Once my Grandson opened his Christmas package with the "Lighted Toy Story" tennis shoes...Zoom...he was off too the races! After running all evening he fell asleep. He wore his shoes to bed that night.
Not worth the money - almost like a house shoe, very slippery bottom. I think are like 20.00 shoes. Cute they are, but just not quality.

Would not recommend for everyday wear. As the other review stated, the velcro strip has completely detached from the strap after only three weeks from the purchase! Very disappointing.

Bought these for my Toy Story fanatic daughter who has loved wearing them. They have not held up as well as Stride Rites we have bought - for example, the velcro strip is peeling away already after about a month of wear - think I may have to go out and get some crazy glue to see if I can get more wear out of these before they done fasten anymore due to the loose velcro. But they are still lighting up like crazy a month into ownership.

I finally broke down and bought my son a pair of light-up shoes like he has been asking for such a long time. They are definitely not performance sneakers, pretty stiff compared to his New Balance sneaks. But my son loves them and he is pretty picky about the fit of his shoes. They will be great for trick or treating this year and we will also take them when we go camping.

Overall, they are good shoes. My daughter likes them very much. When I bought them I didn't realize they have lights on their sides, not my favorite thing, but they are okay and they are kind of out of the way. They seem comfortable.

The picture makes it appear that the boots light up. They don't. Very misleading. Disappointed. Not worth the price.

Perfect fit! My son loves his Lightning McQueen shoes. They light up and are easy for him to get on and off.

My son had been begging me for light-up shoes for six months, and so I decided to surprise him with these. They were great for about three weeks, and then the Velcro tab on one of the shoes came apart, which made them tricky to open. I would order from Zappos again. However, I would not re-order this shoe.

Shoes were all that my little boy expected and more. He hasn't stopped wearing them since Christmas.
My son loves these shoes and they provide good support. The only negative is that the straps are bulky and hard to open and close.
