Loved the look of this boot, great color and beautifully made. Unfortunately, it has a very narrow calf (maybe 14") and I was afraid even with stretching I would be unable to wear these with my skinnies. As usual with a Frye I ordered a 1/2 size down and the foot fit perfect.

Great boot. Beautiful leather and fit. I have the dark brown color. A little stiff at first but breaking in nicely after a few times of wear.

Thought about buying Frye boots for a very long time, but wasn't crazy about the price. Let me say these are worth it! They are great quality and look amazing. I got compliments everywhere I wore these. They did feel a little tight at first and my feet were sore after wearing them at Disneyland all day, but that was a lot of walking and carrying a child too. The soles are very smooth and may be slippery at first when walking on a wet surface. Really though, no complaints at all. So glad I finally bought these! Love them and Zappos is awesome too.

I love these boots. They were quite comfortable to me and I did not need a breaking in period. I did not order a size down or up, just my normal size. They are just as wonderful as I had hoped.

I had these same boots when I was in college in the early 70s and I've been obsessed with getting another pair. They just arrived and I love them. The left one is a little snug in the calf. I have a wide foot, but a narrow heel so they're a little loose in the heel. I'm gonna wear them around the house for a day or two to see if they stretch to fit my calf and the balls of my feet, as other reviews say they will. I ordered my true size knowing I'd never get them on if I tried a 1/2 size smaller and I was right as I did have a bit of a struggle to get the left one on. I love the banana color.

I had been admiring these for ages and I had left Zappos up on my computer. My husband saw them and ordered them for me. I wear a 7.5 or 8 but he ordered a 7.5. It fits perfectly with a tad bit of room. The leather is unmatched. So soft. I have yet to find off-brand that look this good (and believe me, I would check because I normally do not spend this much on shoes). Well worth it. I do have a high arch and there isn't much arch support but I expect that out of boots.

The first pair i ordered in saddle came as two different colours. The replacement in brown were still different but I polished them up to match. Zappos offered excellent service and changed first pair no problem and then discounted the second! The concern is that this has happened before, with my last pair of fryes. It took three attempts to get the pairs to match...........worth it in the end I guess as they are stunning boots to be worn with absolutely anything, day or night!

A classic. Very well-made, very comfortable, and timeless style. I had these boots in the late 70s and wish I held onto them. With a resole or two, they'll last forever!

This is the second pair of Fryes purchased and I am in love. My Melissa Buttons purchased last year are beautiful but showed wear quickly. These are built to last with a much more substantial sole. The sunrise color works like a bright neutral; it is pretty orange-y. I get tons of compliments. They fit great; looser than the Melissas, but perfect fit when ordering a half size down from your usual size.

I bought the dark brown and they are beautiful. I have been wanting a pair for a long time and could not decide on the style or color that I wanted. So glad that I went with the campus style and the dark brown. Perfect boot in every way. I was leery about the size and others stated they ran a 1/2 size too large. I decided to order my regular size and they were perfect. Little snug in the width mid-foot but one day of wearing that they were just right. You cannot go wrong with these boots.

I just got the Frye Campus Boots today and it is my third pair of Frye Shoes. I love, love, love these boots. I have a wide foot and high arches and am a solid size 8. I ordered these boots in a size 8 and they fit perfect! They are fit perfectly around my calves which aren't small, but aren't big. I can tuck my skinny jeans in comfortably, or still wear them with boot cut jeans. Top Quality, great looking leather. The leather was a little lighter than they were in the picture and still loved them. Have a true vintage style and natural worn look. Can't wait to buy my fourth pair of Fryes!

Feels like I'm losing a friend. I've had these boots for years and years, and finally after 2 resoles and all kinds of weather these boots have stretched beyond comfort. I am normally 7.5 or 8, so with these boots I got an 8 for winter socks, etc. Now with two insoles and winter socks, they don't feel right. Bear in mind leather boots will stretch. If you're going to wear these babies down like I did, size down.

Wore for 6 hours the first day and after that, they were broken in. Fine with short socks, as the inner leather is smooth. Need to get used to the leather sole, as it slips under the ball of the foot. Another perfect Frye boot -- my second and the product is superb, durable and classic.

I love these boots. I wear them every other day since I got them about a month ago. They go with everything. They are the perfect height heel. They look great with khakis, peg legs, skinny jeans, and skirts of all heights. I am wild for these boots. Best style tip -- knee high socks which pick up a bit of the colors/pattern in your accessories just so that they peek over the top of the boot.

These boots are great! I bought them in brown last year and had to buy them in black for this fall. I usually wear a 9, and with these boots the 8.5 fit better. They do stretch out. I wore them through snow and rain storms and my foot stayed dry and warm.

Love these boots! Zappos customer service is beyond the best! For such a huge selection they sure make me feel as if I'm the only customer they have. Zappos will continue to be my No. 1 go to for shoes. I ordered my boots in the afternoon and received them the very next day!
