Awesome boots there super comfortable. They got a medium flex to them and the speed lacing couldn't be better
Ordered the 158W model. The DoubleDog rocker/camber combo really performs well. I put the board through its paces during a week stay in Colorado where I rode it at Breck, Copper and Keystone. Very fun, playful board and has lots of pop thanks to the car bomb carbon inserts. Board has solid edge hold and grip, even at higher speeds. Decent pow board, but excels most as an all mountain freestyle/park board. Comparable to the NS Proto CT. Big ups to Forum.
Super light, speed zone is amazingly quick, and the boots are super warm. Couldn't ask for more.
For the cost I really don't think there is a better binder out on the market. I love that Forum uses a combo of both materials aluminum and plastic. It really is the best of both worlds they are stiff in turns and super flexy while riding the park. Straps are super comfy as well. I was in my local shop and the Forum rep was there. Gave me the lowdown on these things. So stoked!
First off, speedzone is legit. I love how easy these boots are to get in and out of. I ride about 40 - 50 days a year, usually I have a pair of soccer cleats. I have about 20 days in through the summer (hood) and these things are still just killing it. The tweaker tech flex is amazing as well. I never have pressure points on my feet anymore. Great boot if you ride a lot or charge pretty hard when you do ride.
I have ridden a lot of different bindings over the years. Went from all aluminum binding, to a full composite. I know one thing, I strongly disliked the all aluminum binding. But the combination of the two is honestly...perfect. All the support where you need it. Plus the good vibes hinge disk allow for the great board flex and feel. Gunna send it.
