This variety pack is perfect to try out a little of everything to see what works for you. I had a pair of shoes that ran a little big, but were too cute to not try an insole. At first, I thought the heel cushions would be what I needed, but I tried out the Killer Kushion 3/4 length pad. I had to trim the back to get the front pad below the ball of my foot because I have size 5 shoes. This positioned my foot better in the shoe, stopped it from sliding forward & cushioned the ball of my foot and heel. It moved my foot back in the shoe, so a heel cushion was not necessary. I would totally buy these inserts again and do recommend the variety pack so you can try out everything & pick the best for each individual shoe. I tried them each out for a while before I took the plunge and removed the backing and stuck them to the shoe. I liked that the pads are tapered on the sides so that there is no extra bulk to crowd your foot. Just cushion where you want it and grippiness as well. Worked magic to make a pair of shoes that felt a full size too big to just right. Thanks!

Didn't really do much for me, as I was looking more for some extra cushioning and not for it to be skid-resistint. They are very thin and therefore add no extra comfort.

I love the foot petals as they help to give more comfort for your feet. Most shoes need these. I will buy more and you should try them, as you won't be sorry!!

Oh man did these make my feet happy! I bought these go put in some 5 inch platforms and they saved my little tootsies from being in pain. I was able to keep my shoes on all night with no problem. Of course crazy high heels are never 100% comfortable, but these will totally make a difference.

I'm a novice high-heel walker and found that these helped a lot. They made the shoes more comfortable and kept my foot from sliding around. I definitely recommend them.
