Overall:

Love them. Love these boots. But know, the calf is snug fitting and I have small calves, the foot part is big-ish. I wear a size 6 and ordered a size 6. I wouldn't be able to order up to get a larger calf because then the boot would be way big. Can still tuck my jeans in them. Fleece inside for warmth, cool look. I would buy them again.

True wide calf. These were a great deal for a leather, true wide calf boot. I have a nearly 18 inch calf (on a size 9 1/2w shoe) and these fit great. Snug enough to look good, but not too snug, no calf muffin top! I actually like the faux fur inside, but I am wondering how I'll be able to get any sort of comfort pad in for the ball of the foot. I find these to be as comfortable as just about any other shoe with an equal heel. They are really high heels, they aren't super comfy. The only bummer I found is that these boots are not as "slouchy" as they are pictured. They are a straight boot, period, there is no slouch to them. I will probably keep these anyway because they fit well and are still pretty cute, even if I wish they were slightly slouchier.

I ordered the Gabriella Rocha Melissa boots for my daughter, 16. She wanted boots with some attitude, but without dangles or frills. She loves these boots! We ordered her usual size, 9, and they fit perfectly. The stacked heel makes them easy and comfortable to walk in even for a person who does not normally wear heels (she's a flip-flop person). If there is a downside to these boots, we haven't found it, and the price was great. Looks great with a short skirt, tights and a duster.

These boots are awesome! You just can't imagine how comfortable they are. It feels like you're not wearing anything on your feet! Now that is comfortable! They are true to size and very easy to get on. I usually have trouble getting boots on without a side zipper, no problem with these. These are great boots!

Love these shoes; they go perfect with the dress I had in mind when I bought them. So far very comfortable. Seem to run a bit wide, but my foot is a little narrow. Nothing a small insole won't fix.

These are very comfortable boots that you can walk in all day long. The leather doesn't crease along the toe line like so many other boots. They look good with jeans, but even better with a skirt and tights! They have a simple style, but to me, the little fold-over details is just enough. I like them a lot and have gotten compliments on them.

Very comfortable but misleading in the photo. It looks very nice when worn correctly. It's way too pricey for the quality. The suede gets damaged very quickly and yes the bow doesn't stay in place. Even so, very cute. Should be priced a bit lower.

This is a very striking shoe. It felt a tad larger than marked. I wear a size 5 shoe and do find that many brands in general are a larger than normal fit. This being said, it is very comfortable and the 3 inch heel elongates the frame, but is comfortable enough to wear for long period of time. The top of the shoe which is a crocodile like feel/texture may be cuffed up or turned down. The wrap-around ribbon is a unique and sexy look. The shoe looks great with pedal pushers or the "famous little black dress". I think Zappos is fantastic and have made many purchases. They making shopping (and returns if necessary), a smooth, easy pleasant transaction.

I have ordered at least five pair of boots through Zappos and I loved them all. This last pair, the gray suede fit exactly to size. I am very satisfied with the fit, color, and height. I only ordered the wide calf so I could tuck in some of my pants. It works great.

These boots are not worth the money. For one thing they don't slouch nicely, and they give you pointy cankles. I have seen similar, cheaper boots like at almost all department stores. If they were real suede then that might justify the price.

This is a really nice skirt, it\'s unique and I love wearing it layered over a petticoat. I\'m rather thin so the small was a bit bigger than I\'d hoped, causing it to fall lower on my hips than it should, but my problem is not a common one. It\'s also really comfortable. In fact, I think I\'ll wear it today!

For the first time, I purchased two pairs of boots from Zappos. I ordered a pair of UGG shoes and Gabriella Rocha shoes. I absolutely love both pairs. I took a chance on the Gabriella Rocha shoes after reading the reviews. This boot is easy to wear, while being comfortable and warm with wool pile lining. I love the look, especially the brand name on back of boot being black on black. It is very subtle, which I appreciate. I did order a size down and it was a perfect fit for me. The price was so reasonable, and the product reviews and free shipping pushed me to make my purchase for the UGG shoes. This is my first experience with Zappos, and it was easy breezy. This is my best online shopping experience to date. I look forward to shopping with Zappos again.

This is my second time wearing these boots, and I absolutely love them. I was looking for boots with wedge as I don't enjoy wearing big heels. They are comfortable and look cute on me, makes me feel and look great! Because they are so fitted, I cannot wear anything besides tights with these, so that is the only drawback. But I'm not a very skinny gal either, so that could be why. I will try these with tight skinny jeans and maybe they'll work, but I love 'em overall!

I am really pleased with this boot. I wanted a low-heeled, everyday black boot that wasn't too frumpy or equestrian-looking, and this is it. The buckle at the top gives it an edge. It looks a bit more like a biker boot than a horse boot, which is what I wanted. They are very comfortable. I wore them all day the first day with no issues. I usually wear a size 7.5 to 8 and ordered the boot in an 8. It's a little roomy, but nothing that an extra sock can't take care of. The leather is nice and not luxurious, but again, good for everyday wear.

I just love these boots. I got them in gray and they are so pretty. On the website they look more like a tan/gray, but in person they are a true gray. I was so happy with them, I ordered them in brown and they are also very pretty. However, they are only for people with very slender calves. I have skinny legs and they are pretty snug on me. I can just barely tuck a pair of skinny jeans into them. Overall I am quite happy with my boots. I have gotten a ton of compliments on them. I would recommend a cushioned insole as the insole of the boot is kind of hard.

Boot not very appealing. It runs about a half size larger. Very frumpy at the ankle and hard to keep socks from riding down the boot. Fairly comfortable while socks stay up - otherwise very uncomfortable. Thought the leather on this boot was thin and cheap looking. Cute enough but wouldn't recommend.

Great cruise top - I bought this to wear on "island night" for a recent cruise. I really liked the top for style, but one thing not noticeable is that the top is very sheer. I had to buy a strapless cami to wear underneath. For style I loved it. I would have preferred a silk for this price point, the polyester was a bit scratchy.

So I have to first say hooray to Zappos for delivering my orders in less than 2 days. Fabulous! I was super excited to get these boots in brown. They are gorgeous and would have looked great with a nice skirt suit but unfortunately they did not fit. The shoe size is true to fit but the calf on these boots is huge (non stretch material) and unless your calves are super thick or gigantic, well, don't bother. I still love the boots. They are well made, but sadly had to return them.

I bought these shoes in September 2009 and the back edge of the shoe had already worn through after wearing them only four times. They are adorably cute and quite comfortable, albeit a bit short so I ordered 1/2 size larger. I liked them so much that I also ordered them in black patent. If the heel was more substantial, they would probably still be two of my favorite pairs of flats. As it is, though, I\'ve stopped wearing them to work on days when I must stand in front of a class.

Hott shoe!! They look very cute...but killed my feet. The T-strap is very short. Even with a small instep and size 6 the buckle only had a enough length for the first hole. Not patend leather.

This boot has a fun Victorian feel with the buttons on the side.. at first I was looking for a plain dark chocolate brown boot with high heel (and not a fabric heel - I prefer wood or the hard acrylic; this boot has a dark brown acrylic heel), and I came across these boots. They zip just above the calf, so you can wear with long skirts as well as pants/jeans. The heel is high which I like - so plan on putting some padding in ball of foot area if you are wearing for a good length of time.

I love these shoes. There are no words. They are the tiniest bit tight when you first get them, especially in the toe box area, but walking around a couple hours will loosen 'em right up. I can't say enough about how demure and comfy these shoes are.
