A shoe for a MAN that knows shoes! I find this shoe to be, among other things, quite comfortable and very durable. Cleans up nice and looks good, once again, with just a touch of polish. I have several pairs of which three of these have been half soled three times each. The tops still give an apperance of a 'new shoe'.

Very Stylish, COMFORTABLE Shoe! I purchased this shoe in the Wine Ultimo color. I have rather large, wide feet, so it's tough to get a shoe that fits nicely. There are several width options this shoe has, and it does fit very true to size. I am a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., so when I go out, I like to look nice. I took these shoes out and wore them to the last party, and I was able to stroll and party walk in these all night long without my feet hurting once! I would recommend these shoes to ANYBODY! I got over 10 compliments on these at the party. These are definitely a classy shoe.

OK - I recently moved to this area and hadn't found a Florsheim store locally. At that time, I decided to try ordering online. I had been buying the Imperial for the last 30+ years prior to this, and only switched because you were out of stock on what I wanted. The shoe is still a good shoe, I just don't like having to break them in and putting up with the blisters until they are. Plus, the width seemed a little narrow. I even went one size wider, thinking the stiffer leather wouldn't form to my foot as nicely as the softer leather used in the Imperial. Even with this compensation, the shoe was tight in the width. The shoe was hard to break in and it took about a month before the shoe began to feel somewhat comfortable. Even with this experience, I'll likely always by Florsheim shoes. The quality and fit have remained consistantly superior through the years.
Brands I'd also recommend: Florsheim Imperials or Royal Imperials if they are still available.

Security Director - All I have to say about this particular shoe is that is has been awesome for my pretty feet. I already owned a pair just like this one, but with shoe laces. I love it. I have sent this shoe to be repaired at least 5 or 6 different times from the soles and they keep reviving my shoe. The upper leather is still in mint condition and I have had them for over 5 years. I will not buy any other brand than Florsheim. They are classy, dressy, and durable. I recommend that everyone get a pair and see for your self. Thank you for a good shoe.

Florsheim Richfield Slip On - A really good feeling shoe. I ordered a narrow shoe, B width, but it still feels a little wide. My foot slips up and down. I hope this will improve as the shoe gets broken in. I like the looks of the shoe.

Been a while - Been a long while since I could enjoy wearing a dress type shoe. The area I live in supposedly don't believe that people my size at least want to look good for a decent price. Zappos does. Thank you.

Finally A Excellent Fit - I brought these shoes as a gift for my friend. Trying to find shoes with a wide enough width in stores is not easy. Now that we know you carry what he needs we will be back again. The style, and comfort of the shoe was excellent according to him. The fit was the most important!!!!!!!! Quality-From Top to Bottom at a Reasonable Price - I gave up on discount store dress shoes (and their "man-made materials") a dozen years ago and have worn genuine leather Florsheims exclusively since then because of their superior quality, durability and fit. Of all the Florsheim slip-on shoes, the Richfield style is my favorite!!

We couldn't find a EEE width in any of stores, so we tried online. I entered EEE shoe size and Zappos popped up. We were in luck. Look Good - Feel Lousy - I'm really surprised by the people that say this shoe is comfortable, because I couldn't get the darn thing to bend even a little. The stiff leather and sole would have taken forever to break in, would have given me blisters, and it was too long on top of everything else. These are going back. I think I'm done trying Florsheim, the quality has really gone downhill.

I've always worn the Florsheim brand, but to tell the truth, this model was sort of a disappointment. It is a very stiff and uncomfortable shoe (compared to the Como Puff Straps that I am accustomed to) and it feels to be narrower than normal. Although, the shoe is made of leather, it feels more like a man-made material. I have a pair in the closet they are collecting dust. I'll stick to the Comos.

The only true review I have of this shoe is that it is a very attractive shoe. One that appeals both to a 40ish year old mom and a 17 year old boy. Also, the price was very reasonable. My son is away at school so I can only repeat what he says and that's "these shoes are nice and comfortable too, Ma.
