Fabulous look!! This boot is extremely well made and looks great in person. If your foot is a little wide, I would order usual size. Narrower feet may want to go down 1/2 size. Definitely heel slippage in these. I put molded insoles in these for a better fit.

Love these boots - As recommended, I ordered a half size down (6.5 instead of 7) and the fit is perfect. These are truly comfortable boots. The leather is supple and the quality of workmanship is evident. I hemmed and hawed about what color to get and wound up going with the olive. I was a little concerned that it wouldn't go with much, but it's a fairly neutral shade. Glad I did. (The color is true to the photo.) This is the first time I've ordered from Zappos and it won't be the last. Their return policy takes the worry out of ordering online. Also, I ordered them on Wednesday evening, went with the free shipping, and they arrived on Friday. Just in time for the weekend. Can't wait to show these puppies off.

Awesome Boots! I love these beautiful, comfortable boots as if they were my child. They are very similar to the Frye Belted Harness 12R, but these I found have a bit more supple leather, and a better fit in general. The differences are the adjustable strap at the heel, and the non-tapered heel. Also the finish is a bit more shiny. I have fairly wide feet so I stuck with my usual size 10's and it was like they had been crafted from a mold of my foot! Instant comfort and sexy looks - I couldn't be happier.

Cool - I do feel cool when I wear these.I contemplated the green but decided I would get more use out if the black. They are just what I wanted - a bit biker, a bit 70's. They'll be perfect for my dominatrix costume next halloween :) My only complaint is that they pull my socks down. Drives me nuts!

Try the men's sizes! Have a high instep? Wide feet? Me too! I found that the women's boots just felt too tight. The men's boots look the same but fit ever so much better! Excellent quality, feel great right out of the box. Apparently they are also delicious- keep them away from puppies!

My favorite sneaker - I bought a pair of Belted Harness 12Rs in red, and they are literally as comfortable as sneakers - they have a comfy rubber sole that cushions shock. Also, they are too boss to believe while wearing around town...they go with everything. I loved my red ones so much I ordered another pair in Chestnut. I love them too, but for some reason the brown ones run a little large (the red are true to size). They're not un-wearable, but I do usually wear 'em with thick socks. I'd definitely take the advice to order a half size smaller than usual when getting the Chestnut color. Other than that - Worth. Every. Penny!

I really love the boots, but the belted harness isn't quite as flush with the boot as is shown on the website. 1-2 hot days of walking broke them in (and left blisters, but what do you expect the first few days of breaking leather). But now that they are all broken in they feel like a slipper. They are a pleasure to take care of.

A classic - This boot is such a classic. It will never go out of style, and the quality is beautiful. Very comfortable, slightly cushioned footbed, but be prepared for the heaviness of the boot, especially in the heel area - it's not a lightweight.

LOVE THIS BOOT! These boots were everything I wanted from the moment I took them out of the box (loved them before I even put them on). They fit like a dream and I wore them for 10+ hours the first day with no pain (and received many compliments). I ordered a half size smaller than usual and they are perfect (10's usually fit though sometimes slightly tight - I ordered a 9.5 in this boot and they are just right).

This is my first pair of Frye boots. My feet are wide and I need a good sized toe box. I ordered my usual size and these fit very well -- the calf also fit well. The leather is soft from the start, but they still need a slight break-in. After that they are extremely comfortable.

Superior product - These boots are 5 star quality. They are stunning full grain leather and the added "belt" around the harness adds a nice flair to this already incredible boot. I had nearly no break in period and have enjoyed wearing these every day since I bought them though I did have to put insoles in them as they have little to no arch support.

Love Em - Absolutely love these - My only problem is that I read someone else's review that said buy a half size smaller (which I did) and they're still too big - I like them so much I had to wear them - so now I'm wearing boots that are too big :) They are stunning, comfortable (a little big) and look great on.

Gorgeous Boot - This is a high quality REALLY nice looking boot! I want a boot that I can tuck jeans into and these are perfect -- the shaft height and circumference are true to the measurements listed and leave plenty of room for tucking. I went with the other reviewers' advice and got a half size down from my usual size. I normally wear 6.5 and got the 6. It fits just right, although slightly snug in the toe box. I have normal width feet, so if your feet are wide it's probably better to go with your usual size. Also, the heel still slips (as other reviewers mentioned) even though the overall fit seems right -- I haven't yet tried tightening the buckle at the back. Great boot!

Beautiful boots! These boots are completely amazing. The leather is much nicer than the regular Frye Harness boots. The chestnut is a gorgeous, rich color. I'm really impressed. I definitely had to order down a half size, and they are still a little large. They look perfect with jeans. Excellent buy! I got them in 2 days.

Bad Girl Chic - I ordered these in Black, and WOW! TOUGH CHIC! They made me look like the tough girl in town; however, I don't fit that look, so it was a little funny looking on me... I ordered a 6 1/2 and I needed a 6 for sure. They are big. I didn't keep them because of the "BAD GIRL FACTOR" not working for me... but I did have them in black which made it even more so... I may order them again in a different color and a smaller size. They were beautiful and very, very, very well made. I have other Frye boots and love the superior quality. Zappos superior quality service is the reason I keep coming back to this site and ordering all my shoes!

Hip and comfortable - These boots are really comfortable...as someone else said, like sneakers. They are very hip - 70's and classics that will never go out of style. The leather is softer than on the regular harness boots. I got the chestnut, but the color is really more of a burgundy. They are beautiful boots and I expect that they will last a long time. Zappos service is unsurpassed.
