Florsheim Reviews
Wide shoes for my husband are hard to find. You had several that were great classics. These ran a little big for him in length but he is happy with them. They are exactly what he wanted - style-wise. I shall return for other shoes for him.

These shoes definitely accent my summer suit. Stylish and comfortable. They run big...a half size smaller did me right.
These were very comfortable right out of the box. I wear EEE because of a bunion and I can't afford break in time. The quality is 1st rate. Zappos' service is 1st rate, also.
The perfect shoe! I ordered a 1/2 size smaller than I would buy for running shoes, based on the other reviews. The shoes came w/in 2 days and they fit perfectly. Glad I went a 1/2 size down. Very good looking shoe that fits nicely!

My wife got these for me in the cognac suede-leather combo and I was knocked out by their gorgeous looks. She got my regular size 11 D, but they looked small and I was sure they wouldn't fit, but they did, making my feet look smaller, which was great. But good looks aside, the soles were incredibly thin and slippery and the shoes were not comfortable for walking. Worse yet, they make a klackety klack sound with every step. I finally isolated the sound as coming from the front half of the shoe as you roll off your toe. Very annoying sound, and this indicates cheap construction, or a broken welt, or something done wrong. The heel also appears to be leather wrapped plastic. I'm returning them as having a manufacturing flaw, even though I wore them once and scuffed up the bottoms (necessary to avoid slipping and falling). If you want to give these a try, check them out carefully before venturing out, as you may find the quality unacceptable. Also, I recommend if you're going to give them a try, buy one-half size larger and add some Dr. Scholls foot pillows, as there is very little cushioning -- it's a hard walk. And you can easily take a size larger as they do make your feet look smaller. I wish Florsheim had made these shoes right, and even charged more for them, as their appearance is just outstanding. To not have them work out was a big disappointment.
My husband NEVER has time to shop and has an extra wide foot. These shoes fit great, he says they are very comfortable, and it was convenient. Ordered them on my sofa and they showed up at my front door! The first pair did not fit well, and I returned them for free! Love Zappos!!
I bought these for my father, who is 98 but still active. This is the second pair he has gotten, because he says they are the most comfortable shoes he has ever had.
Well, I've been wearing Bruno Magli lately and was expecting a similar quality but I was disappointed. The leather in my opinion looks cheap and rugged.
These are great shoes! My husband loves this brand for their comfort and durability. I like them because they look nice enough to wear to a special occasion. The fit is perfect and we plan to buy a second pair.
Ordered some white bucks in preparation for summer, and man, what a great idea. Fit was a little sketchy at first, especially in the width. However, there was just enough space in the heel for the shoes to rub some nice, sizable blisters back there. Now that I've worn them 4 times (at about 8-10 hours per wear), they fit fantastically. These have very quickly become my go to spring/summer shoe, and Florsheim has earned a good deal of business from me going forward.

I bought these for my son when he was home for the holidays. He wears a very wide width so the 8EEE fit the bill. A small size and wide width combination is very hard to find. The shoe is very nicely made, nice dress shoe. Soft leather and pliable. I hesitate to say it runs a bit large, he is so used to buying shoes 1/2 larger to compensate for the lack of width. So, I believe that they are true to size. Very pleased.
I decided to try out Zappos for the first time, though I was a bit nervous about buying a pair of shoes this way. This has been a great experience front-to-back. Shipment was fast, size chart was accurate to the shoes I received, condition and packing was fabulous. Just a great service all around.
I got them in black nice and really comfortable. I don't walk much as an analyst, but they seem like they would hold up well if I needed to stand or walk a ways.

One of my best buys. Perfect size though that was one thing I was worried about reading the other reviews. Fits well, comfortable, look great with both formal and casual trousers.
Florsheim continues to impress me. I ordered the Camel/Canvas in this shoe and wow, what a beautiful shoe! Having the classic lines of the 'Kenmoor', this shoe has never gone out of style. The combination of adding the canvas puts this shoe in another category of sophisticated casual. Can be worn with chinos or even jeans, these shoes will show the world that you're not a trend follower, but a trend setter. No square toe 'bowling shoe' look, these shoes say you know and expect quality.
I own these shoes in 2 other colors that I purchased from Florsheim - both are size 8.5. I ordered 8.5 in the navy blue from Zappos and they arrived today. They look great but feel at least a half size too big, if not a full size. Not sure why but returning them for a smaller size.
A good shoe overall. A touch darker than it appears in the photo. Nice heft to the leather sole. The shoe is a little bit bigger than expected, maybe about a quarter to a half size. I use no-show socks to make up the extra bit. Overall I am pleased with them.
Had the shoes about two months. They looked really great out-of-the-box. In fact I've never gotten more compliments from random strangers on the streets about shoes. My favorite was a street musician who was performing and stopped midsong and said "Mr. You have some really nice shoes." But as good as the shoes look they have some serious flaws. First the bottom sole of the shoes is some kind of soft foam rubber. Never again will I buy shoes that has this foam rubber. First they have no grip and they are incredibly slippery if any surface you walking on is polished and wet. Watch out for a wet manhole covers are wet marble floors with the shoes / ice skates. Also This foam rubber is this brownish red and easily picks up dirt in any sort of discoloration from the street. So your shoes look nice from the top and then if you sit down the kick up your feet, everyone else sees brown black spots underneath like a leopard. Not too nice looking. The third very strange thing about this soft rubber foam is the fact that picks up small pebbles or rocks. These items literally sink into the foam of the shoe. Some of them you can pick out and some just leave this little hole. Eventually the hole fills in and pebble falls out But it's just a very strange occurrence. Also the insole is glued and is a foam fabric. But within two months foam started to tear in the heel area and was literally wearing out. I was greatly annoyed that shoes insoles would become worn out just by wearing them. Eventually I had to rip out the insole and install one that was more durable. Also I don't think the shoes would be very comfortable in the warmer or summer months as they don't seem very breathable I would gladly get another suede oxford style shoes like this. But never with this foam rubber sole, and likely not from this same company. Appearance very high marks, quality very low marks.
Wonderful. Perfect sizing for my 12W feet. Surprisingly comfortable to walk a lot in. No blisters, no sliding, no sore foot. Look real sharp, in black and wine. Great price.
Not happy with the quality I think the manufacturer has opted for less quality for price. I have bought Florsheim before and was happy. It seems to be the American way now. We get 3rd world quality from 3rd world country!
