Overall:

I have been buying and wearing this Franco Sarto style for almost 10 years. Needless to say I love them! They are perfect for work, and still stylish enough for a night out. Comfortable too. The heel is low and the toe-box is wide.

I have been searching endlessly for a comfortable pair of black loafers which I can wear to work as well as just goofing around. Finally I found them! The fit couldn\'t be better and the leather is quite soft.

Love these boots! I could wear them every day. They are super comfortable and the calves fit mine like a glove. I love that they aren't leather either because a little rain won't hurt them.

I wish I could have kept them. These are stylish and fun boots. They are very comfortable and true to size, but unfortunately they were too big in the ankle for me. I had to return them.

Love these shoes! I have them in both colors, very stylish looking and very comfortable. Look wonderful on. Love Franco Sarto shoes anyway as they always fit me just right. Don't hesitate about these and you cannot beat the price or the service of Zappos!

As soon as I tried these on, I decided I had to send them back. I was hoping these would be at least a little feminine looking, unfortunately these were a straight up biker look that did not seem versatile at all. The leather seemed a little cheap, also.

I just received these boots, and I love them! They are elegant, comfortable, and are just my style. The brown color is a rich nutmeg. They look good with pants or skirts. They look like boots that cost considerably more. Thanks for the free overnight shipping, Zappos. I\'ll be back the next time I need shoes.

I wore these shoes for the first time all day yesterday (I'm a teacher). I normally wear Danskos, which have more support, but I was not disappointed with the comfort of the Franco Sartos. By the end of the day, there was a little rubbing on my heel, but that is to be expected on the first day. I wear between a 7.5 and 8.5 depending on the brand, and I got an 8 in this shoe. I had to wear a sock that was not as thin as a trouser sock and not as thick as a sport sock, kind of an in-betweener, for comfort. Very happy with the purchase!

Great shoes. Wore out a pair of black ones and now am on second pair of black. Just added the brown, which is a nice dark shade of brown. Love these since I have narrow feet and need a neat looking shoe to teach school in. These also look great with jeans.

These boots are extremely comfortable and look great with everything! I wear a size 12 so trendy boots are hard to find. The wide toe and solid heel make them easy to walk in all day without my feet getting sore. I highly recommend them!

The boots are beautiful! However, they are a little thick and saggy in the ankle area. I was looking for something more fitted. It\'s really too bad because the materials and workmanship look wonderful.

Love these. I got them in cobalt blue, and the color is edgy, fun, and chic. They fit true to size, and they are completely comfortable. The strap across the top stretches so it's very comfortable. And the heel height is classy and not too high for it to remain comfortable. I'm buying more in different colors!

I bought these shoes in the dark blue suede. I am retired and wear the dark-washed type of jeans a lot. I also am slowly getting away from heels and thought these flats, in the same color family of the jeans, would make my legs look longer. I love these suede shoes, get many compliments on them. No one has these, they are wondering where I got them. I love Zappos, and am not at all shy at the Macy's shoe department telling the sales associates just where I got these shoes, that they are eying! I wear them a lot, will order them in the neutral gray suede also, as soon as my size is in stock. These fit true to size, with socks or without. I am very happy with my Zappos purchase, as usual. Oh, the shoes have the non-slip soles and a very soft support inner sole. I would recommend them highly to anyone who wants a stylish but comfy shoe. I love you Zappos.

I love this bag! Been looking for a nicely styled synthetic leather bag for ages and this is by far the best I have seen. The quality of the material is terrific, and the style is fabulous. Nice number of safe and secure pockets, and the handle length is perfect, both shortened as an over the shoulder bag, and lengthened as a cross-body. If it came in a chocolate brown I would order a second one today! Don't know why they bother with the umbrella and change purse, though. Seems like a wasted added expense. I'm throwing out the silly purse and the umbrella is now sharing space with several others in my closet.

I first purchased these shoes in the red plaid, loved them so much, I went and got them in the black. I don\'t know about Franco Sarto\'s other shoes, but the Empress style are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. What is especially great about them is they make a pleasant noise while walking on tile and I am not heard throughout the corridors of my workplace as I walk. \r\n\r\nOne thing to consider, if you have narrow feet you may want to get a narrow size because my feet are quite wide and they are quite roomy on the sides.

I love these boots! I ordered the light brown and they are beautiful. These boots do run a little big, but I ordered my usual size, and I like the extra room. The boot shaft is a little narrower than others I've tried, which makes them more versatile. I can wear them with jeans or a skirt and they look great with both. If you have muscular calves, they might run too narrow in the shaft. They look great on and, in my case, didn't require any "breaking in". Beautiful and great quality!

These are the best boots I have ever owned! The size is true and the leather is extremely soft. I receive so many compliments on them. My only complaint is that the buckle on the outside is uncomfortable when I cross my legs. Otherwise, an A+.

Cute style, true to size (maybe a wee bit on the wide side), but the calves were huge on me. I saw reviews saying they are small so I was hopeful, but on me they had a couple inch gap. They hit right below my knee which would have been cute if they were smaller in the calf. Quality and design was nice, but they were not attractive on my skinny legs.

I bought these for my daughter who absolutely adores them. She wears a size 11 and I'll be following Franco Sarto; so many makers don't go up to 11 it seems. Frustrating! Cute but not cutesy, true-to-size, and well made. She is finally tossing those brown worn flats she's been wearing for entirely too long. Thank you Zappos!

I really like this bag. It's a great size; large enough to hold my large planner, and a number of other items, but not so large it's obtrusive. The leather is high-quality and the color is fun. It's a bit more "slouchy" than it appears in the picture. It would only look this way if it was totally full of stuff; that is, the leather/fabric construction is not very stiff. I've gotten a few compliments on it already!

These are great boots. The leather is excellent quality & they are the perfect height for me (I'm about 5'5"). I tried the Paris Hilton Ryder boot & the quality was way inferior to these boots. And the Paris Hilton boot is taller, which is uncomfortable for me when sitting (it hits into the back of my leg). I wear a 9-9 1/2 in regular shoes & always go smaller for boots. I got an 8 1/2 and they fit great. I have narrow feet, but these boots are still comfortable. I sometimes wear 2 pairs of socks with them, but that's just because my feet are really thin. Overall, great boot all around.

Since you asked, I am a first time user at the recommendation of someone much younger. I was excited to find the perfect shoe. Service from Zappos could not have been better. I received the shoe. Perfect fit. Wore them to a special occasion, and as the evening progressed the shoe stretched and I was walking out of them. Adds a new meaning to "if the shoe fits, wear it".
