Fitzwell

The perfect pump. This is the first time I've bought this brand and I'm very happy with the fit and quality. I'll be ordering this brand again. I'm waiting for other colors of the same shoe to be available in my size, since this is a classic style which works with any kind of outfit.

I bought 3 other pairs of boots before I settled on these. They had an odd chemical smell when I opened the box, but it has dissipated over time. The shoe portion fits well and is very comfortable to walk for my small wide feet. I am short and have very muscular calves. The other boots I tried were either too tall, wouldn't zip up, or would zip up but were comically wide at the top. This pair was initially very tight in the calves and difficult to zip, but it gets easier with every wear. I was able to squeeze them over my skinny jeans, so I can wear them with pants and dresses/skirts. They are a bit baggy in the ankles, but my calf muscles are so large in comparison to my ankles that this comes with the territory. They are the perfect shaft height for me, and I like the classic style with the low heel and the lack of flashiness. I don't love the aesthetics of the elastic panel going all the way up the back of the boot, but it does enhance the fit, so I'm willing to deal with it. Since I went through such an ordeal to find boots, I bought them in both black and brown. I like that the brown is a dark chocolate color and not reddish.

Great boot look! Looks good with short or long dresses or skirts, comfortable under jeans or slacks. Material can be worn in fall into spring.Does not slide down leg and makes a larger calf look slim. Dressy or casual look.

I love, love, love the look of this boot. I've already gotten several compliments on them. They fit great around my wide calves, which is not easy for me to find. However, they seems large in the foot and somewhat lacking in padding/support. I've resolved this by adding a lightly padded insole and wearing socks on top of tights/stockings I wear with this boot. Now they're just about perfect.

These are my most comfy boots ever! The leather is really soft. The boots fit my wide calves and are extremely comfortable. I wish they have the same design in all colors, for I'd buy they all.

The fabulous look with tremendous comfort; well-constructed and a terrific value; looks three time the price...at least!

I bought these for a friend that has very wide calves over 18 inches and could never find dress boots to fit. She absolutely loves these boots. The style, the fit and the room it gave her calves. These are very warm and fit true to size I would tell someone about how neice they fit and they wear well in cold weather.

I exchanged another shoe that did not fit for the Vincent Pump in patent leather. I needed a cute shoe to wear to the theater and opera on a trip to NYC and this fits the bill perfectly. A classic pump that is not at all "mumsy." I have RA and it's very hard for me to find shoes that are cute AND comfortable. The heel is the perfect height and just wide enough to be sturdy, without having a chunky look or feel. I ordered this in a 7.5WW and it is true to size and width. My first pair of Fitzwell shoes, but I will order this brand again. Very pleased...

Beautiful boot with classic feel and comfort. Although the shaft was labeled regular width, the calf area was huge! Too bad, I had to return them.

I am happy with my purchase, but I have not yet worn these shoes. They are a bit loose in the heel for me, but that is because they are a wide width. I can do a better review later on.

These are wonderful slippers! Very comfortable, cushy and warm. The lambswool is soft and fluffy. They run a bit snug: I wear a size 5 shoe and needed a 6 in the slippers (I do wear socks with them, however).

I love the boots. I ordered a wide shaft, and they are very roomy. The actual foot part is pretty narrow though. If your foot is even a little wide, I would order wide. I received them in less than 48 hours. Zappos is awesome.

Cute, a little more "plastic" looking than I expected...but very tight in the toes. The heel would be loose a size larger, but the toe box was immediately uncomfortable.

I normally wear a 8.5 W. I ordered a 9WW because other reviews noted they ran small. No kidding! I couldn't even fit my foot in the shoe. Far too narrow, far too short, far too small. Disappointing, as they look like a cute shoe, on the internet.

Warm ankles, dry feet. This boot does the job for the Portland Metro area weather. Perhaps the real test will be a Mt. Hood ski trip but, so far, the boot is performing well. The easy in/easy out zip-closure makes them appropriate for airport security. The feel: They seem a little loose on the foot but walking in them proves that this is just a perception. They are secure on the foot. I must be used to a strap or lace-up feel. Frankly, these are a plainer styling than the lace-up version but they suit my purpose just fine. I do have to use arch support in the shoes. They have none.

I got this in WW which was just barely wide enough for my feet. They are super cute, though, even if the pleating is slightly different on the two shoes. I wore them out dancing on the first wearing and only got one blister. I'd say that's a pretty good start.

Very nice shoe. Just as described. Good quality. Zappos always sends item quickly.

I followed the recommendations in the other reviews and ordered a half size bigger. Great fit & very comfortable! Cant wait to get them in black!

This shoe is comfortable and casual. I have worn them to work (I'm a teacher) and out in the evening with jeans. A little rubbing on the top, but nothing major. No support, but what do you expect from a "flat"? Has not scuffed yet, even when I expected it to. I would buy this shoe again.
