Thanks! We'll notify you as soon as we add new styles for Florsheim.
In 1892, Milton Florsheim began producing shoes in a small factory located in Chicago, Illinois. The first pairs of Florsheim® shoes made by Milton were a remarkable combination of style, comfort and high-quality workmanship. Early on, Milton Florsheim realized that a high-quality product was a factor necessary for success. Over a hundred years later, and that same attention to detail, comfort and quality still goes into every pair of Florsheim men’s shoes.

Florsheim sees classic styles as relevant today as when they first introduced them, yet they don’t hesitate to see new looks. Most importantly, they don’t hesitate to use new technologies and manufacturing processes that keep the Florsheim brand a current and relevant choice for men’s shoes. As a new class of working men and professionals emerged, Florsheim men’s shoes came to symbolize success and signaled a deep sense of self-respect as well as respect for those with whom you did business. From small-town entrepreneurs to big-city business men, Florsheim is proud to offer men essential and exceptional footwear for daily wear.

Over the years, Florsheim has also focused on adding contemporary and casual men's shoes to their traditional line. They are proud to say that Florsheim men’s shoes have not only withstood the test of time, but they remain decidedly instep with the times. Whether you’re looking for an oxford with a pop of color or a tried-and-true classic, Florsheim is sure to have the look you’re going for. They envision that future generations will look to Florsheim for dress, business and weekend shoes. One thing is for sure, there is always more to come from Florsheim.

These are legends in style and quality. After a short hiatus from Florsheim wingtips I purchased three pairs of these (Burgundy, Cognac, Black Tumbled ) 3 years ago. Yes, they are heavy and they take a while to properly break-in, but they are bulletproof and long wearing, although insole comfort needs augmenting with an insert if you will be spending more than 9-10 hours in them (I am a big gentleman and can abuse a shoe). Before I even wore them I purchased new cedar shoe trees and had heel taps added, to-date the soles are holding up just fine. Make sure they are properly air dried if they get wet and rotate your shoes every day if possible. Even though I care for them at home, they visit a good cobbler every few months of wear for a good polish and new heel taps. These shoes are classy and make you feel like a million bucks when you walk into a meeting! They look great with a suit or a pair of jeans and I have even had them out on the dance floor. There are many wingtips out there and I almost purchased Allen-Edmonds McClains, but I kept coming back to the authoritative timeless look of the Florsheim Kenmoor Wingtip with a double Goodyear welt sole.

Nice looking shoes but there ends it's virtues. The sole is un-forgivingly hard making this shoes one of the most uncomfortable.

Wow! Superb fit and comfort! Can't be beat for price. Double thick sole and extra wide welt like grandpa's old pair. I was just about to special order a pair of Aldens. Alden makes the very best shoe made in America. If you want the best - without going to England - get Alden. They are known worldwide for their cordovan (horse) leather, but they also make cowhide. Their shoes are expensive. But you can get two pairs of Florsheim Imperials for that price. Of course the quality is not the same, but these Florsheim Imperials are of high quality - better than Johnston and Murphy and Allen Edmonds, which have gone down in quality over the last 10 years. I'm pleased that Florsheim has resurrected the Imperial line!

I'd also recommend: ALDEN

I bought a pair of these in 1969, I still wear them today. I had to have the heel replaced, but the sole is still good. A great shoe.

Great shoe with great style. The leather work is excellent and this shoe looks great with slacks or jeans.

I'd also recommend: Johnson and Murphy

As good looking as Allen Edmonds but cheaper by a significant amount. Allen Edmonds are much more comfortable without any need for break-in which Florsheim Imperial Longwings require. But, Allen Edmonds are much more pricey than the Florsheim's. Alden is still the best American business shoe but also the most expensive of these 3.

I'd also recommend: Alden, Allen Edmonds, Ferragamo, Gucci, Churchs
