I ordered this dress from Zappos and it was lovely, however, the first time I had it dry cleaned (per the cleaning instructions on the dress tag) it came back looking slightly faded and very pilly. Too bad, because I loved it and and there are no more in my size. It was too expensive of a dress for that to happen after 1 cleaning...

Love the shoes but they hate my feet! These shoes are absolutely gorgeous. I got them in red and in black. Really debated about keeping but wore the red ones and they are slowly starting to break in. Debated longer on the black, but finally decided to wear them. The shoes are so cute but the toe is too wide and rubs, they are tight across the ball of the foot and my heel slips so they are not very comfortable. Hoping they will continue to get better. But I love they way they look so I plan to just suffer!

Love it! Love it! Love it! I ordered these shoes in black and they are fantastic! Very sexy and elegant! The pattern is nice and subtle and it looks almost like velvet. The heel is very high, but with the platform, it is still easy to walk in. I can't really say how comfortable they are yet since I haven't worn them for a long period of time, but honestly, they are so cute, I don't think I'll care! The toe seems to be a bit narrow, but I think it has already stretched out a little just from trying them on. This is a lovely shoe. Also, Zappos has really fast shipping! I ordered these on Thursday evening and they were delivered the next day by 1:00 pm. Great!

Sexy but not too much - questionable fit - In very high heels like these I usually wear a 7. These seem a bit big or at least wide at the heel - my heel is slipping out of the back when I walk. Back of shoe seems tall as it bumps against my heel. Leather is also stiff would soften up with wear. I haven't decided if I can keep them yet - will have to try inserts.

Oooh my Mary Janes - Love this shoe! They are pretty narrow; I had to buy shoe stretchers and stretch them before I wore them for the first time (I have never had this problem with any other shoe) but now they fit great. I received tons of compliments and can’t wait to ware them again! A timeless shoe.

Love 'em, can't wear 'em - These shoes are DARLING! Unfortunately, they were incompatible with my wide feet. I was disappointed, as I love the way they look. If you have regular-width or narrow feet, you'll love them.

Cute Shoe! Very cute shoe, even cuter in person, but it does fit a little big and the strap is a little too long so it sticks up. I fixed problem by just purchasing some inserts. Incredibly fast shipping though, ordered on Sunday night, Monday was a holiday and shoes were at my house first thing Tuesday morning! Fantastic!
