ordered the shoes and they arrived two days later with standard shipping! They also have a very easy and customer friendly return policy, but of course I did not need to use it. I am now a loyal, Zappos customer for life!

Yes it was my first purchase ever on the internet. I was so happy when the heelys arrived on time. My son loves them. We ordered a size up just as suggested by others, and they fit great. A very nice product.

My son loved them as a shoe, unfortunately we must have received a defective pair, as the threading kept unraveling out of the sides of the shoe creating a very messy and ragged look. I am still giving them five stars since they would have looked and felt perfect except for the loose threads sticking out EVERYWHERE making him look like a "ragamuffin." I even tried just snipping the loose threads, but they were just fraying all over the place. Zappos is always very fast and great about returns, luckily. On another note, he wasn't too keen with skating (too young, I think), but he said they were the most comfortable shoes he had every owned!

These run a little small in my opinion. Maybe we just like ours with room to grow. These have the extra wheel, so that took my son some time to get used to. Overall we are very happy with the way these shoes performed and looked.

I love Zappos.com - I was so impressed with how easy it was to order the item. Free shipping and I received the order within a couple of days. I will definitely order from Zappos.com again! The shoe is 1 size smaller than it is marked but I was able to order the size that fits because the size difference was listed on the web site.

I ordered these shoes for my grandson. They were delivered the next day. He loved them. About a week later one of the wheels would not move. I emailed Zappos and received an immediate reply. They stated they were shipping another paid out and sent instructions for the label for the return pair. I received them the next day! My grandson was thrilled! I was thrilled! Thank you Zappos!! Some things are the way they use to be. Hallelujah!

The service from Zappos was great. My grandson loved his Heelys. However, the wheels did not go up into the shoes, they have to be removed to be worn as a regular shoe. This is OK for an adult but is hard for a 6 year old. I did not read this in the comments on the shoe and if I would have known that I would have kept looking for the ones that go back up into the shoe.

These were true to size. My daughter has wanted a pair with the double wheels for quite some time. They don't make them large enough in the womens for some reason. We did try the womens in the same size but the mens seem to fit better. They are wider.

Wonderful shoe!
We bought these shoes for my daughter’s birthday. She absolutely loves them, and wears them all the time. Shipping was amazing!!! We ordered them at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday and received them at 10:30 a.m. Friday! And the price was fair. We followed the sites advice and ordered a size larger and they fit perfectly, not too big, but just enough growing room to last into the summer. I have already recommend Zappos.com to 3 or 4 family members.

This is my second pair of EXACTLY the same Heelys after my son grew out of the first pair and we handed the old ones 2 the neighbor kid and he’s still going on those.

Mother of two boys -
My boys love Heelys!! This is the second order
as I ordered last year and they outgrew them. I
now know to order them two sizes larger and they
should be able to wear them a little longer! I
ordered the rapids for my youngest son who is eight he wanted two wheels as he had one wheel
last year and is a very good skater on them. For
anyone considering a cheaper off brand I would
suggest not to do so as the Heelys are safer
and easier for kids to skate in as the wheels
roll better. I will always order Heelys for
my kids.

I really can't think of another online shoe store that can match Zappos top-notch service! My son decided to change his Santa list just before Christmas so I made a mad dash for my computer to place the order with Zappos. The shoes came to my door stop hours before Christmas Eve and couldn't thank Zappos enough for giving our family one more magical Christmas together! You have to order one full size larger when ordering Heelys.

Zappos was ranked one of the best in customer service for a reason. I ordered these for my son for Christmas and he loves them. They were true to size--I was wrong to order a size up. Zappos handled the exchange with speed. The shoe looks really good. He would wear these to church if I allowed it. I was wondering if the Sams Club would put us out of the Store, because almost every child had on these shoes. Heelys are the best. Thanks Zappos!
