I own about ten pair of Globes and they are all the same, comfortable, true to fit, stylin and casual. Wear them to the beach or out at night, cool, casual, and classy. They are the shoes I have been looking for and I'm a complete loyalist now. These and other Globes are the absolute best in comfort and casual style.

I have had a pair of these in brown for over a year, and they have held up wonderfully. I recently purchased another pair to use as "nursing shoes" and even after 8-10 hours on my feet, running around, they're still comfortable and so are my feet. Often wear skate shoes for the width; these are true-to-size, and VERY durable.

The size and width are perfect. The look and quality is stylish and tough. They have a classic look to them which I love. The only thing that really lacks is the padding and arch support. If you are at a concert or standing/moshing for a few hours. Your feet get tired due to the lack padding/cushion. Same goes for bmx and skating for hours. For chill shoes they would be great. Buy them for the style and you will be happy.

I purchased these shoes for my teenage son. He really likes them. He said they are very comfortable and are true to size. He would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of shoe.

I've worn these shoes pretty much everyday since I got them; they're super comfortable and I can do pretty much anything in them...plus they weren't expensive. Great shoes!

Ok, I have had my eyes on these loafers for a long time, and even bought a pair for a friend of mine a couple years back. Well, I just got mine today, and I am EXTREMELY disappointed. They are just too small. I wear a 15 (the largest size these come in) and it's WAY too small! Opening the box I knew they weren't going to work, but I had gone this far; I needed to at least try. After almost breaking my finger trying to get them on, they went back into the box. So heads up, these shoes run a size smaller.

I love the service from Zappos. The shoes come fast, and they can be returned so easily. We looked all over town for Globe shoes, and there they were only a click away.

These shoes were great. I got tons of great comments on them. They skated great too. I wore a hole in them in about two months, but I would definitely get them again. Awesome shoe.

Wow - If I could wear any pair of shoes for the rest of my life, I would wear Globe Castros. They go good with any outfit (nice suit, jeans and t shirt, shorts, etc). They're comfortable and stylish. I have 4 pairs (black/G Chord, Tweed, earth/military, and grey/light grey stripe) and I don’t even wear my tennis shoes anymore.

My boyfriend likes them - Bought these for my boyfriend for his birthday (he's 23) and well, he's currently wearing them. They were supposed to be so he can go outside in the morning, but I catch him wearing them like regular shoes. I think it was a good deal.

The only bad thing about these shoes is that they have no tongue. Other than that they look good and feel good but also kinda to puffy, IE: too much on top. So if you like this type of shoe then great but for me I like to be able to have a tongue on my shoe.

Not what I expected - These shoes were not comfortable, and when I walk my heel comes out very easily. Plus I thought they looked very narrow and weird on my feet.

PULSE - Great Shoe...the toe cap in the front is small (narrow) so if you have a wide foot, go a half size bigger. I got the charcoal grey...looks really nice for casual wear.

Very Cool Shoes - This is my second pair of Castros. I had the tan ones, now the perf white leather. The white ones are nice, because I wear them out to bars and clubs, and it looks like I have on nice shoes. They are super comfortable, but they still have the skate sole, which is nice if you want to wear them around town (or skate!). The only complaint I would have is that they slide off my heel when I walk, but someone with a wider heel probably wouldn't have that problem.

Globes are Great - I have been searching for quality slippers for quite a while only to find cheap quality and/or poor construction. Within a few minutes after receiving these it was clear to me that I had found a top quality product. This Globe product can serve either as a bedroom type slipper or an outdoor shoe. The construction, quality and comfort are all there. Amazingly the price of these shoes is quite reasonable as well. Needless to say Zappos delivered their usual superlative service which is very much appreciated.

Great shoes! I was looking for a pair of skate shoes that weren’t too loud with crazy designs, I hate that. The Globe Culprit in earth gum are some of the nicest looking skate shoes I've ever owned. They could be a little more comfortable though.

Finally Found a Good One! After the last couple of pairs of shoe's that I've owned (feeling a little let down), I'm so glad that I found these! I buy a big shoe, size 14. Despite my feelings about shoe companies not designing shoe versions for big feet, these feel great. They're comfortable when you first put them on in the morning. They're comfortable throughout the day, and when you take them off at the end of the day. Your feet still don't feel tired. The walls of the shoe are thick but not too stiff, and not too soft. The heel has a bunch of padding, and so does the tongue. It's a great shoe! Looks wicked in gray. The pictures on the website don't do this shoe justice. The shape is a little more pointed when you get the pair on your feet. They remind me of what a driving shoe looks like.

I ordered 2 pairs of these shoes for my son. They look terrific and appeared to be very comfortable. Unfortunately the sizing seemed a little odd. My son normally wears an 11 and is an easy fit. When the 11 arrived, they were huge! More like a 12. So I ordered a 10. When they arrived, they were very small and narrow, my daughter wears a size 9 in womens and they fit her. The shoe seems to be good quality and looked really comfy with a good sole. They also seemed to have a decent amount of support. Just wished they fit a little better. Fortunately ordering with Zappos makes returns easy.

Awesome shoe, weird line - This shoe is very comfortable and stylish, but for some reason there is an orange stripe in the middle of the white strap. I checked out the picture online closely and it is there also. Don’t know what it is but is not very nice.

Globe TB - So I replaced my old Globes that I loved to death with a new pair of Khaki/Choco TBs. I’ve had them for a few weeks now and have been using them every day for walking around university campus. Pro: -Reinforced heel area compared to old Globes, looks like these will take a good bit more abuse. -Improved insole -Looks sharp Cons: -The sole of the shoe seems to be wearing a bit quickly, which is quite disappointing. Already showing significant wear after ~3 weeks of walking around and one short hike. -Stitching on the elastic that holds the tongue in place is suspect.

La La La... I love my shoes!!! Okay... picture this: 32 year old man with a muscular build whose nickname is Killer and sports a lengthy goatee singing, "La la la, I love my shoes", over and over again. My husband says these are THE most comfortable shoes EVER!!! He wants me to buy 3 pairs for future use. I hope they never stop making these... finally a truly awesome shoe.

Poor Material - The look of this shoe is nice, but the first time I ordered, the right shoe was too wide. I returned it and had another sent. Then the left was too wide. We figured out that the material is just cheap. It is weak and stretches easily for a bad fit.

A great buying experience - First I was disappointed because the all black model was always out of stock in my size. I decided to give in and get the all white model. I am pleased with the how quickly the product arrived and the quality of the shoe, just as if it were in a store, no difference. I'll definitely be buying from Zappos again!

Tech, But Feels Plain - These shoes fit very snugly in the toes. I need to stretch mine out in the toe box in order for them to fit me more comfortably. The midsole feels very regular and is not by any means unique or superior to any other brand's midsole designs. The tongue and collar are connected into one piece, which means you'll need your hands to pull them on; the upside to this design is that you won't need to tie your laces tightly in order for your shoes to stay on your feet. I ordered the Black/Cobalt lightning version, which looks like a design that came from the 1980s; I like the design, but would've preferred to have gotten the White/Grey colorway or even the Gears of War one. By the way, don't be fooled by Globe's complicated and excessive description wordings: "TPR ollie reinforcement" means that the ollie area of the shoe should have "Thermal Plastic Rubber" for extra protection. However, in the case of the Fusions, only a miniscule strip lines edge of the ollie area (look closely in the pics where the first lace holes are). "Hidden lacing option" means there should be an alternate lacing system for protecting your laces against rippage. But again, in the case of the Fusions, only first lace holes provide this feature, which by the way doesn't do much. "...Unique combination of breathable mesh, lycra, and Micro P materials" really means that only a small part underneath the tongue has some lycra lined on it. Everywhere else on the shoe's lining material seems to be built just like any other skate shoe. As for "Micro P”, I assume means micro-perforations, but they seem to be more for aesthetics rather than functionality. Only the top of the toe, some on the side, and the very top of the tongue have these perforations. Overall, these shoes are very tech looking, but feel very plain when they're on your feet. I simply wish they really did have more TPR on the toes and that maybe Globe could've featured some type of Gel system in the midsoles for better shock absorbtion.
