These are the most comfortable slippers ever! The insole has lovely arch support, and the wool is nice and warm. I wasn't sure about the design, but I actually like it. The flowers and stitching are quite charming. I love these slippers! They do run a bit big, though. So if you are in doubt, get a size smaller.

I love these slippers! They are cute and comfortable. The arch support is perfect. I was going to order another pair, but there is a major problem. The soles are wearing down to the felt. I have only had them 3 months. How can I extend their usefulness?

I love these slippers! They have a happy splash of color and they are jusdt warm enough, never sweaty, never smelly. They are wool and rubber and not much else so it seems a green footwear choice!

These are so cute! Just the thing for fall/winter snuggling. They run large, though, maybe a whole size! Once it gets colder, they may be perfect with thick socks, but as they are now they just sort of slop around on my feet. They are good slippers for sitting down and reading. They are not meant for running outside to get the paper!

These are so pretty in charcoal! Unfortunately, I had to return the first pair and order a smaller size. The length was okay, but the slippers flopped around on my feet so much that they were slipping off as I walked. I'm hoping the smaller size works. Order down a size!

Very cute and comfy, but runs large. Also the top of my foot is exposed more than I'd like. I usually wear an 8.5 to 9. I ordered the 9 as it came in whole sizes only. You should order down a whole size. I'm still giving it 5 stars.

Beautiful little slipper! I got the womens size 9 and it's roomy. I normally wear between an 8.5 and 9 with most shoes. However, this is comfy now and I know it will stretch out a bit so I m going to return for the 8. Nice arch support, too.

These are absolutely adorable, with better arch support than most slippers. They do run large, though (a full size it seems), so I have to send them back. Bummer.

These slippers are beautifully made. They are toasty warm. I find that if I have socks on too, that they are a bit more comfy. I wasn't sure what size to get so I ordered two, and returned one. They do run a bigger. I am a size 6 - 7, depending on shoe (i.e., sandals or enclosed shoes with socks). I love them!

I reviewed this before, but I wanted to change my fit advice. These run very large and are designed to be loose fitting. I ended up going down two US sizes. I'm normally an 8.5-9, or a 39-40. A 38 (US 7) in these fits perfectly. They have become my favorite slippers. I've found that shearling slippers make my feet sweaty and bother my arches. These woolies keep your feet dry and just the right temperature. They are never itchy. The sole is not overly grabby on carpet, so they aren't a trip hazard. You can even run outside in these -- in dry weather -- to get the mail or the paper or let the dog do its thing.

Love these slippers! They have a good arch support, stay on easily (up and down the stairs), and are really cute! I have only worn them with socks, and there is plenty of room for socks. Remove the insole and they are washable, too!

These are great slippers! They are cute and comfortable with a nice non-skid sole. Take everyone's advice and order a size smaller than you wear as these run big, I did and they fit perfectly.

Adorable, comfy with nice insole, but still too big even though I ordered down a size to 37 based on other reviews. I have wide and "unhappy feet", but I will try this brand again in a different style.

How, in this day and age, could finding just the right slipper be such a difficult task? Well, I finally found the brand for me: Giesswein. The Spital is as perfect as it gets. The only problem is that to put the shoes on you need to be actively engaged. They are not slip ons. But because these slippers are not slip ons, they do have their own place in your heart and your slipper closet! Anyway, these slippers are otherworldly comfortable, they are not heavy and there is support inside. I am thrilled with my discovery. And, because I love color, the visual appearance could not be more perfect for me.
