These look pretty great and seem durable. The size seems OK, with minimal arch support. I\'m returning them because the leather, while attractive, is too stiff to be comfortable, and the opening is way too large around my rather trim ankles.

Excellent shoe. Very comfortable and durable. First pair lasted 4 years. Great for riding or walking. My lady is getting me a new pair for Christmas. I like the feel of wearing steel toed shoes when I ride.

I bought these because I was looking for a somewhat dressy everyday boot with a sole that would give me some grip on icy New England sidewalks. I haven\'t had a chance to sample icy weather yet, but this sole should be decent. I love the style - it is very much a classic Frye-harness-boot look. Another reviewer thought the toe looked funny. It is very much a square toe western boot style - doesn\'t look funny at all if that\'s the look you want. The shoe is very narrow through the body. If your feet tend to be at all wide these will pinch horribly. Don\'t even think about wearing thick socks. I\'m still breaking these in. I wear them for only an hour or so at a time; after that they start to hurt my feet. Part of it is that I never wear heels, and these have a bit of one, so my weight feels like it\'s being borne by the sides of my feet as I\'m shoved forward into the boot - but I bet if I wore high heels a lot my feet would be more used to that sensation. There is not a lot of cushion or arch support. However, there is no cramping in the toe area and no rubbing at the heels. I wear a solid size 9 and found the sizing to be accurate.

Love them! Most of the Harley boots I have tried are too wide for me. These ran narrower than the others so they fit me!

I love these shoes. I am a Bartender, and I spend long hours on my feet. I never have a problem. They have a little height, which is nice with jeans and slacks. I wear them out, and then I buy a new pair. I would definitely recommend these shoes.

These boots are really great. Very comfortable from the first time worn. Very durable and give great support. Fit is true to size. As with all Zappos shoes, these met all my expectations and Zappos even upgraded my delivery so I received them the next day! Thank you Zappos, I will definitely order from them again.

Very fast shipping, and a great pair of shoes. My wife is very picky (me too), and these were an excellent purchase. The shoes are tasteful but edgy. The studs up the heel really catch people's eyes. My wife says they're very comfortable.

Not Disappointed!!!\r\n These boots are exactly what I have come to expect of Harley Davidson boots and shoes--comfort,high quality, durability and STYLE !!!!\r\nAlthough I won\'t wear these boots for riding, due to the heel height, I will wear them all winter, knowing that they will give me sure footing and protection in all kinds of weather while looking great!

I have wide calves (16.5 inch) and have been in a reent car accident and sustained injury to my right leg. So I was looking for something comfortable but would also get me thru the Illinois bad winters. I own a pair of Harley shoes already and decided (after reading these reviews to go for it). I also let the leather warm on my legs first to zip them up over my calf muscles. Once on they are very comfortable. The leather is soft and there if plenty of room in the toe area even though I have wide feet. Overall I am very glad I ordered these boots.

This is a follow-up to my previous review. I've worn the boots now for several weeks on many rides and they are holding up well. They are still very comfortable and fit perfect. One thing: they are for warm-weather rides. I wore them for 50 miles in 40 degree weather (probably a 20 degree wind-chill) and my toes were freezing! The tongue of the shoe and mesh on the sides allows the breeze through and your foot will get cold. They are not windproof! In hot weather, this is a blessing as it allows your foot to breathe. But in cold weather, you can definitely tell the temperature. For our hot riding weather in Texas, I'm keeping them.

These shoes look great and fit good. Very comfortable. However...very slipery sole. I slipped and fell twice in one night on a wooden floor. Bought some non slip soles. Should be find then. Love the style. Wear them with skinny jeans tucked in and skirts.

So far so good. Working overseas, I needed a boot I could work in as well as a daily use boot. With the slip on features and no laces or zippers, dust and dirt stay out, boot stays on and is comfy. Looking forward to riding with them. May even get a second pair. Felt good right out of the box and looked good too.

Very comfortable right out of the box. I have size 7 1/2 to size 8 feet. I ordered the size 8. Will have to wear with thick socks. I don't know if that means they run large or just that my feet are always in between sizes. This is my second pair of Harley boots in a similar style. I wear them all winter & they hold up well. I'm sticking with Harley's because I like the chunky heel & overall style. And I'm sticking with Zappos!

Read an article about these boots that they "felt great right out of the box". Couldnt find them at my local stores, so checked with Zappo\'s. As usual, they had them and sent them to me the next day. Great boots for ridin or hangin. Usually wear Doc Marten but need more support while ridin. Zappos is always great, been using them for years!!!! \r\nps....the bling comes off if you want to go plain!

These are great looking boots, very cool and very comfortable! Terrific quality, too! I ordered one half size up because of the pointed toe, perfect.

Love 'em! I received these yesterday and wore them today and I absolutely love them. The studs on the heel look very sharp and overall it's just a real pretty shoe. Like the other reviews said, you better size up. I normally wear a 6-6 1/2 and I ordered the 7 1/2 and they fit perfect! They are very comfortable, but I don't think I'd wear these walking all day long. If you're hesitant to buy these, don't be, you won't be disappointed!

These are pretty cool boots but they run very large. I generally get a 9.5 - 10 and these I got in a 9.5 and they were at least 1 size to large. They are very heavy which is good and the leather is very soft. I think they are a good boot just be aware of the size. I gave 4 stars because of the improper sizing.

As others mention, definitely get these 1/2 size smaller than your normal fit. Even so, the half-size smaller is more loose than the same type of boot from others (for instance a Frye 8" harness boot) that's the exact same style without zipper. Whereas a Frye half-size smaller is really tight and needs to be broken in a lot at the balls of the foot, this H-D El Paso is much more relaxed and comfortable right away. Seams are double-stitched, zipper is thick & beefy and overall construction feels strong and sturdy yet supple. The heel is also softer and prevents that loud cracking sound if you're walking on wood floors a lot.

Comfort, looks and waterproof: five stars. These boots are just the right weight, not too clunky. The leather is excellent and they are extremely comfortable to walk in. The buckles are really attractive. Just love them and they run true to size for me. Size 10 is a size ten, not too narrow, just right.

These boots are great! Good quality and style. A little stiff when I first got them, but they broke in easy. After 2 days of wearing them, they felt perfect. Super comfortable to walk in. They are loud when walking on hard surfaces, but that does not bother me. Be aware that the lining turned my white socks red from the dye, but I just wore black socks the next time and had no problem. As always, Zappos got them to me the next day! Fabulous!

I was looking for some comfortable boots to wear to my nephew's wedding in Chicago. A friend at work said her Harley Davidson were the most comfortable boots she has ever worn, so I looked at them first. I fell in love with the style of the Sonoma boots. I needed a good quality, comfortable boot as I would be doing plenty of walking (there is no parking in Chicago). I have wide feet, and, am I ever glad I purchased those boots. We ended up walking the "Miracle Mile" about (3) times, then rode on the subway, then had to walk halfway through the airport again just to get to the shuttle to take us to the Hotel. I guess the moral of the story is don't go anywhere, especially to Chicago, without your Harley boots!

I love comfort boots and shoes. I have terribly picky feet so they're hard to find. I had no idea how these would be and I ordered them along with a Clarks, Fossil and Easy Spirit styles that were similar. These are hands down the best of the bunch. They're edgy, but definitely not over the top. And they are tons of comfortable. They are roomy so if you wanted to wear thick socks you could, but it's not mandatory (although if you like them snug then I'd order your size if it's a half size and not round up). If you have a wide foot, these might even work okay for you. They have nice cushion in the foot bed, some arch support. They are very stable with a nice heel rise and not flat. The leather is high quality and very pretty. I returned the other supposed more comfortable boots and kept these. I will definitely try Harley's other styles. I feel like these will stand the test of time and wear.

Own these! Wear them whenever I do not have time to mess around with not being comfortable. I have some advanced arthritis in my right knee from a sports injury when I was a teen, bone to bone contact from 80s "remove the cartilage" mentality of ortho surgeons. So when I'm going to be going full-throttle all day on concrete and tile floors, I teach in these.

I love the style of these boots, but they would work better for someone with higher arches, and the front of the boot didn't conform to my foot/leg. They turned out not to be what I needed for dressy Alaska winter boots. I usually wear a size 6, but a 6.5 fit well with thick socks.
