This is a sexy boot and is quite comfortable as well. I wear a size 6 1/2 - 7 and ordered the 6 1/2. It fits a bit tight so I'm ordering the 7. The heel is high but still feels comfortable. The calf is tight at first but quickly stretches to a comfortable size once zipped. The tread on the bottom is great and looks sporty and sexy at the same time (plus I won't fall on my tush on slippery floors). I LOVE this boot and can't wait for the size 7 to arrive!!!
