Overall:

At first wear, the little gel pocket in the insole at the heel seemed/felt like a good idea. But as the day wore on, it became clear what a disaster it is. The vinyl (or whatever) covering over that pocket wears at your skin and by the end of the day I was limping home with big blisters forming on each of my heels. I've had to use an additional insole over the ones in the shoes to make these wearable, which I find to be an unacceptable quality in a shoe. I'll never buy Fitzwell again.

Love this boot. An advertised extended calf boot that really is extended calf. Looks great, feels great. This heel the right height. Plenty of room in the calf area.

These shoes are cute and comfortable. It\'s hard to find shoes that my orthotics fit into but these do. I want them in more colors!

These shoes look nice but are quite uncomfortable if you have any forefoot problems. Perhaps if I didn\'t have sore spots from injuries they would be okay but I\'m completely unable to wear them.

I bought the 7.5 WW. There is no way these shoes should be labeled as an extra wide width. It's a size C at best. Plus the heel hurts my foot, not enough cushion despite that blue cushioning on there. Not happy and I returned them thanks to Zappos lovely return policy.

These were one of 4 pairs of boots ordered during my "I need boots 'now' week." These were the ones I chose. Perfectly sturdy heel, feminine but not pointy toe, and the quality of the elastic/leather seam on the calf were the sales points. These happened to be the 2nd cheapest boots in the order, and I've never spent this much for footwear before. Kudos to Zappos for giving me 10 wide true to size, perfectly gauged shoes to choose from!

They really mean a wide calf. And apparently I don't have a wide of calf as I thought. These were too roomy for me, probably "just right" for you, though! Quality leather, very soft and smells great.

I ordered these boots because I wanted something comfortable that I could wear all day. These boots fit the bill, loved them so much I went back and bought the black pair. Wore them to work for three days in a row, no discomfort at all. They look great with skirts and dresses, they're elegant, sophisticated and chic. What a great buy!

Tight on ankle. Not a bad shoe, but not really a great shoe. Nice looking and comfortable on the foot, but a bit too tight around the ankle and very stiff causing many creases in the shoe. Actually have them on with the zipper down because a crease is digging into the side of my ankle. I don't even have big ankles. I can't return them because I wore them out today and now noticed I have bruises on my ankles. I am still hoping they will stretch.

This is a great shoe for dress slacks. I bought it in 3 colors. I think it runs a little on the small side, but very comfortable and good quality.

Overall, these boots are really cute. They look fine with pants, and really good with skirts. I'm a little disappointed with the faux fur around the top; it looks a lot like teddy bear fur and I would've expected better for the price. These boots took me weeks to break in; they felt terrible when I first got them. After about 5 weeks of wear, they're getting comfy.

These fit nicely around my calves, but felt a bit roomy in the shoe. I am a size 7 with 16\' calves. The leather looked and felt cheap unfortunately and I sent them back.

The size is way off. I wear a 8.5 or 9, but had to go all the way down to an 8 for them to even fit. They're cute and simple.

I'm so disappointed. The boots are beautiful, exactly what I wanted. After reading reviews I decided to order a wide boot, but they just don't work. I like to wear skinny socks, but I can't due to the very snug fit. Plenty of toe space but just too tight. Darn.

I have not had a chance to wear my new Fitzwell Yana but have tried them around the house and they feel great. I was worried about the pointed toe because I had never worn such a point. No need to worry, the shoe fits great and there is no squeezing in the toe area. As usual, I received prompt service from Zappos. I order all my shoes from Zappos because of the great service.

Great shoe. Extremely comfortable, cute and affordable. They do seem to run big, however. When I purchased my normal size I wore them 2 times and they stretched out so that they were clearly too big for me. I just gave those to my sister whose feet are a bit bigger than mine and bought some more (2 pairs actually in 2 colors) a 1/2 size smaller. I love them!

An orthopedic surgeon once told me I have the worst feet on the planet. What I was most impressed with, aside from the boots' fit and comfort, was the customer service. The package arrived in just a couple of days; I've rarely been compelled to send a note saying "Wow!", but I did.

Love these shoes - really cute and the pewter colour goes with everything from jeans to dress-up!\r\nAs always, Zappos were fantastic in quickly exchanging sizes for me.

Not true to size! I am very disappointed. I absolutely love this shoe, unfortunately I can't fit it. I don't believe the makers of this shoe makes shoes true to size. It's not a true 11 wide. My loot was longer than the shoe. I thought I found the perfect shoe, but no. I can even sometimes wear a regular 11, but this shoe felt more like a 9 1/2 or 10 & definitely not a wide.

These boots look better in person than in the picture. I was worried when I went to put them on due to absence of zipper, but after a bit of maneuvering, they fit like a charm. With a pair of jeans they look superb. My favorite boots!
