I'm on my feet for 16 hours a day. It's comfy but gets a bit tight during parts of the day due to swelling of the feet. It made my toe joints hurt but it gets better with each wear. Maybe I'm still breaking it in, I've wore it for 4 days so far. Overall it's a comfy work shoe.

These shoes are so cute. I got lots of compliments. They were a little tight at first, but now they feel pretty good. My feet are on the wide side and Franco Sarto shoes usually fit well.

14 days in London and Paris - I bought these to avoid looking like an American in Europe -- a good idea if you don't want your wallet stolen! They are lovely shoes! They are beautifully smooth inside for those of us who loathe socks, they're well shaped with space for the big toe, and no squeezing into a pointed space God never made. They hold a shine, look sharp, and while they are cut exactly like dress loafers the boys wear, this is actually good. I looked put together every time I wore them. Only one negative: They weigh a lot! Once you get them on, you don't notice it, but if the distance grows long, your legs do notice! Some air space in the heel would lighten the load. Otherwise, I am searching my shoe closet for something I could legitimately throw out to replace with a second pair in brown!

I LOVE these shoes! I am on my 3rd pair of black ones (I wear them a lot), and was excited to find brown ones on Zappos, too. They are very comfortable and perfect for the pants suits or other pants I usually wear at the office. Even if I switch into heels at the office, I wear these for the commute. NOTE: I do wear a 1/2 size larger in Franco Sarto shoes than I do most others, so if you're on the fence about the size, I suggest trying the larger size.

I bought these based on all the good reviews and what they say are all true. Bought the calf black and love it. I wear size 8.5 regular width and size was perfect. Very comfortable. Nice looking and dressy enough for the office, but comfortable to wear casually, too. Wore right out of the box. Liked it so much, I bought another pair in the patent black leather which is really nice, super shiny/classy!!

I felt like a rock star in these shoes. They are uncomfortable, but I would say more comfortable than most 4 inch heels. Which isn't saying much. But I loved them so much, I didn't care. Franco Sarto rocks. :)

This is my second pair of Franco Sarto shoes and they’ve both been wonderful. They are perfect for work and I can walk a fair distance in them without hurting my feet - something you can’t say about most dress shoes. I have narrow feet and struggle to find shoes that fit, but the "N" width was perfect in these. They have a little higher heel than I normally wear, but I love the extra height without the extra discomfort that comes with most higher heels.

Wanted to love them because they are cute, but the angle of the vamp, combined with very stiff leather, made them cut across the instep really badly. Might possibly work for someone with a narrowish foot or low instep. Seemed to run a bit smaller than usual for Sarto as well.

Calf too wide - I'm a slim 5'10" and 125lbs with big wide feet size 10.5-11. I've been searching for comfortable tall boots for some time that fit my narrow calves - not an easy requirement. Unfortunately, this Franco Sarto boot just won't work. Despite comments saying that the shaft was narrow I can put my entire hand down the back of the boot while I'm wearing it. Sadly these will go back.

Great shoe! Comfy to walk in, no break-in time at all and good quality for the price. Obviously no arch support but it's a summer sandal so I wasn't expecting the ultimate in foot comfort. No bother - it comes in 5.5, which not many shoes do and not many stores carry! Thanks Zappos!

I love this handbag! It is made with obvious care for quality. The zipper pockets are designed very well. However the drop pockets inside, intended for cell phone, etc. are not my favorite feature. I don't use them. It's the perfect size for a bag to carry daily. I get compliments all the time by people who show they have taste.

I actually bought my first pair of these shoes (gold) in a little boutique. And after falling in love with how they look and how extremely comfortable they are I decided to see if Zappos had them in black too. I now have both colors and LOVE them. They are a great casual (and comfortable) flat that can definitely be a little dressed up. They fit pretty much true to size, and unlike most other flats I've tried on (like a billion), they don't pinch and squeeze one of my feet more than the other.

Bought this bag before taking a trip out of town. I needed a bag with enough space to keep my passport, tickets, books/magazines, wallet, etc. for the flight. The bag is elegant, spacey, and not bulky. There is a little light inside the bag to help you find your things (can be turned on/off, and not directly attached to the bag). I bought it in black and it looks very sophisticated. Big enough for travel needs but not too big for just going out to the mall. Really nice bag.

Fabulous Shoe - But Not For Walking - These are extremely cute shoes. Compliments abound when I wear them and they are comfortable for short periods of time. However, I walk over a mile to work in order to stay in shape, save on gas (big plus) and help the environment, and I can't recommend these shoes for walking long distances. If you have a lot of shopping to do where you will be standing for hours, then I wouldn’t wear these shoes either. However, I think that they would be fine for a night out where you’ll be spending most of the time sitting. The fit is tight, but not unbearably so. I ordered these in my size and wish that they had had the size above mine available.

I bought these shoes on a Tuesday for a party on that same Saturday after just finding the ideal dress last minute on that Monday before, I got them on Friday and they worked out perfectly. They were comfortable and matched the dress perfectly. And I was the host, so I was running around like mad. They did the job. Simple, cute, the heel was not so high that there was discomfort, they were just right!

This purse was perfect for me. I was looking for something spacious with pockets on both sides and something that would not stick out from my body. It is perfect and enables me to be well organized, so I can find everything and it is light weight! I didn't think I would like the strap, but I like the way it lays flat against my shoulder and neck and doesn't hurt my previously injured neck. I have purchased several more in different colors.

These shoes are great! Definitely worth the price especially for the comfort you get. I was out all night in them on a hot summer night and didn't get a single blister. They are so comfortable, it's like wearing slippers! I usually go for a higher heel but these still look adorable with a cocktail dress.

Beauty - Very soft and interesting looking, much nicer quality than expected. run 1/2 size bigger, normally I wear 9 or sometimes 9.5 but only 8.5 was available, so fingers crossed I ordered 8.5...and it fits fine (thin sock). Heel doesn't feel high at all, and I don't wear heels often.

I'm once again thrilled with my Franco Sartos. I've got the black patent leather. They fit well and they're comfortable. My foot is a bit wide through the toe box and my heel a bit narrower. I can always order my size in Franco Sarto and they're a sure fit. I need to stay away from really high heels but these are enough of a platform that they're still comfortable for me all day. I wasn't sure about the diagonal strap but it's nice and as always I get compliments! I'm a huge Franco Sarto fan for sandals & shoes. If I like the style I know they'll fit, they last, and I'll enjoy them. It might be fun to have these in yellow!

The shoes were marvelous and the color really pops. The only thing you need to watch is the size. It runs really small. I usually wear a 9 1/2 but had to return to get a 10. Really comfortable and really cute on your feet. Good service and fantastic return policy.

I fell in love with this bag when I bought it and used it a couple of times until I noticed that the inner pockets were ripping (used for ipod and cell phone) and the threads were coming loose on the outside. Such a shame because it suited all my needs in a hand bag. Maybe not an everyday kind of bag but definitely a long day of walking bag.
