This wedge is so beautiful, and unfortunately, after trying the "B" width it is still too wide and has to be sent back. I am surprised, as Fitzwells normally run true to size.

I loved these shoes, BUT they were too big in the straps. My foot slid around in the shoes because the straps didn't fit snugly. I wear a 9 and the length was good. My feet are long and thin - not really narrow. Loved them otherwise!

Love this shoe! I was hesitant because I had not tried the brand but they are very comfortable and well made. I usually wear a 6.5 in an open sandal but after reading the reviews ordered a 6 and it fits great. Thanks Zappos for another great pair of shoes.

I was hoping that somehow what the other reviewers said wouldn't hold for me. Alas, the straps on these sandals are too darn big. The length is fine and the width of the foot bed base is fine, but the too-loose straps make it impossible to keep these great-looking shoes on your feet. Sadly have to return them.

Love these shoes! So comfy and cute with a nice heel height for everyday use. They are a bit wide (I have wide feet and a regular width fits fine) and large. I am normally a 7.5 and had to return for a 7.

I should have went with the reviews. I'm a 6.5 but at the time of purchase all the 6s were sold out. Slightly disappointed because the person that I had a live chat with convinced me to get my size, 6.5, even though most the reviews said it was half size larger than marked. She said that she's tried this brand before and they are true to size.

Very nice shoes and very comfortable. I wear size 12 - 12.5 and I purchased size 11.5 which was just fine. However, they were extremely wide! I had to have them fixed at the shoemaker's. Anyway, I would recommend them because they are very comfortable, they match with many clothes and they make big feet look very nice.

Huge in every way. I have bunions, and always need a wide, and sometimes even a WW. I ordered the wide after reading all the reviews, and the straps were soooooo loose that I could barely walk. Cute shoe, but they're going back!

Ankle strap way too big, and toe strap too tight. Also, the material looked like burlap. This is the first pair of shoes from here I have been disappointed with. But, the Customer Service as usual, was wonderful.

The shoes are so cute but the straps are so wide that you can't hold them on your feet. I even ordered a half size smaller.

I have wide feet and this felt really wide! Both straps were very loose. It didn't feel like it "fit", so I returned them. Maybe getting them a size smaller would help the loose strap problem.

Okay, the shoes are super cute but I do not recommend that you walk in them. I wore them to lunch today and did a little shopping and now the bottom of my feet are stinging. There is something on the outer edge of the big strap that is irritating the bottom of my feet. I will use only when sitting is an option.

These are the quintessential summer espadrille! The classic khaki color blends with many skin tones to make the legs look longer. I typically wear a 6.5 or 7, and I got these in 6.5, and they fit well. I think other reviewers are exaggerating about these running really big - they are only mildly big, maybe 1/2 size. They are great with shorts or a sundress!

These shoes are the first pair of shoes, this style - strap across the top - that didn't initially hurt the top of my foot. Definitely go a size smaller. Very cute, very well made. Zappos, as always, best service on the internet.

I thought from all the reviews complaining about how loose the big strap is on this shoe that it would fit my super high instep just fine. Not the case. I could not get my whole foot in. Seemed like the toe strap was too loose. Why on earth don't manufacturers put elastic or buckles on a shoe like this? Bummed out, loved 'em, but they had to go back.
